第三篇：翻譯證書

現在市面上有三張證書：A，北外和聯合國同聲傳譯處聯合舉辦的，受訓完畢派往聯合國工作。因為難度頗大，受訓人員通常比較少。基本在北外校內選拔，具有公務員性質 B，人事部的翻譯資格證書，全國通用，分為口譯和筆譯兩種。難度分別為3級，2級，1級。1級證書不公開考試，也帶有某種內部評定的性質，且市面上只有3級和2級的學習資料。C，上海口譯資格證書考試。該證書在三張證書中最先推廣，比較好地適應了中國經濟的發展，在華東地區尤其是長三角地區影響力最大。

考慮到杭州的情況和大學生畢業就業之需，提供參考觀點如下：

第一，北外的證書和人事部一級證書不需要去追逐，任何努力在可以預見的未來都是沒有結果的，因此這樣的努力也是不必要的。

第二，上海口譯證書考試和人事部證書考試的難度關系：上海中級口譯證書考試比人事部的3級證書簡單些，上海高級口譯證書介于人事部的3級證書和2級證書之間。第三，考慮到絕大部分學員的英語能力，建議學員從上海的口譯證書開始學起。一來起步不是太難，學習過程中不會太受打擊。二來只要將上海高級口譯證書考試拿下，那么通過自己的能力就可以較輕松地攻克人事部的2級證書。這樣并不等于說上海口譯證書考試難度不大。根據我的主考經驗和以往數據統計，上海口譯證書考試(筆試+口試)總體通過率均不超過12%。筆試階段中級口譯的通過率大概為40%，高級口譯的通過率不到30%。但到了口試階段，通過率更加悲壯----約為30%。因此這張證書的含金量相當的高，所涉及的知識面和信息量也相當的廣，是就業競爭中超越諸多英語證書的利器。

要想很好的攻克上海口譯證書，需要從如下幾點認真做起：

第一，確定發展道路。如果考生有意向沖擊口譯或者翻譯能力，并且依靠該能力贏得競爭優勢，那么按照如下做法會比較省時，高效。中級口譯筆試—〉中級口譯口試—〉高級口譯—〉高級口譯口試---〉人事部2級。在這個過程中，需要注意幾點：A，高級口譯不能包括中級口譯。雖然當年本人直接越過中級口譯獲得了高級口譯證書。但事后看來，中級口譯所涉及的東西是高級口譯不具備的。中級口譯涉及的面比較微觀實用，高級口譯涉及的面抽象玄乎。B，中級口譯筆試結束后只需要沖擊口試一次，不管通過與否都無所謂。需要立刻調整狀態沖擊高級口譯，而在高級口譯階段，則需要想盡任何辦法通過口試，此處沒有后退的余地。C,高級口譯通過之后，參看人事部的3級資料，同時不要松懈對高級口譯知識點的理解和鞏固。這個過程大概需要一年，有了這一年的鞏固，憑借高級口譯的證書和能力，市面上已經鮮有競爭對手，同時大小會議都能從容應付。D，在經過一年的鞏固和提高之后，可以沖擊人事部的2級證書，不管是筆譯證書還是口譯證書。這個時候不需要參加任何課程，自己可以比較輕松的攻克。因為到了這個階段，考生實際上已經有了2級證書的能力，所缺乏的就是2級的證書。

第二，端正好態度。口譯證書考試是能力和實力的體現，沒有多少考試技巧可言。唯有扎實的功底方能助考生勝出。建議感興趣的學員首先要好好鞏固詞匯。鑒于口譯沒有專門的詞匯，學員只要能將六級詞匯好好掌握，那么問題就不大了。通常為了中級口譯順利過關，需要將六級詞匯掌握至少5遍。為了沖擊高級口譯，需要將六級詞匯掌握20遍以上。口譯考試不同于四六級以及考研。后者有很多的消極詞匯(passive vocabulary),即只要在考試時

認得，不需要主動記憶和運用。前者需要考生記住的任何一個單詞都能為你隨心所欲的使用，因此對于詞匯要相當的熟練。

第三，針對上海口譯證書考試，學員可以參考如下學習方法：重視四本書：聽力，口譯，筆譯，閱讀理解。

1，口語書的內容可以自己參看，對于考試沒有多大的幫助。

2，聽力在筆試時占到90分，分值相當大，不容忽視;并且聽力部分的兩個聽譯段落中有一個段落出自聽力教材。在鍛煉聽力的時候希望能夠做到如下幾點：A，如果聽不懂，那么參看后面的script,這樣再聽時則會發現原來聽不懂的東西就可以聽懂了，并且聽不懂的地方就是你的問題所在。這樣一本書聽下來，可以糾正很多的錯誤，做到真正的提高。B，建議在聽的時候準備一“材”多用，首先將它視為聽力教材，在完成這個目的之后，好好的研究內容。它是一套不錯的口語教材。當然要做到這一點，必須在閱讀的時候從中英兩個方面來考慮，即，看著英文思考中文的意思。這樣一本書下來，不但積累了口語表達信息，也鍛煉了“譯”的能力。

3，重視口譯與筆譯的原因也很簡單。第一，分值。不管是中級還是高級，譯的成份都占到100分。其次，在口譯筆試中，尤其是高級口譯比試中，由于閱讀理解量大題難，大部分人在規定的時間內都看不完，做題時更不用說正確率了。所以這一塊的唯一解決方法就是想辦法爭取時間。這部分時間唯有從翻譯那里擠出來。如果一開始就重視翻譯和口譯，那么理想的話可以為閱讀理解多爭取一倍的時間。第二，在筆試完后大概一個月的樣子就可以知道是否有資格參加口試。如果到那個時候再準備，那么已經晚了。所以建議在筆試開始的時候就應該看完筆譯，口譯的第一遍。在口試前的一個月內再將這兩本書看完兩遍。第一遍看著文章推測譯文，第二遍看著譯文推測原文。第三遍和第一遍一樣。這樣三遍下來便可盡收考試要點，做到無招勝有招。當然不是背下來，因為所有試題都是似曾相識，但又不是出自書本。

4，閱讀理解是大部分人比較忽視的一塊。但是由于口譯這個東西融入了太多的中國成份，那么久而久之，口譯學習者的語言感覺會被毒害。因此仔細閱讀《閱讀理解》這本書有助于定期解毒。同時閱讀理解提供的信息很多，值得收集。在閱讀這本書的時候不應太快，按照自己的速度慢慢看。不要把它看作閱讀理解題目來做。重在欣賞和積累英語人士的優美、地道表達。

至于口試部分，其實沒有多少好擔心的。出現一個考場16個考生不過的情況本來可以避免。關鍵是考生在筆試的時候就有投機的成份，沒有真正提高自己的英語能力。并且在口譯的時候有了太多無謂的心理壓力。通常能夠通過第一階段的考生沒有理由通不過第二階段。主要是自己嚇死自己，并且把過多的精力放到了口語表達上面。要想很好的處理這個問題，需要考生在第一階段時就端正態度，不要將口譯考試當作一門有很多考試技巧的考試，而是要扎扎實實提高自己的英語能力。否則即使第一階段能夠通過，在第二階段也要栽跟頭。其次，平時練習口譯時要注意“筆記”和“聽”的比例。最好的狀態是將70%的精力放在聽上，30%的精力放在隨意筆記上。保證筆記的速度和磁帶朗讀速度一致，即篩選最重要的中心詞記錄。

第四，個人認為口譯人人能做，不分專業和天賦。關鍵看功夫能不能花到家。在這個競爭越發激烈的社會上，和翻譯相關的行業依然保持了比較高的競爭力和工資水平;同時翻譯不是一個狹隘的概念，只要具備了高級口譯的扎實能力，那么任何考試輕松拿下;因此是值得有志青年努力追求。雖然在諸多的比試和選擇中，我們可能在某些環節處于劣勢，但是扎扎實實的高級口譯能力必將還你一個“英雄不問出處”。

英語中級口譯證書：第一階段綜合筆試共分四部分。第一部分：聽力；第二部分：閱讀技能；第三部分：英譯漢；第四部分：漢場錄音方式進行。

各級別《筆譯綜合能力》和《筆譯實務》科目考試均采用紙筆作答方式進行。

各級別口譯、筆譯考試均分2個半天進行。

各級別《口譯綜合能力》科目、二級《口譯實務》科目“交替傳譯”和“同聲傳譯”考試時間均為60分鐘。

三級《口譯實務》科目考試時間為30分鐘。各級別《筆譯綜合能力》科目考試時間均為120分鐘，《筆譯實務》科目考試時間均為180分鐘。

對于高級考生而言，講3至5分鐘后停頓下來讓考生進行翻譯，留給考生翻譯的時間等于播放錄音的時間。口譯時，考生需要做筆記或速記，并充分利用停頓的時間進行翻譯。

不設通過率

全國外語翻譯證書考試的各個證書考試是各自獨立的。通過任何一個證書考試都可獲得相

應的證書。口譯和筆譯均采用A、B、C、D四級記分法，口譯各部分都在B（含B）以上為合格，除高級口譯外，通過錄音考試就可獲得證書，通過高級口譯錄音考試的考生還要參加面試，面試合格才能獲得證書。筆譯試卷中各部分都在B（含B）以上為合格。考試合格就可獲得證書。

北京外國語大學負責組織編寫、出版和發行考試大綱、教材和輔導資料、附帶磁帶（尚未出版）

譯英。總考試時間為150分鐘，其中聽力部分為40分鐘，閱讀技能部分為50分鐘，英譯漢部分為30分鐘，漢譯英部分為30分鐘。四部分總考分（滿分）為250分。其中：聽力90分，閱讀60分，雙譯各50分。合格為150分。凡第一階段合格的考生方可參加第二階段口試。

第二階段口試共分兩部分：口語與口譯。考試時間為25分鐘左右。

日語口譯崗位資格證書：第一階段綜合筆試。分為四部分：第一部分聽力，40分鐘；第二部分日語閱讀技能，50分鐘；第三部分日譯漢，30分鐘；第四部分漢譯日，30分鐘。四部分共需時150分鐘，考分滿分為200分。合格120分。

第二階段口試，包括口語和口譯兩部分。考試時間20分鐘左右。

自05年起，二級、三級英語翻譯專業資格（水平）考試暫定每年舉行2次，考試日期原則定 考試時間 為5月份最后一周的周六、周日其他語種各級別考試每年舉行1次，為5月份最后的一周的周六、周日，與英語考試日期一致。

2004年考試日期為5月22日、23日，10月23日、24日（下試報名，高級筆譯和高級口譯考試只在每年５月進行。）
