Target

As newly-employed personnel in JISCO, for better and faster understanding the culture and spirit of JISCO and adaptation to be a new worker, we have been trained systematically by the human resources department for almost about one and a half month after we got off the train and stepped on the holy land named the bright jewel in north-west China.Process and content

The whole training primarily is made up of four modules: lectures in The Grand Theater, courses in the college, military training, practice and experience.1.Lectures in the Grand Theater

In the theater, we have learnt the developing history and the spirit of Iron

Mountain, and have been badly shocked by the people who were the very first to create life facilities and buildings and to mine.Especially when I got the story about the 25 years girl Miss FENG who wasthe first group to explore the iron ore and died dropping out from the top of a very high mountain named after her name now, Tears was held in my eyes so that nobody could see me.In that moment, I seemingly suddenly understood the core meaning and its origin of the JISCO spirit.In addition, we have understood the regulations and human resources policy of JISCO so that we can make our career planning in advance, have known that the development strategy and its planning in the twelfth five-yearplan, and this lead us to make up our mind to grow up with JISCO.What’s more, this training let us

understand and get to enjoy the culture and life style and scenery of North West China.External hired teacher has taught us for about five days about how to deal with relationship with colleagues and leaders, how to plan our own every daytime and how to arrange our career and our dream.Through such lectures we have had a clear route about our future.2.Teaching in college

In college, we were taught systematically about the knowledge of safety,sanitation, law and production process of the whole iron and steel making of this company, so that we can better make bigger progress to adapt to this corporation.Teamwork, discipline, and the importance of enterprise culture is what we got impressively in the courses.3.Military training

For nurturing and carry forward not being afraid of hard condition and

surroundings, the human resources department arrange us a military training.During the fifteen-day training, we had suffered from the hot days and strong sun rays.Face

color gone to black, and skin was off from face for the strong ultraviolet rays, but nobody held back because of the hard times.By the hard work of coaches and with our persistence, finally we were through the test and completely overcame the training.4.Practices and experiences

We went to the Mirror Iron Mountain alternatively during the military training, named for its smooth surface without any vegetation or earth because the lack of rainfall and strong wind.Our first impression on this place was dry, lifeless, and narrow.Actually I felt down and depressed at first, and was very worried about my physical safety, but when I saw the people, our brothers working there, I was totally touched and influenced by the spirit and character of theirs.I felt in my bones that their temperaments were built by the desert surroundings and the big cold and not a wordmachines.In the meanwhile, I was thoroughly influenced.I told myself that the men working there are heroes.This place is the origin of a company, a city, and is also the economic power of the GanShu province.I just want to say, that is the miracle of nature.The second part of the practices was to visit the plants.In the morning, we visited the stainless steel workshop, the sanitation and working condition there has always been standard, which impressed us most, and then the iron making plant was our next destination.The condition in iron plant is well-known not so good, and so is the JISCO’s, air smelt pungent because of the SO2, facilities were old and cold like many miserable vicious Souls hiding behind somewhere.Right that is where I work that is so funny.So what, whatever, that is life.Impressions and Gains

The pre-service training let me have a deeper understanding of the company, promote a lot of knowledge.the important thing is to let me have a new

understanding of the importance of teamwork and persistence, and I also have had a whole fresh acquaintance of myself, and get to know what I should really do and what I really want here.

尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、青年朋友們：

大家下午好!

首先作下自我介紹，我叫朱明偉，河北唐山人，畢業(yè)于東北大學(xué)鋼鐵冶金專(zhuān)業(yè)，現(xiàn)被分配到天風(fēng)不銹鋼廠工作。

今天站在這里代表酒鋼2011年新招聘大學(xué)生發(fā)言，我感到萬(wàn)分榮幸。同時(shí)也感謝集團(tuán)公司提供這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)讓我表達(dá)作為新員工的一些心聲。

來(lái)到嘉峪關(guān)這座美麗的城市、進(jìn)入酒鋼集團(tuán)已經(jīng)一個(gè)多月了。酒鋼職工培訓(xùn)中心的培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)，使我對(duì)酒鋼有了進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識(shí)。酒鋼作為西北地區(qū)最大的國(guó)有鋼鐵企業(yè)，歷經(jīng)“十一五”的砥礪發(fā)展，在改革創(chuàng)新、科學(xué)發(fā)展的道路上，形成了以鋼鐵業(yè)為主、多元化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新格局。2011年酒鋼集團(tuán)取得了中國(guó)企業(yè)500強(qiáng)第144名、比上年進(jìn)步11位的驕人成績(jī)。同時(shí)拓展訓(xùn)練中的信任背摔、雷區(qū)取水、穿越電網(wǎng)等活動(dòng)，鍛煉了我們的意志，增強(qiáng)了我們的責(zé)任心、榮譽(yù)感與集體凝聚力，為適應(yīng)以后的工作崗位奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

培訓(xùn)期間，我們參觀了不銹鋼冷軋生產(chǎn)線和CSP碳鋼薄板坯連鑄連軋生產(chǎn)線，我為我們酒鋼擁有如此規(guī)模的生產(chǎn)能力和先進(jìn)的設(shè)備而深感振奮。鏡鐵山礦的參觀，讓我對(duì)在海拔3000多米礦山上不辭辛勞工作的工人師傅肅然起敬，他們是酒鋼的驕傲！更讓我敬仰的是從這里總結(jié)歸納出的“艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)、堅(jiān)忍不拔，勇于獻(xiàn)身、開(kāi)拓前進(jìn)”的鐵山精神。酒鋼擁有先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，擁有不畏艱苦、努力工作的職工隊(duì)伍，擁有“鐵山精神”的寶貴財(cái)富，擁有重視人才的企業(yè)文化，我們沒(méi)有理由不選擇酒鋼，沒(méi)有理由不為之自豪！

現(xiàn)在，酒鋼“十二五”規(guī)劃將全面實(shí)施以“五大板塊、十大產(chǎn)業(yè)”為主要內(nèi)容的跨越式發(fā)展藍(lán)圖，不銹鋼將達(dá)到年產(chǎn)300萬(wàn)噸的規(guī)模。這讓我熱血沸騰，我可以發(fā)揮我的專(zhuān)業(yè)特長(zhǎng)大展拳腳。我堅(jiān)信，2015年不銹鋼年產(chǎn)300萬(wàn)噸宏偉目標(biāo)的達(dá)成，一定有我和在座各位的一份付出與努力。

2011年7月22日，公司對(duì)今年新入職的18名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了為期一天的系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)。培訓(xùn)的主要內(nèi)容有公司概況介紹、公司十二五規(guī)劃及發(fā)展目標(biāo)、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)及員工職業(yè)道德教育、質(zhì)量環(huán)境職業(yè)健康安全管理體系相關(guān)知識(shí)、公司安全生產(chǎn)教育、公司規(guī)章制度及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、社交禮儀及行為準(zhǔn)則。

此次培訓(xùn)的主講人有公司黨委書(shū)紀(jì)王志強(qiáng)、綜合辦公室主任譚運(yùn)、綜合辦公室副主任屠瑩瑩、總師辦主任宋霞及其他相關(guān)部門(mén)業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人。公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)十分重視對(duì)年輕后備人才的關(guān)愛(ài)與培養(yǎng)，黨委書(shū)記抽出時(shí)間親自講課，董事長(zhǎng)多次關(guān)注培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃并專(zhuān)門(mén)安排一小時(shí)的時(shí)間到會(huì)場(chǎng)聽(tīng)取學(xué)員們的心聲，與學(xué)員們進(jìn)行對(duì)話(huà)，其他部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也積極配合，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n上課。在公司上下級(jí)的共同努力下，這次培訓(xùn)工作取得了較好的效果。

百分百集團(tuán)2012屆大學(xué)生培訓(xùn)

2012屆大學(xué)生的到來(lái)為集團(tuán)的發(fā)展注入了新鮮的血液，為讓大學(xué)生盡快適應(yīng)職場(chǎng)環(huán)境，實(shí)現(xiàn)稚氣嬌態(tài)的學(xué)生氣質(zhì)向干練果敢的職場(chǎng)氣質(zhì)的迅速轉(zhuǎn)型，集團(tuán)管理中心人資部為大學(xué)生安排了為期一周的培訓(xùn)課程。

2月13日，是大學(xué)生正式培訓(xùn)的第一天。早上八點(diǎn)半，同學(xué)們準(zhǔn)時(shí)到集團(tuán)籃球場(chǎng)集合，在培訓(xùn)部的組織下，學(xué)生進(jìn)行了破冰游戲，在輕松愉悅的環(huán)境下，同學(xué)們進(jìn)行了相互認(rèn)識(shí)，融洽了感情。游戲過(guò)后，集團(tuán)培訓(xùn)部組織了大學(xué)生開(kāi)班典禮，人力資源部楊總監(jiān)、陳經(jīng)理、賈經(jīng)理，建設(shè)總辦宋總助、科技總經(jīng)辦主任陳主任、百嶸總經(jīng)辦主任曾主任出席了典禮。在開(kāi)班典禮上，學(xué)生一一做了自我介紹，充分展現(xiàn)自我才華，并通過(guò)競(jìng)選的方式誕生了班長(zhǎng)、班秘等職務(wù)，其中王凱以23票高票勝出，成功擔(dān)任班長(zhǎng)一職，付子桂、韋麗華從16名選民中脫穎而出，成功競(jìng)選班秘一職，成立了77人的大團(tuán)隊(duì)“競(jìng)英班”，并確立了“團(tuán)結(jié)一心、爭(zhēng)做第一、永不退縮、力爭(zhēng)第一”的班級(jí)口號(hào)，相信每一位“競(jìng)英人”在一個(gè)星期的培訓(xùn)后都能在自己的工作崗位上確定自己的定位，實(shí)現(xiàn)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中精英形象的蛻變。

下午，人力資源部總監(jiān)楊總為大學(xué)生的培訓(xùn)課程拉開(kāi)了序幕，為同學(xué)們講授了《新員工入職第一課》。楊總通過(guò)分析大學(xué)生的現(xiàn)狀以及心理動(dòng)態(tài)，結(jié)合社會(huì)實(shí)際為同學(xué)們提出了適應(yīng)社會(huì)的幾個(gè)建議，內(nèi)容生動(dòng)而富有深意，同學(xué)們一個(gè)個(gè)聽(tīng)得聚精會(huì)神。在課后，同學(xué)們紛紛表示本次課程獲益良多，為以后的職業(yè)生涯建立了一個(gè)良好的心

態(tài)。

2月14日，是大學(xué)生培訓(xùn)的第二天，為進(jìn)一步加深同學(xué)們之間的了解，培訓(xùn)部在早上八點(diǎn)半安排了為時(shí)半個(gè)小時(shí)的游戲時(shí)間，在組長(zhǎng)的組織下，同學(xué)們積極融身于游戲之中，完全打破了陌生的氣氛，在輕松與歡躍的氛圍中盡情嬉戲。此刻，留下的是團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作與默契，是心靈相通的完美契合，是歡樂(lè)與笑聲的優(yōu)美伴奏……

在輕松之后，緊張的培訓(xùn)課程接踵而至。上午，管理中心人力資源部賈經(jīng)理為大家講授了《這個(gè)社會(huì)想和你談?wù)劇罚Z經(jīng)理同大家分享了步入職場(chǎng)可能會(huì)遇到的一些思緒上的阻礙，并對(duì)如何應(yīng)對(duì)這些阻礙提出了建設(shè)性的想法，為大家的心智成熟進(jìn)行了一次隱性教育。這次課程不僅引起了同學(xué)們的共鳴，更是開(kāi)啟了大家對(duì)職業(yè)生涯的思考之鎖。

中午短暫的休息之后，迎來(lái)的是《集團(tuán)介紹》。為讓大家在工作之初順利開(kāi)展工作，人力資源部培訓(xùn)專(zhuān)員黎妙虹為同學(xué)們介紹了集團(tuán)的基本情況以及集團(tuán)文化，并對(duì)東莞的基本狀況進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹，解決了同學(xué)們的基本工作和生活困難。通過(guò)對(duì)集團(tuán)和東莞的了解，也為同學(xué)們快速實(shí)現(xiàn)“百分百人”提供了契機(jī)。

2月15日，不經(jīng)意間，今天已是培訓(xùn)的第三天，伴隨著早上八點(diǎn)半集合鐘聲的敲響，三張嶄新的面孔加入了“競(jìng)英”大家庭，為“競(jìng)英”的活力注入了新的生命力，一個(gè)80號(hào)成員的大家庭組建而成。在浪漫的情人節(jié)之后，競(jìng)英驕子個(gè)個(gè)洋溢著歡快而振奮的面容，開(kāi)啟了2月15日的培訓(xùn)之旅……

在半個(gè)小時(shí)的例行游戲之后，科技財(cái)務(wù)中心許朝暉經(jīng)理、管理中心人資部陳桂芬經(jīng)理、管理中心行政部陳建國(guó)為大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)、人事、行政制度的講解。本次課程納入新員工入職考試內(nèi)容，大學(xué)生們一個(gè)個(gè)精神飽滿(mǎn)，認(rèn)真筆記，在課堂上積極提問(wèn)，取得了良好的互動(dòng)效果。其中，在人事制度的講解中，人資部陳經(jīng)理為同學(xué)們專(zhuān)門(mén)留出了提問(wèn)時(shí)間，以解答大學(xué)生在生活上、心理上以及在以后的工作中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的困惑，為大學(xué)生安心生活、工作供給了“定心丸”。
