自我介紹時應該記住“3P原則”：Positive（自信），Personal（個性），Pertinent（中肯）。談吐自信，就是要積極地進行自我肯定，讓面試人充分了解你的優點與潛能。突出個性，就是要把自己與眾不同的特點發揮出來，強調自己的專業與能力。語氣中肯，就是要實事求是，不要言過其實，夸夸其談，也不要涉及和自己無關的事情。

自我介紹應簡潔明了，給面試人留下思路清晰、反應快捷、邏輯性強的印象。自我介紹時間不宜太長，話不宜太多，最好控制在五分鐘之內。不要一談起自己就口若懸河，滔滔不絕，以免言多語失。另外，在自我介紹時應避免過多地使用“I”（我），不要每個句子一開頭就冒出一個“I”字，給人留下自我標榜、以自我為中心的印象。

靈活的應聘者往往會把“我”開頭的話，變成“你”字打頭。例如，面試人說：Would you please say something about yourself？（請你談談自己的情況好嗎？）應聘者則說：Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job？（你想讓我談談我個人的生活呢，還是與這份工作有關的問題？）這樣，你的談話就把面試人擺了進去。這種談話的方式所產生的效果是不言而喻的。面試畢竟是面試人與應聘者互相溝通的一種場合，應聘者時常把面試人擺進自己的談話當中去，自然而然就起到了互相溝通的作用。

圍繞3方面表現：

回答問題時口齒要清晰、語調適中。內容要有條理、避免重復。介紹工作經歷采用倒序，從最近一份工作談起，著重強調有利于新工作的職務經歷。最好能說明曾擔任何種職務、實際成績、業績等，以及自己的工作對原來公司的影響。凡和此次應征不相關的內容，盡量避免提及。話題緊扣以下3方面來展現自己的優勢。

1.能力。當你知道招聘單位目前急于用人時，首先把自己的專長講足說夠，然后順理成章地得出結論：I think your unit needs a man like me.（我想，貴單位需要象我這樣的人才。）用這樣的句式，讓面試人認為你是站在他們的立場上說話，在替他們的發展考慮問題，于是更容易接受你。陳述自己的任職資格時，可以這么開頭：I?m qualified for the job because……（我能勝任這項工作，是因為……）接著陳述理由。當面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時，參照的標準已不再是他心目中的標準，而是你列舉的理由。

1切忌在雙方熱烈討論某一問題時，突然將對話結束，這是一種失禮的表現。如果一時出現僵持的局面，應設法把話題改變，一旦氣氛緩和就應趕緊收場。

2不要勉強把話拖長。當發現談話的內容已漸枯竭時，就應馬上道別。否則，會給對方留下言語無味的印象。

3要小心留意對方的暗示。如果對方對談話失去興趣時，可能會利用“身體語言”做出希望結束談話的暗示。比如，有意地看看手表，或頻繁地改變坐姿，或游目四顧、心神不安。遇到這些情況，最好知趣地結束談話。

4要把時間掌握得恰到好處。在準備結束談話之前，先預定一段短時間，以便從容地停止。突然結束，匆匆忙忙地離開，會給以粗魯無禮的印象。

5笑容是結束談話的最佳句號，因為最后的印象，往往也是最深的印象，可以長期留在雙方的腦海之中。

6在有些交談結束時，說一些名人格言、富有哲理的話，或是美好祝愿的話，往往會產生很好的效果。我去年去競爭過一個幼兒英語教師的職位,初試順利,復試時試講出了錯誤.我把我的錯誤總結一下,供你參考

1.那天每個人的面試地點不同,我沒有找到教室,晚了幾分鐘,但是進屋的時候看到考官在等我，我就知道自己做錯了事,心虛啊,即使考官不表露出不滿,自己的也會無形增加壓力.2.我的試講內容里面游戲太少了，我競聘的是7歲前兒童英語教育,對著一群不會英語的孩子,自己又不能講漢語,所以要增加肢體語言的運用.一定要大膽,不要怕羞,你越拘謹,孩子們就也越不懂你的意思,他們就不能配合你,那么講課就失敗了，想使氣氛活躍,備課時加入大量的游戲,激發他們的興趣,他們很高興,考官就很滿意.如果不會游戲可以去書店找教法書籍,里面有許多方法.3.要做大量又形象的教具,吸引住孩子的眼球,當然還有考官的.教孩子們的時候一定把自己也當作孩子們的一員,不要把自己當做老師.4.最后,最最最最最重要的,你要懷著一顆愛孩子的心,也要讓考官知道你愛孩子，不管你能不能成功,要在任何一件小事上面表現出你對孩子的關心與愛護,我面試的那天,有兩個4歲的孩子在我的身邊玩耍,一會功夫他們就打起架來，然后就是又哭又鬧,我手足無措,畢竟我只是個學生,沒有什么經驗,所以我找了老師處理,現在想想真蠢.，幼兒英語并不需要多高英語水平，更多的需要你的親和力，你如果能做好孩子王，相信你就一定能勝任這一職務。如果你有幼教的基礎，中標的可能性就會大大增加。如果沒有，可以提前看一些少兒心理學的文章。做好充足的準備，把要講的內容的相關背景等知識了解到位，并把課的內容和這些背景結合起來，主要是注意如何讓背景知識在吸引人的同時把人引導到課本的內容上來。

在見到面試官時要表現的大方，不要太拘禁，也不要太囂張，給人留下穩重的印象。試講時要首先把自己的試講材料分發給各位考官。

講課時的音量特別重要，而且要有板書，然后就是注意設計的跟學生互動的環節。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全，所以板書就是你的教課大綱，是有始有終的，最后別忘了布置作業。

試講完成以后還會有提問基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的，教學側重點應該在哪里，如果學生出現了這樣或那樣的問題你該如何等等

問好：可以先問問小孩咱們平時怎么打招呼，找幾個孩子說，然后問你們知不知道外國人拿英語打招呼，有的孩子可能知道hello什么的，你可以再往后講講hi, good morning/afternoon/evening...游戲和單詞，這個可以連在一起，你可教他們簡單的詞，比如left, right，然后讓他們站起來，向左轉，向右轉，轉錯了就做下。

也可以教眼耳口鼻這些面部器官，這個游戲很好做，你可以在黑板上畫一個空白的臉，讓大家補上器官畫出周杰倫（或者任何名人），叫孩子們上去，一個一個畫，你就拿剛才教的單詞指示他們就成。

然后可以玩touch...游戲，你發指令，然后讓他們指自己的面部器官，可以快一點，然后贏得給小禮物。比如touch your mouth，讓孩子們指自己的嘴巴這樣的，如果小孩兒指到別的地方還可以開開玩笑，氣氛會不錯。
