《商務現場口譯》

“教、學、做”一體化情景教學課程設計 全球經濟一體化與中國對外開放程度的加深使我國的對外經濟貿易業務往來日益頻繁。對外經濟文化交流社會需要大量的既熟悉經濟、外貿、國際商務又熟練掌握語言的高級復合型商務英語人才。傳統的教學模式下培養出來的商務英語專業畢業生動手能力較差，不能滿足社會的需要，改革傳統的教學方式和學習方法，提升商務英語課程的教學效果，突出強調學生實踐動手能力的培養就顯得尤為重要。“教學做一體化”是由姜大源提出的基于工作過程、以任務為驅動、以情境為依托的教學模式。主張設定教學情境，在任務的驅動下，在做中學，在學中做達到教、學、做的完美結合。這種方法以學生為著眼點，使學生在交際活動中使用語言從而掌握語言并發展語言能力；讓學生通過參與使用、互動體驗的交際課程活動實現自我價值。將其運用到商務英語專業教學中可以解決傳統教學模式的弊端，并能夠把商務英語專業畢業生最終培養為具有交際語言能力、擁有復合型知識、善于發現分析解決問題的應用型高級人才。下面以《商務現場口譯》為例來說明本專業體現“教、學、做”一體的各種教學方法：

《商務現場口譯》課程不僅要傳授英語語言和商務理論知識，還要培養學生在商務活動背景下的語言交際能力和商務活動技巧。

《商務現場口譯》是商務英語專業的一門核心理論實踐課程，也是基于工作過程，校企合作開發的“教、學、做”一體的校企合作課程。商務現場口譯在專業課程體系中具有重要的技能支撐和促進作用。本課程面向的職業崗位是為涉外經濟貿易部門、外資企業、政府機構和中外企事業單位等涉外事務提供科學、高效服務的商務口譯人員。

一、學習情境設計

我們把《商務現場口譯》分為商務接待，商務交流，商務宣傳，商務策略和交通物流等各種大情境，每種大情境下又分為具體的各種小情境。

二、教學方法設計

（一）情景教學法

情景的設置和模擬就是把商務活動的情景運用到課堂中，結合所講授的知識，提高學生準確使用商務專門用途英語的能力，并鞏固所學的專業知識。模擬是連接知識與實踐的最行之有效的辦法，教師在教學過程中結合授課內容對商務情景進行設置，并要求學生進行模擬，不僅活躍了課堂氣氛，充分發揮了學生的主動性和積極性，更鍛煉了他們的實際應用能力。

（二）角色扮演法

角色扮演法是一種情景模擬活動。所謂情景模擬就是指根據被試者可能擔任的職務，編制一套與該職務實際根據相似的測試項目，將被試者安排在模擬的、逼真的工作環境中，要求被試者處理可能出現的各種問題，用多種方法來測評其心理素質、潛在能力的一系列方法。情景模擬假設解決方法往往有一種以上，其中角色扮演法是情景模擬活動應用的比較廣泛的一種方法，其測評主要是針對被試者明顯的行為以及實際的操作，另外還包括兩個以上的人之間相互影響的作用。

（三）對工作過程流程性強的教學任務，采用“任務驅動教學方法”

如迎來送往、商務會議、國際會展等教學任務。先明確任務，提出目標和要求，學習相關的專業理論和知識，教師針對性指導，學生設計工作方案，制定工作計劃，組織和參加工作過程的實施，進行專業技能練習，最后組織學生自我評價、師生評價及企業人員參評。教學過程是以學生為完成任務的主體，教師是任務實施過程中的指導者，以完成任務的效果與質量評價學生的學習成果。

（四）將源自企業真實的案例引入教學內容中，進行“案例分析教學法”將外賓接待、良好商務關系的建立、與西方人如何打交道等行業企業中真實工作實例作為案例引入教學，組織學生進行分析討論，找出工作場景中產生的誤解、分歧或文化碰撞，制定解決措施，學生分組評價，教師點評。使學生綜合運用專業知識分析解決生產中的實際問題。

（五）利用實驗實訓室，采用“情景模擬教學法”和“商務劇場法”

如市場調研、產品促銷、價格談判、出入海關、處理客戶投訴等教學任務，教師有目的地引入或創設具有一定情緒色彩的、以形象為主體的生動具體的場景，學生置身于仿真的語言環境中，以不同的崗位角色參與到教學過程中，引起一定的態度體驗，從而激發學生的學習興趣，幫助學生理解和獲取知識或技能，極大調動學生參與的積極性和主動性，同時培養學生的競爭意識和團隊意識。其教學特色是言、行、情三者融為一體，核心是激發學生的情感，目的在于提高學生的職業能力。

（六）進入行業企業定崗實習，體驗真實的工作環境的教學方法

在行業企業，在指導老師和企業專家的指導下，學生在真正的工作崗位單獨實戰，實踐操練，充分檢驗自己所學知識與技能的實際應用能力，職業素養及技術技能得到顯著提高，極大激發知識拓展能力和創新意識，并把工作中遇到的實際問題帶回學校，和教師、同學共同探討解決，進一步提高專業技能。

現代信息技術商務現場口譯教學中的充分、恰當應用，極大地豐富了教學內容和手段，拓寬了教學活動的時空領域，使學生語言知識及口譯技能的訓練不再受時間、地點的限制。同時也激發了學生自主學習的主動性與積極性，培養他們拓展知識從事口譯活動的能力，活躍學生的第二課堂。

“教、學、做”一體情景教學是高職高專教育的重要實現途徑，雖然現在由于受制于硬件、軟件等方面的約束，難以全面和深入地展開更多種的實踐教學環節和方法，但本專業已在各方面開始進行實踐教學的改革和嘗試，當然這種改革是任重而道遠的，只要堅持這樣的理念做下去，不管是學生還是教師都將得到很大的提升。

策劃書

日語學院學生會秘書部

一、舉辦目的1、為了發揚外國語大學培養高素質，高標準社會型人才的教育理念，樹立本院的學院精神，使之擁有良好的學習風貌和氛圍，并在學風建設上更上一個新臺階；

2、為營造良好學習氛圍，打造我校品牌學科，夯實素質教育改革的基礎，現決定開展“商務現場口譯大賽”活動。作為一次強調專業特色，培養現場反應能力的活動，將進一步強化和凝聚我院特色，讓我院學生更深入了解真實商務工作環境，加快學生語言由知識型向應用性的過度，提高學生就業競爭力。

3、給廣大學生一個展示自我、挑戰自我的舞臺，充分展現我院學子勤奮好學的優秀品質，并從低處出發，全面提高學院學術水平。

4、打造學院品牌活動。寓學于活動，將此具有專業特色的品牌活動影響力以日語學院為起點，擴大其在全院乃至全校的影響力，進而創造出一個全校共同學術共同進步的良好學術氛圍。

二、舉辦時間

1、初賽：2013年4月22日(星期一)—4月26日(星期五)

2、決賽：2013年5月8日（星期三）18:00—21:00

三、舉辦地點

1、班級賽：各班自行選擇(報名人數超過40)

或 配樓的兩間教室（報名人數40及以下）

2、決賽：逸夫樓報告廳

四、舉辦方

日語學院學生會秘書部主辦

體育部，宣傳部，生活部，文藝部，禮儀隊協辦。

五、活動對象

日語學院大三全體同學

六、舉辦形式

分為初賽、決賽兩個階段。

七、具體流程

（一）整體安排1、2013年4月9日（星期二）11:40秘書部與協辦方各部部長在M30

1召開例會，成立各個工作小組并確定各組負責人，分配好此活動各個

小組具體任務。（各部工作安排詳見附表4）

2、2013年4月12日（星期五）前，各部部內開會，將任務細化，分配

責任到個人。將具體工作人員名單報給秘書部。

（二）宣傳階段1、2013年4月2日之前，秘書部針對大三各班宣傳委員召開大賽說明會，宣傳委員負責在班內宣傳并負責報名。

2、2013年4月2日前，體育部在逸夫樓六樓貼宣傳海報。

3、2013年4月29日前，體育部在運動場圍欄上貼出決賽宣傳海報。

（三）報名階段

1、條件：日語學院大三全體學生

2、報名方式：

大三各班宣傳委員統計（各班至少兩人）：

將各班選的參賽人員姓名，班級，聯系方式等詳細信息投遞到逸夫樓

三樓日院團委門前秘書部信箱內（2013年4月8日前）。

（四）活動階段

1.初賽

（1）時間：2013年4月22日(星期一)—4月26日(星期五)

（2）地點：各班自選教室或多媒體教室（提前申請）

（3）具體流程：?

根據報名人數情況，初賽分為兩種方式進行。

*報名人數在40人及以下：

初賽將分為兩組進行比賽，并在配樓兩間教室同時進行。每組各選分數排名前五名的選手，共計10人進入決賽。評委由各班

班導師擔任，選手抽簽決定在哪組進行初賽。

*報名人數在40人以上：

初賽在各班進行，由本班班導師作為評委，找同一時間在班

內進行班級選拔，每班選出最優的兩個人，共計20人進入復賽。

復賽在配樓教室進行，20晉10人

（4）比賽規則：

提前抽簽決定比賽順序，現場抽題，給選手與所抽題目相關的關鍵

詞，根據涉及到的生詞數量給予相應的現場反應時間（初步計劃每個生詞3秒），然后立刻3～5分鐘進行模擬商務口譯對話。

選出前十名進入決賽。

2.決賽

（1）時間：2013年5月8日（星期三）18:00—21:00

（2）地點：逸夫樓報告廳

（3）具體流程：

a.主持人宣布比賽開始。

b.選手按抽簽順序上場，現場抽題，現場大屏幕顯示與選手所抽題

目相關的關鍵詞，根據涉及到的生詞數量給予相應的現場反應時間（初步計劃每個生詞3秒），然后立刻3～5分鐘進行模擬商務口譯對話。

注：每位選手比賽后評委立刻打分，由禮儀隊工作人員收回評分表；

收評分表時評委對該選手的表現進行針對性的點評；

收評分表后工作人員立刻算分，并將成績交給主持人；

一號選手賽后暫不公布成績，待二號選手完成比賽評委點評后

由主持人公布一號選手成績，之后以此類推。

c.評委商議，對整場比賽選手表現進行總結點評。

d.頒發星級證書及獎品，活動結束。

（五）題庫需求：

題庫難度相當，每套題控制在3-5分鐘。

數量：初賽/初賽及復賽需要題庫20套，決賽10套。共計30個。注：若報名人數少于40，則初賽啟用20套題庫

若報名人數多于40，則初賽啟用10套題庫（每班一套）；

復賽啟用剩余10套題庫

八、活動總結

1、在校園網上發出關于學生會秘書部舉辦該活動的相關報道。

2、參賽的選手在活動后的心得體會以文字形式（字數不限）交到秘書部。

宣傳部成員整理后以展板的形式展示活動的心得及精彩照片。

3、秘書部例會上總結此次活動的成功之處及不足，為今后的活動提供寶貴的指導經驗，以完善秘書部組織活動的能力。

九、備注

如遇特殊情況，活動不能如期舉行，秘書部成員將及時做出告知，活動擇期按上述流程舉行。
