我系原則上實行“交叉答辯，指導教師回避制”，各答辯小組認真組織安排答辯工作，嚴格答辯標準，規范答辯程序。答辯時，學生先簡述畢業設計概況，重點介紹設計思路、特色和創新之處，時間控制在15分鐘左右；之后由答辯小組教師就設計情況提問（不少于3個問題），學生回答，時間控制在15分鐘左右。答辯小組成員根據學生稱述和答辯情況進行評議、打分，答辯秘書按照要求填寫“答辯記錄表”，答辯小組組長和答辯主席簽字。

4、論文資料整理、成績匯總：

答辯當天指導教師將畢業論文提交給答辯小組秘書，提交的論文要求是內容填寫完整和資料齊全的，一旦提交將不再退還（如答辯時提出有修改意見的，指導教師應督促學生及時修改并提交）。答辯結束后，答辯秘書仔細檢查論文檔案袋、封面和評語是否填寫完整，檔案袋中資料是否齊全，如發現問題，通知指導教師完善，待論文成績統計好后，于6月21日前將論文檔案袋交系教務辦，并同時提交電子版的畢業論文。

畢業設計(論文)是工科學生經過系統專業的學習的總結性大作業。是對學生理論聯系實際，解決問題，追蹤行業新技術能力的全面考核。要求每位學生必須完成這項獨立作業。

一、畢業設計(論文)的目的

1．加深對PLC應用系統的理解，培養理論聯系實際，解決具體問題的思路、方法和能力。
