高二(8)班班級工作總結

本學期以來,在學校各級領導的親切關懷和正確領導下,我班以“文明、合作、和諧、超越”為班訓,發揚“自信、自立、自強、自律”的求學精神,主要做了以下六方面的工作,也取得了較好的成績:
第一,精心組建班委會。作為班主任的得力助手,班干部在班級工作中發揮了重要的作用。開學初,在上學期的基礎上,調整了部分班干部,明確了各自的職責。班長、勞動委員、各課代表的工作做的尤其出色。
第二,以制度管人。學期開始時我班就制定了班級基本管理制度。這套制度在班級管理中發揮了主導作用。對違反管理制度如遲到早退的學生進行嚴厲懲戒。
第三,積極參與學校活動。認真參與學校組織的高二學生籃球賽取得了年級第三名的好成績。在語文組承辦的第二屆高中生“講、讀、演”比賽中,我班兩個節目入選并取得二等獎的好成績。在英語組組辦的第三屆高二英語演講比賽中,在參賽的四位選手中一人或一等獎,三人獲得二等獎。另外,我班組織了一次”““高中生使用手機利大于弊VS高中生使用手機弊大于利”辯論賽,以及多次主題班會。
第四,十分重視學生學習。積極組織學生備戰本學期的三次段考以及鄭重組織每次考試后的成績分析和總結大會,激勵先進,鞭策后進。同時對于學生偏科問題,一方面鼓勵相關學生平衡其各科關系,另一方面也做好各科任老師的協調工作。對于班內的尖子生更是動員所有科任老師予以特別關注,把他當作班內工作的重心。
第五,組織學生野餐。為調節學生的學習,增進同學之間以及師生之間的了解,我班于11月份第二次段考后組織了一次集體野餐。此次活
動收到了良好的效果,特別是對于那些性格偏內向的學生來說更是一次融入集體生活的好機會。
第六,建立學生出勤紀律檔案。認真記錄學生的請假,遲到或曠課以及課內外違紀情況,以此讓學生學會自我約束,自我提高。對有問題的學生,以理服人,以情感人,以制度管人。
誠然,做班主任是一門非常復雜,非常深奧的學問。班主任工作充滿了許多的挑戰,經常會面臨許多新的情況,因此也存在以下幾個方面的問題:
首先,少數學生學習熱情不高。有些學生還不能確立一種明確的學習目標,學習找不到動力;有些學生基礎偏差,部分學科聽不懂,導致讀書信心不足,成績差。部分學生各科不平衡,嚴重偏科。
其次,班干部作用難以全面發揮。由于班干部工作實質就是一種約束與被約束,管理與被管理的關系,造成許多班干部不敢放手去做事。
最后,尖子生的培養是個最大的挑戰。像冷思文同學等受到了學校的特別是謝校長的高度關注,每次考試總是心驚膽戰,生怕有錯。

辯論賽程序細則 一)開篇陳詞
正方—辯發言(立論)(3分鐘)反方—辯發言(立論)(3分鐘)(注:每方隊員在用時剩余30秒時,計時員以一次短促鈴聲提醒,時間用完時,以鐘聲終止發言。超時扣5分)
(二)攻辯
1、正方二辯向反方提問:反方二辯向正方提問。
(每一輪攻辯階段為2分,攻方每次提問不得超過15秒,超時扣5分;每輪必須提出三個以上的問題,少則扣5分。辯方每次回答不得超過30秒。用時滿時,以鐘聲終止發言,若攻辯雙方尚未完成提問或回答,不作扣分處理。)
2、正方二辯向反方提問:反方二辯向正方提問。

正方一辯進行攻辯小結;(2分)反方一辯進行攻辯小結。(2分)(注:要針對此前所有階段的態勢及涉及內容,嚴禁脫離比賽實際情況的背稿,否則將被適當扣分。攻辯小結階段,在每方用時剩余10秒時,計時員以一短促的鈴聲提醒,時間用完時,以鐘聲終止發言,超時扣5分。)
(三)自由辯論
正反方辯手自動輪流發言。每方限時10 分鐘,雙方總計 20 分鐘。發言辯手落座為發言結束即為另一方發言開始的計時標志,另一方辯手必須緊接著發言;若有間隙,累積計時照常進行。同一方辯手的發言次序不限。若某一方的選手已連續發言四次以上,其中一人未參與發言,將被扣分出處理,扣10分。如果一方時間已經用完,另一方可以繼續發言,也可向主席示意放棄發言。自由辯論提倡積極交鋒,對重要問題回避交鋒兩次以上的一方扣分,扣10分,對于對方已經明確回答的問題仍然糾纏不放的,扣5分。
