小升初英語學(xué)困生輔導(dǎo)計劃
小升初前期的授課內(nèi)容圍繞以下三個方面展開:(1)復(fù)習(xí)課文中的重要單詞,詞匯及句子的用法,主要是跟著學(xué)校老師的進度查漏補缺,進行了鞏固和強化。(2)重要語法知識點的學(xué)習(xí),系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí)了課文經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的語法知識點。包括:一般將來時的用法;人稱代詞和物主代詞的用法;一般疑問句的用法;助動詞人稱和數(shù)的變化;各種疑問詞的用法總結(jié)等。
一些認真、勤奮的孩子,書本知識學(xué)得比較扎實,輔導(dǎo)時也很專心和投入。如果對單詞、課文掌握得比較牢固,對學(xué)過的語法知識也應(yīng)該大體可以運用。普遍的不足之處在于:(1)知識的廣度和深度不夠,例如詞匯量僅限于PEP教材,小升初考試中是不夠的需要擴充詞匯量;(2)知識的綜合運用能力欠缺,如句型轉(zhuǎn)換一直是難點,還沒有突破。(3)對很多語法規(guī)則存在模棱兩可的問題,做題時容易混淆。

筆者作為培訓(xùn)學(xué)校的教師,職業(yè)習(xí)慣使然,愛觀察愛思考,故總結(jié)把自己課堂上一些有益孩子進步的事情拿來分享!
小六班上有兩大特點:
1、孩子、家長數(shù)目基本相當(dāng)。
2、家長學(xué)得比孩子認真!其中,令我難忘的是,家長們往往在課上或課下對孩子進行二次輔導(dǎo),原因的也很簡單---自己孩子還不會學(xué),看到孩子手忙口亂,看在眼里急在心中,加之不少家長英文水平較高,便越俎代皰,直接上陣。可是,這種做法是否可取呢?
經(jīng)過多年教學(xué)實踐及思考,筆者總結(jié)三點:
1、孩子需要自主學(xué)習(xí)!學(xué)習(xí)是孩子的任務(wù),應(yīng)該獨立完成,有問題及時請教老師!家長最好起后勤支援作用,即使完全能教孩子,也面臨著耐心、專業(yè)等諸多實際困難,且可以成倍增加孩子依賴心理,鄭淵潔式的育子成功案例少之又少!
2、孩子需要培養(yǎng)習(xí)慣!家長幫孩子養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣,如授人以漁,影響深遠。上課認真聽課,學(xué)會記筆記;下課及時復(fù)習(xí),能夠獨立思考。好習(xí)慣既能提高成績,又能培訓(xùn)性格,何樂而不為?
3、家長需要培養(yǎng)耐心!這種現(xiàn)象常見于父母畢業(yè)于頂極名校,想想自己學(xué)生時代那也是威風(fēng)八面,自己的后代怎么這么差,面子住哪里擱啊!其實,我們想想看,小六英語的內(nèi)容相當(dāng)于家長們初高中的水平,孩子們年紀小,接受、理解能力畢竟有限,特別是英語,是個慢功夫的學(xué)科,所以還是那句老話”欲速則不達“!這方面不乏成功例證:筆者班上的小六學(xué)生,09年暑期班剛來時,基礎(chǔ)薄弱、聽不懂課、不敢發(fā)言,家長很是擔(dān)心,也起了退課的念頭。我便告訴家長,孩子的現(xiàn)狀不是現(xiàn)在造成的,現(xiàn)在不追,初一處境同樣被動。家長聽后,估計也是半信半疑,但一直跟著我學(xué)過一年四期課,功會不負有心人,孩子進了RDF。
當(dāng)然孩子各自情況不同,需要具體問題具體分析。
不過,仍希望以上三點對10年新小六學(xué)生家長有所啟發(fā),我就已滿意足啦!
