實(shí)施目的:

為全面實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育,全面提高教育質(zhì)量；為激勵(lì)全體教師更好地為學(xué)生服務(wù) ,發(fā)展學(xué)生的個(gè)性特長(zhǎng)；為創(chuàng)辦品牌學(xué)校,彰顯辦學(xué)特色和成果,特制定本實(shí)施細(xì)則。

實(shí)施細(xì)則：

1、本細(xì)則適用于獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)那些親自輔導(dǎo)本校學(xué)生發(fā)表作品或參賽獲獎(jiǎng)的老師。學(xué)校將以事實(shí)為根據(jù)，認(rèn)定相關(guān)老師是否真正參與輔導(dǎo)，以及輔導(dǎo)時(shí)所占的比重。

2、教師輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生在正規(guī)部門舉辦的經(jīng)學(xué)校認(rèn)可的征文比賽或其它比賽中獲獎(jiǎng)的，按級(jí)別和等第獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)：

高郵市一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)的，每篇分別按10、8、5元計(jì)算；

揚(yáng)州市一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)的，每篇分別按20、15、8元計(jì)算；

江蘇省及以上一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)的，每篇分別按30、20、10元計(jì)算；

3、教師輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生在正規(guī)報(bào)刊雜志上發(fā)表作品的，在高郵市、揚(yáng)州市、江蘇省及以上發(fā)表的文章，每篇分別等同于對(duì)應(yīng)級(jí)別學(xué)生獲獎(jiǎng)的二等獎(jiǎng)。在《繁花》上輔導(dǎo)發(fā)表作品的，按高郵市獲獎(jiǎng)的三等獎(jiǎng)計(jì)算。（注：若組織參加一次比賽，學(xué)生多人次獲獎(jiǎng)，該輔導(dǎo)獎(jiǎng)由學(xué)校視情況來認(rèn)定。）

4、輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加集體項(xiàng)目比賽或表演獲獎(jiǎng)的（學(xué)生未獲單項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)），按級(jí)別和等第計(jì)算，可參照細(xì)則2的方法計(jì)算，再乘3倍。（注：如指導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加舞蹈集體比賽、指導(dǎo)學(xué)生鼓號(hào)隊(duì)比賽等；體育獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)除外）

5、同一件作品多次獲獎(jiǎng)，按最高獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)算，不重復(fù)計(jì)分。同一個(gè)節(jié)目或同一個(gè)學(xué)生由多人輔導(dǎo)的，按此節(jié)目的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金額，平均分給每位輔導(dǎo)老師。

6、每學(xué)期結(jié)束前，每位老師需將相關(guān)獲獎(jiǎng)證件或發(fā)表的復(fù)印件收齊并提供給學(xué)校教科室驗(yàn)核、匯總。學(xué)校實(shí)行一次性獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，每學(xué)期獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)一次。

7、本實(shí)施細(xì)則的解釋權(quán)在學(xué)校，學(xué)校將根據(jù)實(shí)際運(yùn)作情況不斷進(jìn)行完善。
