2010年12月30日北京兒童醫(yī)院第六屆英語(yǔ)演講比賽圓滿成功,護(hù)理部劉麗麗及特需門診的王歡經(jīng)過(guò)激烈的角逐,進(jìn)入到了決賽環(huán)節(jié)。
本次比賽圍繞《醫(yī)院就是我的家》的主題,各位選手進(jìn)行了精彩的演講展示。比賽當(dāng)天,賽場(chǎng)氣氛熱烈,每位選手的拉拉隊(duì)也是異彩紛呈、各盡其能。比賽期間,還安排了趣味性很強(qiáng)的小游戲,讓每位觀賽的人也積極參與其中。
經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)委的仔細(xì)斟酌,評(píng)選出一等獎(jiǎng)一名,二等獎(jiǎng)兩名,三等獎(jiǎng)三名。護(hù)理部劉麗麗獲得三等獎(jiǎng)。

2.業(yè)績(jī)。外國(guó)公司面試喜歡用事實(shí)說(shuō)話,為了證明你的能力,你可以把過(guò)去的經(jīng)歷聯(lián)系起來(lái),說(shuō)明你曾經(jīng)為以前的公司解決過(guò)跟現(xiàn)在雇主所面臨的類似問(wèn)題:I explored Shanghai market and sold 50,000 sets in one year.(我開發(fā)了上海市場(chǎng),一年銷售出去5萬(wàn)套。)
3.誠(chéng)意。某個(gè)問(wèn)題發(fā)表完見解之后,可以附帶加上一句:I?d like to hear your opinion.(我很想聽聽你的意見。)這句話表明了你對(duì)面試人的尊敬,很容易使他(她)產(chǎn)生親切感。當(dāng)面試人在試探你的應(yīng)聘誠(chéng)意時(shí),應(yīng)該及時(shí)表態(tài):So far as that is concerned,you must have understood my determination.(談到這里,您一定已經(jīng)明白我的決心。)問(wèn)些與工作內(nèi)容相關(guān)的問(wèn)題,能表現(xiàn)你對(duì)這份工作的興趣。如:What other responsibilities do you think this job will include?

1切忌在雙方熱烈討論某一問(wèn)題時(shí),突然將對(duì)話結(jié)束,這是一種失禮的表現(xiàn)。如果一時(shí)出現(xiàn)僵持的局面,應(yīng)設(shè)法把話題改變,一旦氣氛緩和就應(yīng)趕緊收?qǐng)觥?/p>
2不要勉強(qiáng)把話拖長(zhǎng)。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)談話的內(nèi)容已漸枯竭時(shí),就應(yīng)馬上道別。否則,會(huì)給對(duì)方留下言語(yǔ)無(wú)味的印象。
3要小心留意對(duì)方的暗示。如果對(duì)方對(duì)談話失去興趣時(shí),可能會(huì)利用“身體語(yǔ)言”做出希望結(jié)束談話的暗示。比如,有意地看看手表,或頻繁地改變坐姿,或游目四顧、心神不安。遇到這些情況,最好知趣地結(jié)束談話。
4要把時(shí)間掌握得恰到好處。在準(zhǔn)備結(jié)束談話之前,先預(yù)定一段短時(shí)間,以便從容地停止。突然結(jié)束,匆匆忙忙地離開,會(huì)給以粗魯無(wú)禮的印象。
5笑容是結(jié)束談話的最佳句號(hào),因?yàn)樽詈蟮挠∠螅彩亲钌畹挠∠螅梢蚤L(zhǎng)期留在雙方的腦海之中。
6在有些交談結(jié)束時(shí),說(shuō)一些名人格言、富有哲理的話,或是美好祝愿的話,往往會(huì)產(chǎn)生很好的效果。我去年去競(jìng)爭(zhēng)過(guò)一個(gè)幼兒英語(yǔ)教師的職位,初試順利,復(fù)試時(shí)試講出了錯(cuò)誤.我把我的錯(cuò)誤總結(jié)一下,供你參考
1.那天每個(gè)人的面試地點(diǎn)不同,我沒有找到教室,晚了幾分鐘,但是進(jìn)屋的時(shí)候看到考官在等我,我就知道自己做錯(cuò)了事,心虛啊,即使考官不表露出不滿,自己的也會(huì)無(wú)形增加壓力.2.我的試講內(nèi)容里面游戲太少了,我競(jìng)聘的是7歲前兒童英語(yǔ)教育,對(duì)著一群不會(huì)英語(yǔ)的孩子,自己又不能講漢語(yǔ),所以要增加肢體語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用.一定要大膽,不要怕羞,你越拘謹(jǐn),孩子們就也越不懂你的意思,他們就不能配合你,那么講課就失敗了,想使氣氛活躍,備課時(shí)加入大量的游戲,激發(fā)他們的興趣,他們很高興,考官就很滿意.如果不會(huì)游戲可以去書店找教法書籍,里面有許多方法.3.要做大量又形象的教具,吸引住孩子的眼球,當(dāng)然還有考官的.教孩子們的時(shí)候一定把自己也當(dāng)作孩子們的一員,不要把自己當(dāng)做老師.4.最后,最最最最最重要的,你要懷著一顆愛孩子的心,也要讓考官知道你愛孩子,不管你能不能成功,要在任何一件小事上面表現(xiàn)出你對(duì)孩子的關(guān)心與愛護(hù),我面試的那天,有兩個(gè)4歲的孩子在我的身邊玩耍,一會(huì)功夫他們就打起架來(lái),然后就是又哭又鬧,我手足無(wú)措,畢竟我只是個(gè)學(xué)生,沒有什么經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以我找了老師處理,現(xiàn)在想想真蠢.,幼兒英語(yǔ)并不需要多高英語(yǔ)水平,更多的需要你的親和力,你如果能做好孩子王,相信你就一定能勝任這一職務(wù)。如果你有幼教的基礎(chǔ),中標(biāo)的可能性就會(huì)大大增加。如果沒有,可以提前看一些少兒心理學(xué)的文章。做好充足的準(zhǔn)備,把要講的內(nèi)容的相關(guān)背景等知識(shí)了解到位,并把課的內(nèi)容和這些背景結(jié)合起來(lái),主要是注意如何讓背景知識(shí)在吸引人的同時(shí)把人引導(dǎo)到課本的內(nèi)容上來(lái)。
出發(fā)前的準(zhǔn)備很重要,一定要著裝合體,不要穿著臺(tái)前衛(wèi),畢竟教師這個(gè)職位還是要講究矜持的。
在見到面試官時(shí)要表現(xiàn)的大方,不要太拘禁,也不要太囂張,給人留下穩(wěn)重的印象。試講時(shí)要首先把自己的試講材料分發(fā)給各位考官。
講課時(shí)的音量特別重要,而且要有板書,然后就是注意設(shè)計(jì)的跟學(xué)生互動(dòng)的環(huán)節(jié)。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全,所以板書就是你的教課大綱,是有始有終的,最后別忘了布置作業(yè)。
試講完成以后還會(huì)有提問(wèn)基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的,教學(xué)側(cè)重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該在哪里,如果學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了這樣或那樣的問(wèn)題你該如何等等
問(wèn)好:可以先問(wèn)問(wèn)小孩咱們平時(shí)怎么打招呼,找?guī)讉€(gè)孩子說(shuō),然后問(wèn)你們知不知道外國(guó)人拿英語(yǔ)打招呼,有的孩子可能知道hello什么的,你可以再往后講講hi, good morning/afternoon/evening...游戲和單詞,這個(gè)可以連在一起,你可教他們簡(jiǎn)單的詞,比如left, right,然后讓他們站起來(lái),向左轉(zhuǎn),向右轉(zhuǎn),轉(zhuǎn)錯(cuò)了就做下。
也可以教眼耳口鼻這些面部器官,這個(gè)游戲很好做,你可以在黑板上畫一個(gè)空白的臉,讓大家補(bǔ)上器官畫出周杰倫(或者任何名人),叫孩子們上去,一個(gè)一個(gè)畫,你就拿剛才教的單詞指示他們就成。
然后可以玩touch...游戲,你發(fā)指令,然后讓他們指自己的面部器官,可以快一點(diǎn),然后贏得給小禮物。比如touch your mouth,讓孩子們指自己的嘴巴這樣的,如果小孩兒指到別的地方還可以開開玩笑,氣氛會(huì)不錯(cuò)。
