工作小結

轉眼來到呂良信用社已過大半年，回顧過去十個月中的工作，有進步也有不足，從中也學到了許多知識。主要方面總結成以下幾點：

一、與時俱進，不斷增強個人素質

通過學習，使我對聯社的基本規章制度方有了充分的認識認識，進一步領會到為三農服務的重要性。學習也使我認識到：工作崗位沒有高低之分，一定要好好工作，不認真工作就不能體現自己的人生價值。作為信用社基層一線的一名普通員工在工作常中要充分發揮“主人翁”精神，在日工作中從一點一滴做起。

二、立足本崗位，努力學習來提高服務質量

由于我是一名前臺員工，所以在客戶中樹立起單位的良好形象就顯得尤為關鍵。通過這幾個月的前臺工作，使我逐漸向同事和領導學習到怎樣提高日常服務質量的經驗——堅持原則，嚴格按照聯社制定的各項規章制度執行，做到不違規操作，遇到客戶提出的不合理要求，不辦理有損信用社利益的業務；遇到客戶著急的業務，從不拖延；當客戶前來詢問業務時，能夠認真細致不厭其煩的耐心講解。過去大半年的工作，我看到了自己的進步，同時也看到了不足之處。所以我利用業余時間，多學習一些知識，提高自身的科學理論水平，平時也常利用網絡了解有關業務知識，開闊了視野，豐富了知識。在今后的工作中，要把業務理論知識更充分的應用到實際工作當中去，進一步提高自己的業務水平。

英語單詞競賽小結（1）

為了培養同學們的英語學習興趣，加大英語閱讀量，豐富同學們的學習生活，我校在前兩個星期舉行了二、三、四、五年級的英語單詞競賽，現將此次活動的情況總結如下：

一、活動的基本情況

本次活動，經過充分的賽前準備，活動有條不紊地進行。經過競賽，各年級均有班級獲獎。

二、活動的收獲和啟示

（一）活動比賽的收獲

1.學生準備充分：賽前，學生進行了積極、認真的準備，大多 數學生能比較自信地背誦出應該掌握的單詞。每天都能聽到他們拼讀單詞的聲音，看到他們認真地默寫著應該掌握的單詞，一遍又一遍不厭其煩。

2.參賽班級從不同的側面展現了班級風采。

在本次比賽中，大家都積極準備，有些同學表現優異，大多數同學在比賽中發揮出色，取得了較優異的成績。

（二）比賽中存在的不足

二年級個別學生書寫不規范，有的年級之間存在著不平衡現象。此次比賽，反映出有的同學對單詞的掌握實在是不過關，這就要求我們同學在平時一定要在家多聽錄音，多朗讀、拼讀與反復默寫單詞，從而提高我們對單詞的默寫能力。
