初三英語情態動詞“must”強化訓練教學設計
一、教學設計
(一)學情分析(Learning situation analysis)
進入初三我所接手的班級的情況比較復,初
一、初二兩年頻繁調換英語教師,學生的知識不夠系統化,學習方法、做題思路等都不夠成熟,且基礎普遍較差。英語復習課是鞏固和發展知識、技能的重要課型.它的作用,就是幫助學生重溫已學的知識和技能,使記憶中的痕跡得到強化,并對已獲得的知識加以整理、歸納、概括,使知識條理化、系統化.因此教師必須注意引導學生多動腦、多動手、多參加課堂活動。復習課如果上得不好,往往會變成舊課的重復,或者是新課的“再版”。這樣不僅不能發揮復習課的作用,而且會使學生因乏味而降低學習興趣。此教學案例的教學對象是初三學生,整體英語水平較低,且自主學習能力有限,自主學習的習慣還沒有形成;大部分學生的基礎不牢固,學習習慣較差,學習興趣不大。
(二)課標與教材分析(Curriculum and teaching material analysis)
按照《國家英語課程標準》要求,現行的英語課堂教學模式應該是以學生為主體的課堂,鼓勵學生以參與的方式掌握應用英語語言知識的能力。英語教學目標中是這樣描述的:“基礎教育階段英語課程的總體目標是培養學生的綜合語言運用能力。綜合語言運用能力的形成是建立在學生語言技能、語言知識、情感態度、學習策略和文化意識等素養整體發展的基礎上。”語言知識和語言技能是綜合語言運用能力的基礎,文化意識是得體運用語言的保證,情感態度是影響學生學習和發展的重要因素,而學習策略則是提高學習效率、發展自主學習能力的關鍵。因此,這五個方面共同促進綜合語言使用能力的形成。
(三)教學目標與要點分析(The teaching goal and key points of analysis)

(四)教學策略設計(The teaching strategy design):
本堂課的設計著力體現出素質教育思想,以學生為主體,以 “五步”教學法(讀、學、點、練、悟)來指導課堂行為。(The design of class strive to embody the thought of quality education, take the student as the main body, in order to “five-step” teaching method, reading, learning, practice and enlightenment, point)to guide classroom behavior.)
(五)、教學過程設計(The teaching process design):
1、提出問題(To ask a question):良好的開頭是成功的一半,巧妙地、有針對性地提出問題,可以讓學生有充分的思想準備,為課堂內容的進行做好熱身活動,有利于引出學生的興趣,提高學生的注意力。
2、自主探究(Independent inquiry):每一個教學行為的設計都要充分考慮每個學生的可持續性發展,如何學習,使每個學生在課堂上都能夠享受整個掌握知識及形成自我能力的過程,在情感態度價值觀等方面得到正態發展,并由此走上自我發展的道路。
3、合作交流(Cooperation and communication):置學生于一種動態、開放、主動、多元的學習環境中。讓學生針對所提出的問題進行討論分析。通過“人人教我,我教人人”的課堂交流結構,使學生在平等、自主、競爭而又和諧的交際活動中掌握英語知識和技能,培養合作觀念,分享意識、主體精神和組織創造能力,從而使課堂氛圍和諧,真正實現學生在實踐中找到方法,在實踐中學到知識。通過討論、合作探究使學生在體驗中培養學習興趣、學習能力和學習信心。4.歸納總結(generalizations):在學生討論交流的基礎上,與學生一起概括歸納規律性的知識,從語言知識的運用到做題思路、解題方式加以歸納,從而使學生在已有知識的基礎上,把知識、方法系統化。
5.拓展延伸(Extends it):課堂上要盡量滿足學生的好奇心,注重從模仿到創新的過程,鼓勵學生的任何質疑活動。把與疑難點相關聯的知識在質疑中加以對比、分析比較,從而使學生的基礎知識得以升華,達到知識的網絡化。同時,針對學生出現知識點上的薄弱環節,補充相應的練習加以拓展鞏固,全員參與,使目標與課堂行為融為一體。

然后,根據學生對習題的掌握情況,有目的地提出問題,供學生思考、討論:(1)must 的最基本用法是什么?
(2)must 在否定句中的怎么用?意義是什么?(3)猜測句型中使用must 應注意什么?(4)以must開始的一般疑問句怎么回答?
Step 2.自主探究、合作交流(Independent inquiry, cooperative and communication): 此過程中,學生可以借助字典,資料書等工具書,查找與問題相關的信息。通過討論,相互交流各自的觀點,達成共識。
Step 3.歸納總結(generalizations):
(1)讓學生發表自己的見解。(2)與學生一起歸納總結:
1)must 表示“必須”:無時態區別。語氣強硬,必須怎么樣。
如:Water must be pure if it is to be drunk。(水如供飲用必須凈化)
拓展:
Must與have to 在用法上的區別:
Must表示主觀需要,認為有必要或有義務去做某事。無時態變化。如:I think I must work hard.Have to 表示客觀需要,含有“不得不”“被迫”之意。有時態變化。如:My mother is ill ,I have to call the doctor.2).否定形式mustn’t表示“必須不”“不能”“禁止”。
如:These books mustn’t be taken out of the reading room.You have to read them here.3).對于以must開頭的一般疑問句,肯定回答用must,而作否定回答時用needn’t,不用 mustn’t。
如:——Must I clean all the rooms? 肯定回答:——Yes, you must.否定回答:—— No, you needn’t.4)表示猜測:意為“準是”“一定是”,通常只用于肯定句中。有證據表明“一定是”“準是”
如:Put on more clothes ,You must be feeling cold with only a shirt on.拓展:“must”的否定句,通常用can’t(不可能)或 may not(可能不).如:This person must be an English teacher.(改為否定句)

教學步驟
教學第一個環節: 創設情景,導入新課
1.將有關表示體育運動項目的圖片由運動員進行曲連接起來,向
學生們展播,從而引出sports meeting和sports event詞匯。2.要求學生以brainstorm的方式說出what sport they know 3.把學生已知和未知的有關體育運動項目的 圖片和單詞卡片給學生(4人一組)把詞
與圖聯系起來。(這是學生們做練習的情景)(以下是課堂練習內容)

4.學習新單詞

設計意圖:教材1.1中教學內容生詞量較大,平時又很少遇到,學習起來比較枯燥,難以記住。但用音樂將圖片連接起來,充滿激情的音樂營造了歡快的學習氣氛,使學生情緒高漲,同時又陶冶了學生的情操。說出已知的單詞和圖與詞連接的練習,可以展示學生自主學習的成果。讓學生聽著音樂,看著圖片,在不知不覺中學習了單詞,并自然而然地讓學生融于英語學習的情境中,大大激發了他們的學習興趣,又以游戲的形式檢查單詞,有趣的畫面,難忘的表演,吸引了學生的注意力加深了他們對單詞的印象。為后面的學習內容打下了基礎
在這個教學環境中,學生是活動的主體,教師只充當了“節目主持人”的角
色。
第二個環節:師生互動,學習探究

聽的環節是“輸入”的過程,帶著問題聽,讓學生在聽的過程中有的放矢,有效捕捉信息,同時又提醒學生注意觀察并發現需要注意的表達方式,為后面的語言實踐準備實用句型。這種讓學生在具體的語境中發現新句型的教學方法,能有效地提高學生分析問題和解決問題的能力,避免了傳統的教師為主體的抽象的語法說教,調動了學生思維積極性,給學生提供了提高觀察能力,分析能力和歸納總結能力的發展平臺。學生們以小組討論的方式進行觀察,探討,分析,歸納,得出正確結論。讓所有的學生都參與討論探究,這既體現了以學生發展為本的教育思想,又調動了學生的積極性與創造性。學生們自己發現的規律要比老師講解所學到的規律在腦海中的印象深刻得多,理解的透徹。第三個環節:合作交流,鞏固提高

根據我課前調查我寫了以下詞組

新課程標準倡導主動參與,樂于探索,勤于思考,培養學生收集和處理語言信息的能力。通過這一環節的練習,不但學生的語言技能得到了提高,而且他們的情感態度和學習策略都得到了培養,同時他們的語言知識還得到了復習和鞏固。這樣的練習可以充分調動學生的參與熱情,激發學生的學習興趣。

質量 教學反思:
新課標注重學生的情感因素,著力培養學生的學習興趣,激發學生的學習動機和培養他們熱愛生活的品質。在英語教學中適當運用游戲教學可使學生在玩中學,變無意注意為有意注意,使學生在游戲之中實實在在地進行語言信息交流,避免了枯燥的死記硬背,激發了學生的學習興趣,曾強了學生學好英語的信心和決心,使良好的英語學習心理素質在游戲之中逐漸培養起來。新課程標準從某種意義上說對老師提出了更高的要求,作為英語老師,我們要及時轉換自己的角色和觀念,做一名出色的節目主持人,組織好每一項課堂活動,把表演的機會給學生,讓學生成為真正的“主角”,讓學生時刻處在體驗,實踐,參與,合作與交流的活動中,使他們的語言技能,語言知識,情感態度,學習策略和文化意識等素養得到整體發展.

即要分清情態動詞表推測時涉及的是現在情況還是過去情況。原則上說,若對現在情況進行推測,情態動詞后接動詞原形或進行式;若對過去情況進行推測,則后接動詞的完成式(這通常是高考的重點);若是對正在發生的情況進行推測,后接動詞的進行式;判斷出時間段套用現在、過去、將來虛擬語氣的句式。2.充分利用句子語境、語義
綜觀歷年高考英語情態動詞和虛擬語氣的考查情況,有相當一部分考題從本質上看都是在考查情態動詞在具體語境、語義中的運用,即只要考生能弄清各個被考查情態動詞的意思,就可作出正確選擇。3.注意分清適用句型
即要分清所考查的情態動詞是用于肯定句型,還是用于疑問句型或否定句型,同時還要注意情態動詞在某些特殊情況下所使用的特殊句型。
