一．

指導思想

以新的中小學英語課程標準為指導綱要,全面實施二期課改，認真系統(tǒng)地研究整理英語教材知識和能力要求，以考綱為基本依據(jù)，抓好每一環(huán)節(jié)復習，切實落實基礎，突出教材特點，爭取在穩(wěn)拿基本分的基礎上，在聽力、完型填空、閱讀和書面表達等方面體現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢，進一步提高初三年級英語的教學質(zhì)量。在實施過程中注重對潛能生的輔導，最大限度提高學生的英語成績。二．

復習目標

本備課組英語教師認真學習新課程標準和根據(jù)近幾年中考試題新特點及學生實際情況，吃透考綱的各條要求,制定詳細的復習計劃。在期末復習階段主要采用“三輪復習法”,先全面學習，后進行重點復習,最后適應性考試復習，做到著眼全面，突出重點，點面結(jié)合，把全面復習和重點復習有機的結(jié)合起來，這樣既系統(tǒng)全面又有所側(cè)重，能使學生較好地掌握所學知識，考出優(yōu)異的成績。三．

第本著“依綱靠本”和“溫故知新”的原則要求學生一步一個腳印，扎扎實實搞好基礎知識的復習，這一階段按教材順序歸納語言點，講透語言點運用，對各個單元的知識要點進行梳理，同時應注重詞匯，詞組，句型的過關(guān)，并通過配套練習、復習檢測形成能力。復習以掌握并熟練運用英語教材上的所有四會詞匯、語法、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、語言信息、社會生活信息為主。采取一些措施來鞏固和增強復習效果，比如，根據(jù)復習內(nèi)容布置適量難度適中的練習或循環(huán)考試，既每學完一部分后，進行階段性測試，對試卷進行評登記，以充分調(diào)動學生的學習積極性。一輪復習結(jié)束時間大約為四月中上旬。（2）第二輪復習是分塊復習。

根據(jù)中考說明“考試內(nèi)容和能力要求”分語音、詞匯（構(gòu)詞法，名詞，代詞，形容詞，副詞，冠詞，動詞）語法（賓語從句，狀語從句），幫助學生建立一個完整的知識網(wǎng)絡。這一輪復習要求突出重點。在總攬教材，學生對基礎知識掌握的比較扎實的基礎上，相應地提高要求，進行系統(tǒng)整理消化，抓住重點，加深理解，強化記憶。第二輪復習直接關(guān)系到中考的效果，知識掌握不系統(tǒng)，內(nèi)容混淆互相干擾，在這一階段復習不能簡單重復，不要做到面面俱到，而要做到精講精練，做到講、練、評結(jié)合，同時對歷年中考題強化訓練，使學生在答題時做到靈活運用。此外，通過練習查漏補缺，及時解決存在的問題。語法專項復習要“對癥下藥”，重點突破學生學習中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，使學生通過復習查漏補缺，體驗進步，增強自信心。第二輪的復習結(jié)束時間大約為五月中上旬。（3）第三輪全面提升學生應試的能力。第三輪復習是主要是適應中考要求，從以往的中考題中整理出一些信度好、指向性清晰的試題，進行綜合訓練，培養(yǎng)學生答題能力和技巧，進行查漏補缺。讓學生從知識到能力再到心態(tài)進行全面的模擬實戰(zhàn)演習，而不是無選擇地隨便拿來某份考試卷讓學生考，這樣既達不到訓練的效果，也是在浪費學生的寶貴時間。我想通過這三輪的認真復習，不但能提升學生綜合運用英語語言知識的能力，而且讓學生對中考的題型、答題程序、審題、規(guī)范書寫等都有所掌握，從而使學生滿懷信心地參加考試，基礎扎實了，心態(tài)平和了，自然能取得好成績。四． 具體措施：備課組加強合作，提高復習的質(zhì)量和效率

備課組加強合作，提高復習的質(zhì)量和效率。復習的目的是“溫故”。“溫故”的過程是幫助學生回憶學過的內(nèi)容、強化記憶、強化理解、強化運用的過程。我們要根據(jù)平時教學獲取的反饋信息，適時適度地妥善安排相關(guān)內(nèi)容的復習時間。各位組員集體協(xié)作，為學生打印詞匯默寫表，制作條理清晰的語法課件，精心挑選配套的語法訓練題，出好高質(zhì)量的測驗卷。備課組統(tǒng)一作業(yè)規(guī)范，明確每天的口語作業(yè)與書面作業(yè)；認真落實。教師結(jié)合教學內(nèi)容和學生實際水平，布置層次分明、題型結(jié)構(gòu)合理、題量適中的同步作業(yè)，通過自己精心設計或選編的練習，讓每個學生都能有收獲，都能享受到成功的快樂。批改作業(yè)時“粗改”與“精批”相結(jié)合，講評練習時做到有的放矢，而且能使學生知曉自己知識上的缺陷做到“對癥下藥”。我們還要教會學生一些好的學習方法，讓他們的學習做到輕負高效。我們備課組的復習計劃,有些是否會行之有效,有待于實施過程中改進調(diào)整。

一、指導思想：

1、向全體學生，關(guān)注每個學生的發(fā)展，激發(fā)他們學習英語的興趣，幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心，使他們在學習過程中發(fā)展綜合語言運用能力，提高人文素養(yǎng)，增強實踐能力，培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神；

2、突出學生主體，尊重個體差異，讓學生在老師的指導下構(gòu)建知識，提高技能，活躍思維，展現(xiàn)個性。

二、教材分析

教學目的1.要使學生受到聽、說、讀、寫、英語的訓練，掌握最基礎的語言知識和語言技能以及培養(yǎng)初步援用英語交際的能力；養(yǎng)成良好的外語學習習慣，掌握學習外語的基本方法；為進一步學習和運用英語打下扎實的基礎。

2.培養(yǎng)初步運用英語交際的能力和自學能力。

三、學生情況分析

今年任教九年級英語，學生的基本情況較差，尤其初三9班的部分學生已經(jīng)對英語失去了信心，還有一部分學生覺得英語越來越難，漸漸力不從心了，不感興趣了，上課的注意力也不集中了，發(fā)言也不是很活躍。針對這種情況，教學的時候需要注意在備課中增加趣味性，以此來提高學生對英語學習的興趣。

四、教學設想

1、逐步激勵學生對英語產(chǎn)生學習興趣。

2、認真組織課堂教學，課堂上隨堂安排口頭練習，逐步提高學生英語交際能力。

3、由淺入深，由易到難，由已知到未知，循序漸進，點面結(jié)合，逐步擴展，循環(huán)往現(xiàn)，以加深影響。

4、加強《課程標準》與《中考說明》學習；

5、加強試題收集與研究，了解近幾年的中考試題和各區(qū)縣的模擬試題，了解并掌握中考命題的走向；

6、及時進行教學反思、學生月考反思等，滲透考試策略；

7、強化語篇閱讀與寫作訓練與指導。

五、教學具體措施

1、摸清學生基本情況，逐步激勵學生對英語產(chǎn)生學習興趣。

2、重視課堂教學質(zhì)量，逐步提高學生英語交際能力。

1、作業(yè)批語的魅力：在寫批語的過程中，我注重用理性尊重鼓勵和贊揚的語言，決不用嚴厲的語言批評他們。即使他們有錯，我也是先肯定其優(yōu)點，再指出其不足，只要這樣，學生才樂意與老師交流，把老師當做可信任的朋友。寫批語讓我贏得了許多學生的尊敬和依賴，所以教師不可忽略它的魅力。

2、板書的精心設計與布局：利用視覺優(yōu)勢學生能舉一反三，并能自由運用所學內(nèi)容進行流利的書面與口頭表達。

3、及時梳理知識點：把每課中的知識點梳理歸納成句型，找出典型句，專門背上幾個典型句，碰到類似的句子，可套用典型句，舉一反三，學英語實際上就是套用句型；理解每一課的重點詞匯、詞組，用專門的小本子按詞性、詞意分門別類，列成條目，可隨身攜帶，利用零碎的時間看一遍，讓單詞解決在不經(jīng)意中。

4、理清語法規(guī)則：語法規(guī)則就是語言規(guī)則，是遣詞造句的綱目，掌握了語法對理解有很大的好處，所以語法也不可輕視。每課的語法不會太多，一般一二條很容易掌握，如動詞不定式和現(xiàn)在分詞，只要把所學過的動詞梳理一下，哪些動詞接不定式，哪些動詞接現(xiàn)在分詞，把動詞列出來，加以練習就行了，如I want to be a detective.He denied stealing the vase.等。反復練習，就會鞏固掌握，語法通常是和句型緊密聯(lián)系的，練習語法的同時也鞏固了句型，一舉兩得。

5、編織網(wǎng)絡鞏固知識：進入初中也有3年了，從預備、初

一、初二的原有知識也有6本書，若不帶著復習，等到最后就來不及了。復習時，按時間順序整理詞匯、語言點和語法，如預備年級共多少詞匯，語法一共有幾條，語言點有多少，哪些是常用的，哪些是不常用易忘的，要按其功能做好摘錄，再依次做好初

一、初二的整理和摘錄，若遇不理解的地方要及時搞懂或做上記號，這樣所學過的知識點就條目清楚，網(wǎng)絡分明，存儲在你的知識網(wǎng)絡中以備不時之需。你的筆記就是你的知識庫，當新老知識相互銜接時，就可以從知識網(wǎng)絡里調(diào)取所需要的信息，如“it”的用法在書中已出現(xiàn)過，指物、時間、距離、自然現(xiàn)象等，又出現(xiàn)了作形式主語的用法，在講“it”的新句型時，讓同學把自己網(wǎng)絡中的舊知識調(diào)出來，做到新老知識互補，形成一個完整的知識概念；又如動詞的時態(tài)，從預備的一般現(xiàn)在時、現(xiàn)在進行時；初一的一般過去時、一般將來時；初二的現(xiàn)在完成時、過去進行時到初三的過去完成時和過去將來時，整個初中階段的動詞時態(tài)就完整了。你的網(wǎng)絡中存儲了系統(tǒng)的有關(guān)動詞的知識，在學新的知識時總離不開舊的知識為鋪墊，及時調(diào)取網(wǎng)絡中的知識信息有助于對新知識的接受和理解。

6、抓好預習未雨綢繆：由于初三的課程增多，下個學期各學科還面臨著全面復習的任務，所以課堂教學將以大容量、高密度、快節(jié)奏的授課方式出現(xiàn)，若不做到提早預習，及時復習鞏固，肯定招架不住，不戰(zhàn)自潰了。

一、預習

課前的預習是提高聽課質(zhì)量的重要保證，要自覺有意識地去預習，才能保證預習的針對性和成效性。如預習一篇課文可分幾步走：(1)、查出生詞，標出讀音，弄清詞性，理解單詞在句中的意思；(2)、通讀全文，掌握文章大意；(3)、試用一句話寫出各段的大意；(4)、摘出課文中主要的詞組和常用短語(包括已學過的)；(5)、記下難點。做到以上這幾點，在課堂教學中就會有的放矢，有信心參與，有針對性地提問，變被動為主動，成為學習的主體，自覺完成知識內(nèi)化的過程。

二、復習鞏固

復習能使知識長期保持在記憶中，在需要時，能準確無誤的再現(xiàn)，并能加以運用。要達到知識的鞏固，理解是前提，復習是手段，復習能使知識在記憶中得到強化和保持，但復習要做到科學性、系統(tǒng)性、經(jīng)常性，才能卓有成效，對剛進入初三的同學來說，要抓好復習鞏固這一環(huán)節(jié)，訂好切實可行的復習計劃。

(1)及時復習根據(jù)“艾賓浩斯遺忘曲線”，新學的知識開始時遺忘率最高，所以抓住及時復習非常必要，如，學習了新單詞后每天都要讀、背，或使用這些詞，哪怕課余、飯后的幾分鐘讀上一、二遍，就能強化記憶的痕跡，才能保證新授課能順利進行。

(2)新舊交替復習在接受新知識前要復習前一次的內(nèi)容，建立新舊知識的相互聯(lián)系，使知識系統(tǒng)化。如牛津英語中的英英解釋，通常都是用已學過的英文解釋生詞，自己多試著去解釋，很自然，復習鞏固也就滲透其中了。

(3)階段目標性復習在教完一個單元后，要把這一階段所學的知識理清楚，重點找出這一階段存在的問題，在復習的同時提綱挈領(lǐng)地列出基本內(nèi)容、重點和關(guān)鍵以及和前面的知識的聯(lián)系，使知識系統(tǒng)化、整體化，從而達到知識的深化。還要把一個單元中所做的練習中的錯誤收集整理到錯誤集上，并作出相應的注解，經(jīng)常復習。錯誤的答案不要擦掉，和正確的答案形成對比，就會使你印象深刻，以免再犯同樣的錯誤，以鞏固加深知識，防止遺忘的發(fā)生。

以上是我結(jié)合自身的學習和經(jīng)驗以及老教師的指導中得出來的計劃，希望各位和我共同來探討摸索。其實，許多優(yōu)秀教師之所以取得成功，原因之一就是他們適時地將成功的機會提供給了每一個學生。愿成功教育思想在英語教學中不斷地開花和結(jié)果，讓課堂真正成為孩子們的快樂天堂。
