一位先生到富蘭克林的書店買書，“這本書多少錢？”他問店員。“1元錢?！钡陠T答道。

“還可以更便宜嗎？”這人又問。

“這是不可能的事?！钡陠T堅定地說。

或許老板更好說話，這人想，于是他繼續(xù)問：“富蘭克林先生在嗎？”

“是的，他正在后面忙著?！钡陠T說。

那人舉起手中的書問道：“這本書你最低賣多少？”

“可是你的店員剛剛還說1元錢呢？”

顧客覺得十分驚訝，他從未聽說過這樣的觀點。“老實說，你這本書最低賣多少錢？”

“1。5元。”

“可你剛剛還說1。25元呢！”顧客叫起來。

“可是現(xiàn)在花了我更多時間。”富蘭克林冷冷地說。

看起來，顧客多花了0。5元的冤枉錢，實在劃不來。但他僅多出了0。5元，卻浪費了富蘭克林一段寶貴的時間。他不知道對于富蘭克林這樣的有志者來說時間比金錢還寶貴。

大多數(shù)人都意識不到時間的價值，所以整天閑聊、打牌、游樂。也不覺得可惜。其實時間就是金錢，只要好好利用，它就會給你帶來財富。

讀了《別逗了，時間不是金錢》后，使我想到了一句名言：一寸光陰一寸金，黃金是貴重之物，與時間作比較表明了時間非常珍貴?！跋r如金”也是同樣的道理，即便如此人民也承認黃金也沒時間貴重，所以“一寸光陰一寸金”的下句是“寸金難買寸光陰”。

在我們身邊也有許多人被“時間久是金錢”亂了手腳，甚至亂了一生，這樣誤讀“時間就是金錢”的人和事有很多，在我們的生活中有一個這樣的故事。

一個炎熱的夏天在一個工地上有許多工人在干活，酷暑讓他們滿天大汗，一個挑水泥的的人正艱難得把水泥挑上樓，有人問他：“你不累嗎？”跳水泥的人說：“累呀，怎么會不累呢！但再累又有什么辦法呢，我要打工掙錢呀！”“那你為什么不吃點東西休息一下，養(yǎng)足精神在去挑呢？”旁人說，挑水泥的人說“時間就是金錢，我連工作的時間都不多，哪能吃飯休息呀！”

看了這件事我想對那個工人說：“青春時光與其急著把目標(biāo)定在一個錢字上，不如給時間以更豐富的定義，這樣青春多彩了，人生寬廣了成功和收獲也就是遲早的事，”我很快就把《別逗了，時間不是金錢》看完了，以前，我一直覺得時間就是金錢，直到最近我看了《別逗了，時間不是金錢》后，才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己錯了，時間不是金錢，因為時間比金錢更寶貴！
