7.Excuse me for interrupting you.
I would like to speak to Mr.Auttapol.2. Yes,this is he speaking.3. He is not in.4. Wait a minute.5. A call for you.6. There is nobody here by that name.7. Sorry, I must have dailed the wrong number.8. The line is busy.9.Attapol打來的電話,她找你.Auttapol is on the line. She wants to talk to you.10. I will give you a ring.11. Nobody answers the phone.12.

Would you like to leave a message? 14.
May I take a message for you?
If you leave your name and telephone number,I will have Mr.Chen call you back as soo as he is available.16.
Could you please give me your office number and home number?
Hold on a minute while I get a pencil.18. You can telephone me every few days, and in that way we can keep in touch with each other.19. I have been telephoning all morning, but I haven't been able to speak to the doctor.20. In the middle of our telephone coversation,wo were suddenly cut off.1.
你可以等他講完一句時馬上插進去說:“Excuse me, who is that speaking?”他會回答你名字,你記下來,然后問他“Where are you from, please?” 然后問他“What is the matter with you?”
I understand what you said, but could you send an email to me to confirm, please?“然后問他是否知道郵箱地址,不知道你就告訴他,請他發(fā)過來.(這個其實也是不懂裝一下懂,如果你聽不懂不要不停的說 No, I don't know.
Have you sent the email to me before?“然后注意聽”YES“還是”NO“(這個是方便查找,即使當時沒找到,現(xiàn)在找到他的郵件也不遲,回復時不要忘記加上一句”Thanks for your calling.")。
Glad to speak with you.

Is there anything else I can do for you?(還 有 什 么 我 可 以 幫 忙 的 嗎 ?
Say hello to your folks.(請 代 向 你 家 人 問 安。)
Then I’ll make sure he gets your message.(我 一 定 會 轉(zhuǎn) 達 您 的 話。);
Nice talking to you.4(很 高 興 與 你 通 話。)Hope to see you again soon.(希 望近日 還 能 見 面。)
That’s all I have to say for now.(這 就 是 我 現(xiàn) 在 所 要 講 的。)Thank you for your trouble.(謝 謝,麻 煩 您 了。)Well-I’ll call you again later(我 會 再 打 電 話 給 您。)
