一、概述:

簡(jiǎn)述HC201大電剪的基本情況,供客戶或其它需要者參考,以便更好地了解該產(chǎn)品。

五、特性要求:

(一)、常規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn): 1.

噪音測(cè)試: 在環(huán)境噪音低于45dB下,距整機(jī)100mm遠(yuǎn),開機(jī)噪音應(yīng)低于70dB 2.

轉(zhuǎn)速測(cè)試:

轉(zhuǎn)速: 6000±1000RPM 3.

刀片距標(biāo)準(zhǔn): a)動(dòng)刀片齒頂與定刀片齒頂距離在0.5~1.0mm之間;b)動(dòng)刀片運(yùn)動(dòng)到最大極限時(shí),動(dòng)刀片與定刀片邊距應(yīng)大于0.5mm;c)刀片擺幅不能小于1.5齒.4.

用鋁鉑紙將樣機(jī)裹住,將樣機(jī)接通3750V/0.5mA高壓一分鐘,對(duì)其外露部分進(jìn)行高壓測(cè)試,無任何漏電現(xiàn)象.7.

剪切力和剪切測(cè)試: a)剪切力: 水平剪切力大于0.8kg;b)剪切: 開機(jī)剪切10mm的假發(fā)不得夾發(fā)和不順暢.8.

鎖刀片測(cè)試:

將刀片鎖死,接通電源,蓋上二層芝士布,開機(jī)7 小時(shí)后無異常現(xiàn)象發(fā)生(起火、冒煙、熔膠、高壓通過)9.

螺絲扭力測(cè)試: 面蓋螺絲≥4Kgfcm, E片螺絲≥8Kgfcm, 刀片螺絲≥8Kgfcm 10.

跌機(jī)測(cè)試:

將樣機(jī)從三英尺高以任意方向(最受力)跌落于地面30mm厚的木板三次,樣機(jī)無異常現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。

整機(jī)測(cè)試:

常開七個(gè)小時(shí),無異常現(xiàn)象發(fā)生(起火、冒煙、熔膠、高壓通過)2.

六、外觀要求: 1.

外觀不可以刮花,水紋,縮水現(xiàn)象。2.
