各教學(xué)單位：

根據(jù)省考試院《關(guān)于做好2014年6月大學(xué)英語四、六級考試報名工作的通知》，現(xiàn)將我校有關(guān)本次全國大學(xué)外語考試的具體事項通知如下，請各學(xué)院認(rèn)真做好本院學(xué)生的報名組織工作。

一、考試時間：大學(xué)英語四級（CET4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：25

大學(xué)英語六級（CET6）：2014年6月14日下午3：00-5：25

大學(xué)日語四級（CJT4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：10

大學(xué)日語六級（CJT6）：2014年6月14日下午3：00-5：10

大學(xué)德語四級（CGT4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：10

大學(xué)德語六級（CGT6）：2014年6月14日下午3：00-5：10

大學(xué)俄語四級（CRT4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：10

大學(xué)俄語六級（CRT6）：2014年6月14日下午3：00-5：10

大學(xué)法語四級（CFT4）：2014年6月14日上午9：00-11：10

（注：日、德、俄、法語考試只在每年6月份安排一次考試）

二、考試報名資格和條件：

(1)考生對象為本校全日制在校2009級（建筑、城規(guī)）、2010級、2011級和2012級學(xué)生。

(2)考生不得跨校區(qū)報名。

(3)凡在CET考試中取得425分(含)以上CET4成績的學(xué)生，可報名參加本次六級英語考試。

(4)考生不得四、六級兼報，違規(guī)者取消四、六級報名資格，報名費用一概不退。

三、收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：根據(jù)省物價局文件，（魯價費發(fā)[2005]106號），本次考試的報名費為每生32元人民幣。

四、報名程序：

1、凡符合本次考試報名資格、欲報名參加本次考試的在校生，于3月7日(星期五)-13日（星期三）到校內(nèi)的圈存機(jī)上刷本人校園卡報名繳費，逾期不交者視為放棄報名資格。

2、教務(wù)處將根據(jù)校園卡報名繳費情況確認(rèn)最終的報名名單和報考級別。

3、在校研究生只允許在本校區(qū)報名六級考試，不得跨校區(qū)報名。

4、刷卡繳費流程：選擇校卡服務(wù)－自助繳費－大學(xué)英語四級或大學(xué)英語六級。

5、報名參加小語種考試的學(xué)生須在13日（星期三）前到本學(xué)院教學(xué)秘書處報名繳費。

重要提示：報名繳費只能刷本人校園卡，刷他人校園卡繳費無效。

第二篇：四六級考試承諾書

全國大學(xué)英語四、六級考生誠信考試相關(guān)文件 文件1：《全國大學(xué)英語四、六級考試考生守則》

一、按照有關(guān)規(guī)定的要求簽署《誠信考試承諾書》。

二、必須按規(guī)定的時間（上午8：45開始，下午2：45開始）入場，入場開始15分鐘(即上午9：00,下午3：00)后,禁止入場。入場時必須主動出示準(zhǔn)考證以及居民身份證(或軍人或武警人員證件),接受考試工作人員核驗,并按要求在考場座位表上簽名。

三、只準(zhǔn)攜帶必要的文具入場，如鉛筆（涂答題卡用）、黑色簽字筆、橡皮。禁止攜帶任何書籍、筆記、資料、報刊、草稿紙以及各種無線通信工具（如尋呼機(jī)、移動電話）、錄放音機(jī)、電子記事本等物品。考場內(nèi)不得擅自相互借用文具。

四、入場后，要對號入座，將本人準(zhǔn)考證以及居民身份證放在課桌上，以便核驗。

五、答題前應(yīng)認(rèn)真填寫答題卡中的姓名、準(zhǔn)考證號等欄目。凡答題卡中該欄目漏填涂、錯填涂或字跡不清、無法辯認(rèn)的，答題卡一律無效。

六、考試結(jié)束前禁止提前退場。

七、必須嚴(yán)格按要求做答題目。書寫部分一律用黑色簽字筆做答，填涂信息點時只能用鉛筆（2B）涂黑。只能在規(guī)定考生做答的位置書寫或填涂信息點。不按規(guī)定要求填涂和做答的，一律無效。

八、遇試卷分發(fā)錯誤或試題字跡不清等情況應(yīng)及時要求更換；涉及試題內(nèi)容的疑問，不得向監(jiān)考員詢問。

九、在考場內(nèi)必須嚴(yán)格遵守考場紀(jì)律，對于違反考場規(guī)定和不服從考試工作人員管理者，取消考試成績并按校紀(jì)校規(guī)處理。

十、考試結(jié)束鈴聲響時，要立即停止答題，將試卷扣放在桌面上，待監(jiān)考員允許后方可離開考場。離開考場時必須交卷，不準(zhǔn)攜帶試卷、答題卡離開考場。

十一、自覺服從考試工作人員的管理，不得以任何理由妨礙監(jiān)考員進(jìn)行正常工作。監(jiān)考員有權(quán)對考場內(nèi)發(fā)生的問題，按規(guī)定作出相應(yīng)處理。對擾亂考場秩序，恐嚇、威脅考試工作人員的將移交公安機(jī)關(guān)追究其責(zé)任。

文件2：教育部《國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法》（摘要）

根據(jù)中華人民共和國教育部第18號令《國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，對參加CET考試違紀(jì)舞弊考生的處理辦法摘要如下：

一、考生不遵守考場紀(jì)律，不服從考試工作人員的安排與要求，有下列行為之一的，應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)定為考試違紀(jì)；

（一）攜帶規(guī)定以外的物品進(jìn)入考場或者未放在指定位置的；

（二）未在規(guī)定的座位參加考試的；

（三）考試開始信號發(fā)出前答題或者考試結(jié)束信號發(fā)出后繼續(xù)答題的；

（四）在考試過程中旁窺、交頭接耳、互打暗號或者手勢的；

（五）在考場或者教育考試機(jī)構(gòu)禁止的范圍內(nèi)，喧嘩、吸煙或者實施其他影響考場秩序的行為的；

（六）未經(jīng)考試工作人員同意在考試過程中擅自離開考場的；

（七）將試卷、答卷（含答題卡、答題紙等，下同）、草稿紙等考試用紙帶出考場的；

（八）用規(guī)定以外的筆或者紙答題或者在試卷規(guī)定以外的地方書寫姓名、考號或者以其他方式在答卷上標(biāo)記信息的；

（九）其他違反考場規(guī)則但尚未構(gòu)成作弊的行為。

二、考生違背考試公平、公正原則，以不正當(dāng)手段獲得或者試圖獲得試題答案、考試成績，有下列是行為之一的，應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)定為考試作弊：

（一）攜帶與考試內(nèi)容相的文字材料或者存儲有與考試內(nèi)容相關(guān)資料的電子設(shè)備參加考試的；

（二）抄襲或者協(xié)助他人抄襲試題答案或者與考試內(nèi)容相關(guān)的資料的；

（三）搶奪、竊取他人試卷、答卷或者強(qiáng)迫他人為自己抄襲提供方便的；

（四）在考試過程中使用通訊設(shè)備的；

（五）由他人冒名代替參加考試的；

（六）故意銷毀試卷、答卷或者考試材料的；

（七）在答卷上填寫與本人身份不符的姓名、考號等信息的；

（八）傳、接物品或者交換試卷、答卷、草稿紙的；

（九）其他作弊行為。

三、教育考試機(jī)構(gòu)、考試工作人員在考試過程中或者在考試結(jié)束后發(fā)現(xiàn)下列行為之一的，應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)定相關(guān)的考生實施了考試作弊行為：

（一）通過偽造證件、證明、檔案及其他材料獲得考試資格和考試成績的；

（二）評卷過程中被發(fā)現(xiàn)同一科目同一考場有兩份以上（含兩份）答卷答案雷同的；

（三）考試紀(jì)律混亂、考試秩序失控，出現(xiàn)大面積考試作弊現(xiàn)象的；

（四）考試工作人員協(xié)助實施作弊行為，事后查實的；

（五）其他應(yīng)認(rèn)定為作弊的行為。

四、考生及其他人員應(yīng)當(dāng)自覺維護(hù)考試工作場所的秩序，服從考試工作人員的管理，不得有下列擾亂考場及考試工作場所秩序的行為；

（一）故意擾亂考點、考場、評卷場所等考試工作場所秩序；

（二）拒絕、妨礙考試工作人中履行管理職責(zé)；

（三）威脅、侮辱、誹謗、誣陷考試工作人員或其他考生；

（四）其他擾亂考試管理秩序的行為。

五、考生有以上第一至三條所列考試違規(guī)行為之一的，取消該科目的考試成績，所在學(xué)校按校紀(jì)校規(guī)給與相應(yīng)紀(jì)律處分。

六、考生有第四條所列行為之一的，應(yīng)當(dāng)終止其繼續(xù)參加考試，考試成績無效；所在學(xué)校按校紀(jì)校規(guī)給與相應(yīng)紀(jì)律處分；考生及其他人員的行為違反《治安管理處罰條例》的，由公安機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)行處理；構(gòu)成犯罪的，由司法機(jī)關(guān)依法追究刑事責(zé)任。文件3：《全國大學(xué)英語四、六級考試誠信考試承諾書》 本人自愿參加全國大學(xué)英語四、六級考試，現(xiàn)鄭重承諾：

三、本人堅決服從考場工作人員和監(jiān)考教師管理,自覺遵守考試紀(jì)律，考試誠實守信，不違規(guī)，不作弊。

二、考生守則
