信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)及其翻譯研究

隨著 信 息 時(shí)代的到來(lái)，信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)以涼人的速度出現(xiàn)在我們的日常生活之中。信息技術(shù)被大規(guī)模引進(jìn)中國(guó)，因其發(fā)源于國(guó)外(尤其是美國(guó))，故而技術(shù)引進(jìn)時(shí)不可避免地要進(jìn)行大量的翻譯工作，信息技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)翻譯成為當(dāng)前翻譯中的一個(gè)重要組成部分，而信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)作為信息技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)的基本組成部分，其翻譯就成為該類文獻(xiàn)翻譯的重點(diǎn)所在。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)的理論及實(shí)踐分析，為信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯提供一定的指導(dǎo)，從而為引進(jìn)國(guó)外的信息技術(shù)服務(wù)。

本 文分 為 八個(gè)部分。第一部分首先介紹了信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)研究的背景以及以往的研究成果，并明確提出本論文寫作目的是為了指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐，是為了使信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯工作產(chǎn)生社

會(huì)效益。

第二 部 分 是對(duì)信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)的詞匯學(xué)研究，首先確定信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)的內(nèi)涵和外延，明

確研究范圍以及研究對(duì)象，指出其在語(yǔ)言中的地位和特點(diǎn);然后分析信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)的詞形

構(gòu)成，并介紹信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)的來(lái)源。在這一部分，作者還探討了隱喻在信息技術(shù)英語(yǔ)詞匯構(gòu)成中的特點(diǎn)及重要性。

第三 部 分 闡釋信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)在語(yǔ)義方面的特點(diǎn)，指出術(shù)語(yǔ)與通用語(yǔ)言的不同主要體現(xiàn)為:通用語(yǔ)言的語(yǔ)義研究是從詞匯到概念，而術(shù)語(yǔ)研究則是從概念到詞匯。同時(shí)還論證了

信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)的高度抽象性、詞形重疊性、詞義單一性。

第四 部 分 重點(diǎn)闡述了信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生、存在的原因及其應(yīng)用的語(yǔ)域特色，指出信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)使用上的性別差異，并分析其在信息傳播方面和通用語(yǔ)言的差異。

在第 五 部 分中，根據(jù)對(duì)信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)言學(xué)分析，作者提出了術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方

法，并論證翻譯工作的必要性和可能性。

第六 部 分 探討了當(dāng)前信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯中存在的混亂及錯(cuò)誤，闡釋了這些錯(cuò)誤和混亂出現(xiàn)的主客觀原因，論證了術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的重要性，并以傳播學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo)，揭示了傳者(編輯、譯者)、受者(讀者)以及媒介諸因素在信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作中的作用，并闡釋了這些因素之間的互動(dòng)。

第七 部 分 根據(jù)作者的觀察以及實(shí)踐的證明，揭示了信息技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)、術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯及其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1.EX Works(EXW)EX Works 是指當(dāng)賣方在其所在地或其他指定的地點(diǎn)（如工場(chǎng)、工廠或倉(cāng)庫(kù)）將貨物交給買方處置時(shí)，即完成交貨，賣方不需要將貨物裝上任何買方付費(fèi)的運(yùn)輸工具，也不需要辦理出口清關(guān)手續(xù)，即使這種清關(guān)是適用的。

當(dāng)事人最好明確指定交付地點(diǎn)，同樣也要明確到達(dá)指定地點(diǎn)的費(fèi)用及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)由賣方承擔(dān)。買方承擔(dān)在雙方協(xié)定地點(diǎn)或指定交付地點(diǎn)受領(lǐng)貨物的全部費(fèi)用和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

EXW是賣方承擔(dān)責(zé)任最小的術(shù)語(yǔ)，使用該術(shù)語(yǔ)時(shí)應(yīng)注意：
