一、勤學善思，提升學習能力

“上面千條線，下面一根針”。作為一名來自鄉鎮一線的青年干部，想要勝任本職工作，只有勤于學習，向書本學，向實踐學，在干中學，在學中干，才能全面提高自己的能力和素養。為此，我要求自己堅持做到三點：

一是主動學習。積極參加各種類型的培訓學習活動，及時了解掌握、深刻領會中央、盛市最新政策文件、會議精神，力求吃透上情，了解下情，不斷提高分析解決問題的能力。

二是有效學習。結合本職崗位要求，認真向領導學，虛心向同事學，真誠向群眾學，重點突出政治、經濟、科技、法律、管理等方面知識的學習，加強組工知識學習，提高業務水平。

三是善于學習。注重學用結合，遇事多思考、多總結。堅持把政治理論和業務知識的學習，同干好本職工作結合起來，著力把學習的體會和成果轉化為創新工作思路、促進工作開展的措施，不斷提高貫徹執行的能力。

二、勇于實踐，提升創新能力

鄉鎮工作千頭萬緒情況復雜，矛盾困難層出不窮。作為一名青年干部，不僅要有做好各項工作的信心和決心，而且要有吃苦奉獻、勇于實踐的精神，更要具備務實創新的能力。必須緊密聯系實際，把握“三個創新”，不斷開創新局面。

一是創新理念。以黨和政府加強社會管理為契機，積極參與社會管理及創新。緊扣我鎮“發展經濟、改善民生、維護穩定”三大主題，切實增強大局意識、服務意識，著力創新基層黨組織的設置和活動方式，深化社區、農村、非公企業的黨建工作，繼續擴大“兩新”組織中的工作覆蓋面。發揮婦聯組織在廣大婦女中的橋梁紐帶作用，一切以廣大婦女兒童的需求為出發點，維護婦女兒童的合法權益、組織婦女參與社會管理，做好“家”文章，創造一個和-諧的氛圍，助推地方經濟社會發展再上新臺階。

二是創新方法。充分發揮主觀能動性，適時調整思想觀念、思維方式和工作方法，學會以“斜見大、“吃透兩頭”，掌握政策、掌握規律、掌握實情;注重以點帶面，把握方向，推動工作，不斷提高個人解決復雜問題的能力和水平。利用基層黨組織和婦女組織覆蓋面廣、群眾基礎好的優勢，協助黨委、政府解決影響社會和-諧穩定的突出問題，在社會管理創新中實現新作為、做出新貢獻。

三是創新實踐。嚴密細致的開展組織工作，扎實有效的開展婦聯工作，堅持把抓落實作為推進工作的重要環節，善于運用政策的、法律的、經濟的、行政的、思想的等多種手段，化解矛盾，破解難題，創造性地開展工作，力爭使情況掌握在基層、感情融洽在基層、問題解決在基層、矛盾化解在基層，努力在實踐中成長成才。

三、牢記宗旨，提升自律能力

作為一名青年干部，在日常工作和生活中，我要始終保持清醒頭腦，牢記為民宗旨，堅持勤政廉政，樹立良好形象。

一是強化理想信念。充分認識“做官先做人，做官先做事，做官為百姓”的道理，牢固樹立科學的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀和正確的權力關、地位觀、利益觀，努力做到常修從政之德，常懷律己之心，常排非分之想，常思貪欲之害。

二是強化作風建設。堅持以人為本、執政為民的理念，發揚密切聯系群眾優良作風，經常深入一線，走訪基層群眾，全方位了解情況，多角度分析原因，想方設法把難題解決好、把矛盾處理好、把群眾穩定好。堅決服從組織安排，尊重領導，團結同志，踏實做事，誠實做人，力求有所作為。

三是強化廉潔自律。始終做到自重、自盛自警、自勵，筑牢夯實拒腐防變的思想防線。嚴格遵守黨風廉政建設各項要求，自覺執行單位各項管理制度，堅持按規定辦事，按程序運轉，守得住清貧，抗得住誘-惑，經得住考驗，時刻保持共-產-黨員和青年干部的良好形象。

9天短暫而充實的學習生活即將結束了，在這里，我們不僅收獲了知識，還收獲了友誼;不僅開闊了視野，更加開闊了胸襟，成為終生難忘的美好回憶。讓我們進一步強化學習，提升本領，勇于實踐，創新落實，以實際行動樹立新時期青年干部的良好形象，爭取用更大的進步回報組織的信任與期望，為建設更高水平小康社會、邁向基本現代化作出新貢獻。

1.指導朗讀，語音，語調和語氣并行

學生學習英語的目的是為了用英語來進行交際，說一口漂亮的英語就好比我們說一口漂亮的普通話一樣，會讓交際變得更加有英語范，因此新教材順勢提出了教學中要關注學生朗讀英語時抑揚頓挫的音調和正確的語音。開始關注升降調，爆破音，重讀等等，這是和之前的英語課堂上一個很大的區別，我想如果日積月累的堅持加以指導，孩子們必然會說出一口較為標準的英語，這是我在備課過程中的一大收獲。語氣由兩個方面構成：一方面是一定的思想感情，一方面是一定的具體聲音形式。包含有三個要點：其一，語氣以內心感情的色彩和分量為靈魂、為神；其二，語氣以具體的聲音形式為軀體、為形；其三，語氣存在于一個個有具體語境的語句當中。如果語音，語調是實實在在能用符號標注的話，語氣便是一種內在的情感表達。比如課中當楊林問Helen要看看她的stickers時的開心和羨慕，要體驗那種情感來讀Can I have a look? 將會更加傳神。以及Helen答應給楊林stickers時，那句Sure她的情感世界應該是孩子獨有的大方，樂意。如果經常引導學生體驗朗讀，是不是會讓已經標準的英語更加洋氣，就好比普通話更有京味。

2、人性化的課堂

生活化的氛圍

英語課堂帶給我們的感受通常都是富有活力，熱鬧，趣味的。然而細細品味，課堂中似乎還缺少一種真誠，沒有了人文色彩的人與人之間的情感交流，因而感動的課堂很少。對于成長中的孩子來講，學習也是他生活的一部分，作為英語教師我們給孩子的不僅僅是英語知識，而是一種尊重，這樣的尊重是要體現教師的真誠，備課站在孩子的角度，過程中我們都要想想這樣的學習方式是否是孩子們愿意接受的，這樣的活動在完成學習任務的同時是否是孩子喜歡的，你給予他的評價，鼓勵要是真誠的。

之前我的課堂總是歡快的，學生的參與熱情很高漲，感覺精致的一環接著一環。慢慢的我便思考熱鬧的英語課堂上其實首先應該是生活化的，應該有更多生活中的幽默，真誠，感動，這也是我要努力嘗試的。

3.評價內容具體化，評價權利的民主化

英語課堂聽的最多的是good ,very good.not so good。很多時候學生知道老師表揚我啦。可是表揚我什么了？我什么地方還可以更好，并不是很明白。在這節

課中我設計了具體的評價機制，金話筒獎，獎勵能說出漂亮英語的學生；金耳朵獎，獎勵那些聽課認真的學生；金頭腦獎，獎勵那些會動腦筋，回答問題的學生等等，這樣富有具體內容的鼓勵會讓孩子學的更加明白。課中有一孩子，上臺表演時，聲音很小。我同樣給予他獎勵，但告訴他表演時聲音大些就更好了。我給了他兩張sticker，告訴他聲音小了點，然后再對他說我確信他下次表演時聲音肯定會非常響亮的，他開心的點點頭，所以給了第三張sticker。無論什么樣的評價方式，切記不可打擊孩子，尤其是初學英語的孩子。
