現在的整個高三學習過程就好像是一次萬米長跑已進入最后的千米。這時候一部分同學已看到勝利的目標離自己不遠了，于是更加豪氣沖天，信心百倍，時常也會產生一種沖刺的暴發力。還有一小部分同學此時意志和信念稍有動搖，覺得勝利離自己還遠，前面還有很多的對手，會一些不知所措，意志不堅者甚至有想放棄的念頭。

一測已經結束，但一次考試并不是句號，更不是人生的全部。人生道路有風和日麗的日子，也有陰雨連綿的歲月，你不能左右天氣，卻可以改變心情，你不能改變容貌，卻可以展現笑容，你不能改變世界，卻可以改變自已。我們要從暫時的喜悅中走出來，從暫時的沮喪中走出來，勝不驕，敗不餒，榮辱不驚，臥薪嘗膽，及時調整自己，為下一次考試早作準備。有這樣一句格言：“在人生的道路上，想哭就哭，想笑就笑吧，只是別忘了趕路”。

緊張的一測考試已逐漸淡出我們的記憶，但我要提醒同學們不能忘了總結反思，因為通過反思，大家才可以發現平時學習上的不足與缺陷。考試就像捕魚，每一次考試你都會發現魚網上的漏洞，經過一次次的修補，一次次的捕撈。在高考的時候，你的知識與能力編成的魚網一定已經是牢不可破的。這次考試，我們每一位同學都經受了失敗、痛苦和成功的洗禮，得到了磨練、反省和升華自我的機會，這正是我們最大的收獲。

在大家考試反思過程中，暴露出來了許多問題，比如說：大家一致認為，在考前的一段時間里，大家不是很緊張，有不同程度的放松情緒；對學習抓得不是太緊，有一種過度放縱的情緒在其中。

面對成績，我們要正確面對，“不以物喜，不以己悲”，勝敗乃兵家常事，對于一次考試的成功，我們不能盲目樂觀，無論是誰，都不可能完美無缺，也許你還有許多弱點和缺點沒有暴露，每份試卷都會有不同的結果。

一、高三考試分析總結的邏輯起點——“雙畢業”理念

1、努力使學生在精神上畢業——成為合格的高中畢業生

孩子們在實驗高中學習三年，首要的是當孩子們離開實驗高中的時候，他們已經成為一名合格的高中畢業生。合格的畢業生的標志是：

尊重生命、敬畏規則、懂得包容、時常感恩、勇于創新、善于合作。

我們實驗高中之所以不同于其他的高中，其根本區別就在于我們的核心追求是把人培養成人。

一個學生在一所學校呆了三年，如果精神上還是荒蕪的甚至野蠻的，能說教育是成功的嗎？果真如此，孩子們將來走上社會，一定會幸福嗎？一定會利于國家社會嗎？

2、努力使學生在學業上畢業——完成“三五”高考目標

成人是第一位的，然后必須是成才。成才就必須讓孩子們考上相應的大學繼續學習。所以學業上，結合學生的中考基礎，最低保證一本率在0.5%以上，二本率在15%以上，三本率在50%以上，專科率在90%以上。如果達不到，我們就不負于學生、家長的期盼。

二、善于從成績分數中找出問題，從而找出信心、方法。

１、用20××年線去劃學生，找到差距；

２、用橫、縱對比去分析，找出問題，找到希望和信心；

數據可以推知：高三復習階段，平均每天的整體提分幅度是文科1.3分左右，理科1.9分左右。也就是說，通過我們的努力，學生每一天漲1分是完全可能實現的，也必須實現。

三、具體措施

（一）、抓目標確認和目標實現

１、所有班級所有學生高考目標上墻公開，發揮目標的激勵、引領、評價作用；

２、目標是師生雙方充分溝通的結果，是可以實現的目標，也是具體一定挑戰性的目標；

３、目標應明確到各科甚至各題分數；

４、所有科任必須對每個學生的可能目標做到心中有數，并以此為準展開相應的教學、輔導；

５、每次模考后必須組織學生認真分析目標完成情況，找問題、析原因、挖根源、明措施；

（二）抓班級思想建設，以精神的成長帶動學業的進步

１、思想建設、思想工作天天抓、時時抓，沒有思想成長，就不會有根本性的學業進步；

２、班主任是班級思想建設的主導者；

３、科任也要結合學科特點適時進行思想教育；

４、思想建設要有核心追求，即：成人——尊重生命、敬畏規則、懂得包容、時常感恩、勇于創新、善于合作。

３、保證集體備課，以集體的智慧克服人個認識的局限；

４、立體式備課，不僅僅備知識、備習題，更要備學生、備程序、備環節，以科學的流程設計克服人的惰性和局限性，保證質量。

５、習題課將是高三課的主要形式，習題課的核心理念是：知識網絡回歸！即引領學生努力做到：所有的習題都能回歸到知識網絡中去，所有的問題都能用知識網絡去解決。養成學生“回歸”的思維定勢和習慣。

６、完善細節，以細節的完善去博取更大的成績。如：審題不念題、語文科把其他科題改成閱讀題等。

尊敬的各位領導，各位老師：

大家好！很高興借用這個難得的機會和各位老師交流我做班主任的感受，我今天和各位探討的主題：勝不驕，敗不餒，積極面對中考。

一、堅強的意志，不倒的信念

海明威曾經說過 “人，可以被打敗，但是，不可以被打倒”。“信念”是一個人行動的精神力量，信念不倒就沒有什么能壓倒我們的！這是我經常向學生灌輸的一種理念。學生們正值十四五歲的年齡，對一切都是那么的敏感，有時一兩次失敗的打擊就能讓他們一撅不振。記得中考地理、生物成績出來的時候，我們班與年級平均分都有很大的差距。作為班主任，放棄、退縮的念頭一度占拒我的內心，然而當我看到60多張天真的臉，我的心又無比疼痛了。我想如果作為班主任的我都做逃兵了，那學生們會怎么想呢，他們還有繼續戰斗的勇氣嗎？于是我利用一節課和學生們探討：面對失敗，我們該怎么辦？記得當時整個班級氣氛都很凝重，同學們在客觀面對現實的同時，更多的是著眼今后努力的方向，今后的行動。對于同學們的觀點和感受，我在小結時除了肯定外，更多是激發他們潛在的斗志，讓他們知恥后勇，樹立壓不倒的信念！經過這一次，同學們學習的主動性大大增強了，學習也更自覺了，也教會了學生一個深刻的道理：當失敗降臨時，應該勇敢去面對。我想學生以后出到社會即使遇到挫折，當他回想這一段求學經歷時他也會激起人生的斗志，因為只要心在，夢就會在！

二、方法合理科學，事半功倍

如果上面是對學生學習態度的熏陶，那么我覺得在最后幾個月的中考復習沖刺時的方法是否合理科學也至關重要。作為新老師，我指導學生學法的經驗不足，但是學生時代離我還不遠，所以，在學法指導上，我更多的是用自己的現身說法，告訴他們我自己的學習方法和失敗的教訓。如，我經常在課堂上灌輸一個觀念“知己知彼，方能百戰不殆。”不要在題海中疲于奔命，而是讓學生思考：命題者為什么要這么出題？想考什么知識點？如果你是命題者，你會怎么出？

三、平和心態面對全體學生，提醒學生笑到最后

學生對自己的學習成績實際上比任何人都在意，只是不愿意當眾表現出來。班主任首要任務是盡自己最大的努力來調節他們的情緒，緩解他們的煩躁，多表揚，少批評。讓他們盡量以較輕松的心態來面對一天的學習任務。清朝顏元說過“數子十過，不過獎子一長。”每個人，對于贊揚的“渴望”都是一樣的。贊揚后，學生處于一種精神亢奮狀態，往往會產生許多的奇跡，這個在臨界生上效果特別明顯。另外，模擬考試的成績只是對前段時間復習的一次檢驗而已，并不能說明什么，更不能代表以后就能如此樂觀。我不止一次地告戒學生：模擬考試不是讓你考好了就笑，考不好就哭的考試，它的功能是讓我們在復習的過程中發現自己的知識點的盲區，發現問題，自我調整，從而避免在中考中再次重演。所以要抱著良好的心態對待每一次模擬考試。

以上是我個人的不成熟見解，懇請大家提出寶貴的意見。

高考絕非你們成才的唯一途徑，但肯定是你們將來走上社會的一塊敲門磚，大學生活將會是你們一生中一段美好的回憶。所以，請大家珍惜這一次參考的機會，好好拼搏，爭取取得好的成績。

幾十年前，我們的學校成立，并從此走過了一段曲折又輝煌的歷程。四十多年來，我們學校培育了一批又一批的莘莘學子。許多人從這里走出校門，走向社會。現在，無論是政界、商界、還是學界，都有一批優秀人才在為國效力。他們當中的大多數人當年就是參加了高考，而考上大學，然后，畢業之后，踏入社會，成為國家需要的人才。他們就是你們的榜樣，你們的未來。所以，希望大家努力學習，珍惜機會，以百倍的信心投入到復習迎考工作之中去，去迎接即將到來的高考，并爭取好成績，以實現自己的人生價值。
