英語外貿專用語

FOB是國際貿易中常用貿易術語之一,FOB是Free on Board ,即船上交貨(……指定裝運港),習慣稱為裝運港船上交貨。

FOB術語只適用于海運和內河運輸,也稱“離岸價”

FOB 包括:FOBS, FOBT, FOBC, FOBnet

FOBS= FOB stowed理艙,指賣方負擔將貨物裝入船艙并支付包括理艙費在內的裝貨旨用。FOBT= FOB Trimmed平艙,指賣方負擔將貨物裝入船艙,并支付包括平艙費在內的裝貨費用。FOBC= FOB Commission離岸價加傭金

FOBnet = FOB凈價(不含傭金和折扣價)

CFR是指賣方必須負擔貨物運至約定目的港所需的成本和運費。

Cost and Freight 即成本加運費(……指定目的港)

CFR只適用于海運和內河航行,如合同當事人不采用越過船舷交貨,則應使用CPT術語

CIF是指成本加保險費加運費(……指定目的港,其原文為Cost.Insurance and Freigh(……name port of desti-nation)

按一般國際貿易慣例,賣方投保的保險金額應按CIF價加成10%,因為CIF是屬于裝運交貨的術語,而不是目的港交貨的術語,也就是說CIF不是“到岸價”

CIF通常是指FOB+運費+保險費

C&F通常是FOB+運費

需要強調指出是:按CIF術語成交,雖然由賣方安排貨物運輸和辦理貨運保險,但賣方并不承擔保證把貨送到約定目的港的義務,因為CIF是屬于裝運交貨的術語,而不是目的港交貨的術語,也就是說CIF不是“到岸價”

DDU英文為 Deliverd Duty Unpaid(……name place of destination)即未完稅交貨(……指定目的地)它指賣方將準備好的貨物,在進口國指定的地點將會,而且須承擔貨物運至指定地點的一切費用和風險(不包括關稅、捐稅及進口應支付的其他官方費用),另外須承擔辦理海關手續的費用和風險,買方須承擔因未能及時辦理貨物進口結關而引起的額外費用和風險,本術語適用于各種運輸方式。

DDP是指稅后交貨(……指定目的港)Delivered Duty Paid

完稅后交貨(……指定目的地)是指賣方在指定的目的地辦理完進口清關手續將在交貨運輸工具上沿未卸下的貨物交與買方,完成交貨。賣方必須承擔將貨物運至指定的目的地的一切風險和費用,包括在需要辦理海關手續時在目的地應交納的任何“稅費”(包括辦理海關手續的責任和風險,以及交納手續費、關稅、稅款和其他費用)

DDP適用于各種運輸方式,但當貨物在目的港船上或碼頭交貨時,應使用DES或DEQ術語 DDP適用于各種運輸方式,但當貨物在目的港船上或碼頭交貨時,應使用DES 或DEQ術語 EWX術語賣方承擔最小責任,而DDP術語賣方承擔最大責任

EWX是指工廠交貨
