課后反思：

授課初期我感到我時時在經歷這樣的反思過程。以課堂教學方式的反思為例。最初，為了讓學生更好地掌握上課內容，課堂上，我讓他們反復地跟讀操練課文中的對話和句型，一段時間后，我發現學生們開始失去了熱情。上課時，我口干舌燥地教，而他們意興闌珊地讀。我很困惑，是我的教學有問題，還是小學六年級學生的心理特點決定的呢？在很多的英語教學雜志和教學錄象中，我看到了不同于我的課堂教學的實例以及由此產生的不同的教學效果。教育部提出的素質教育的大方向更是引發了一場關于英語教學的大討論。我想此時，我是在經歷了反思最為重要的兩個階段——具體經驗和觀察分析。之后，我將自己反思的結果一點一點地運用在我的課堂教學中，我采用游戲法、競賽法，設計活動課，逐步放開，讓學生主動地參與到興趣盎然的課堂中來。我發現，游戲的加入與活動的增多，非但沒有使教學進度滯后，反而因學生參與程度的提高而提高了教學效率和教學效果。
