八年級上冊英語教學工作總結

回首過去的這一學期,我感觸不少。

一、必須學會因材施教。學生本身是存在一定差距的。有的學生好學、上進、自覺、班級凝聚力強,教學效果也較好;有的學生則較為懶散、被動學習者居多、班級缺少主心骨,出來的效果也不盡如人意。雖然我已經意識到這樣一種差距的存在,并采取了一定的對策,如在六班口語上課的比例盡量減少,更多地采取鼓勵教學和愛心教育的形式,但在教學的過程中應變能力還是不夠,也沒隨著形勢的改變作出應有的調整,導致六班的起色不大。在新學期里,針對以上情況,必須下更多的功夫了解學生的具體情況,對癥下藥,做到有的放矢,使兩個班的綜合水平盡量靠攏。

二、鉆研學科特點,但還要與實際相結合。從上學期開始,我開始更多的關注我們英語學科教學的特點,通過觀看優秀教師視頻、研讀教育專家作品、鉆研所用教材的具體特點、改進教學理念并結合自身所具有的專業素養,使自己向一名出色的教育工作者進一步靠攏。作為一名英語教學工作著,我一直認為英語是說會的,不是學會的。在教學中,我一再向學生們強調“說”的重要性。但由于英語起步較晚,以及自身性格較為羞澀等原因,大部分學生還是不敢大膽地說英語。盡管我認為“說”才是英語教學的精髓,但針對咱們農村英語教學的現狀以及從升學的角度考慮,語法的教學工作也必須跟上,說與練相結合勢在必行。要讓學生既會說英語,也會學英語。

三、教學過程中切忌單打獨斗。閉門造車是一種極其愚蠢的行為,最終結果往往是拼得遍體鱗傷卻又淪為大家的笑柄。作為年輕教師的我們往往多了些年少輕狂,少了些虛心接受,對待別人的指點往往嗤之以鼻,不以為然。誠然,我們有自信的資本,也有老教師可能沒有的活力,但我們欠缺的是經驗,缺少的是人生的歷練,當我們被狂妄沖昏頭腦時,來自同事的一句善意提醒,來自班主任老師的一句金玉良言,甚至是來自學生的一句大膽進言都有可能給我們以當頭棒喝,讓我們有醍醐灌頂的感覺。我要說呀,讓單打獨斗見鬼去吧,通力合作才是王道!要和諧、和諧、再和諧??

四、獎懲結合、愛嚴結合。長期以來,我一直與學生保持著一種朋友似的關系,也一直對自己能與學生保持良好關系而自鳴得意。而隨之而來的卻是學生學習的明顯懈怠,對老師是隨便有余而敬畏不足。意識到問題的我立刻著手做出了改變。一方面我繼續保持對待學生一向的親和態度,但另一方面,我加大了對沒能按時完成學科作業及任務學生的懲罰力度,做到言必行,行必果。學生們或許是意識到老師行為上的一些轉變,種種行為也變得相對收斂起來,面對老師時少了些嬉皮笑臉,多了些敬畏,同時也加強了對自身的約束。可以說在贏回自身位置的同時,學生的一些不良習慣也得到了改觀,不能不說是一箭雙雕,這種亦師亦友的師生關系才是我所最求的最高境界。我也相信,這種民主,輕松卻又不失嚴肅的氣氛更利于學生的成長,歷經磨練,學生們一定會越來越優秀。日復一日,優秀必將成為一種習慣!

眾所周知,教學是學校工作的中心,但不是唯一。除了教學,在其他方面我也是感觸良多。思想方面,作為一名黨員,我從來沒有放松自己的不斷提高,能做到與時俱進,及時更新自己的理念,向先進積極靠攏;生活方面,我不過多的追求物質享受,注意精神境界上的提升,時刻關注國家國際大事,多看教學著作,吸取更多的精神食糧;同時,我深知不能光說不練的道理,既要讓自己做思想上的巨人,也不能做行動上的矮子!

本學期我擔任八年級(3)班的語文教學工作,學生隨著年齡的增長,青春期生理和心理的影響及社會諸多因素的影響,厭學的學生逐漸多起來,但大多數學生學習還比較努力,有上進心。在教學中,我認真教學、積極鉆研、創新思想與方法,現將本期的工作體會總結如下:

一、用新的教學理念,改革課堂教學

實施新課程改革以來,我反復學習有關的教育教學理論,深刻領會新課標精神,認真反思自身教學實際,研究學生,探究教法,樹立起以學生的終身發展為目的的教學思想,樹立起以教師為主導,學生為主體的新的教學理念,在教學實踐中積極探索煥發語文課堂活力,有助于學生能力提高與發展的語文課堂教學的新思路、新模式,探索以啟發思維訓練方法為主的自讀課文閱讀方法、以感知――探究――反思――延伸為主線的重點篇目學習法、以合作――探究――創造――創新為核心的語文活動課等,激發了學生學習語文的積極性,收到了較好的教學效果。

二、用靈活的教學方式,煥發課堂活力

應試教學課堂圍繞知識目標而展開,儲存繼承前人積累下來的經驗和體驗,但忽視了學生創新的動機、興趣、情感、意志,如何激活所需的先前經驗,萌動學生的求知欲望就成為課改中面臨的新的挑戰。新課標要求我們建立以自主、合作、探究為主的教學模式,激活學生好奇心,探究欲,培養學生主動思考、質疑、求索以及善于捕捉新信息的能力,并把這種能力的培養定為課堂教學的終極目的。為此,我仔細研究教育心理,準確把握八年級學生的心理特征和思維特點,積極探索有利于激發興趣、激活思維、激勵探討的課堂教學方法。例如在處理每單元的重點篇目時,我始終采用整體感知――合作探究――反思質疑――拓展延伸的教學模式,根據不同內容精心設計問題,組織課堂教學。

這樣教學,課堂上感受到的是一種親切、和諧、活躍的氣氛。教師已成為學生的親密朋友,教室也轉變成為學生的學堂,學生再也不是僵化呆板、默默無聞的模范聽眾。他們的個性得到充分的展現與培養:或質疑問難,或浮想聯翩,或組間交流,或挑戰權威。師生互動,生生互動,組組互動,環境互動,在有限的時間內,每一位學生都得到了較為充分的鍛煉和表現的機會。教室中再沒有陰暗冰冷的“死角”,課堂上充滿著流動的陽光,平等、和諧與交流共存,發現、挑戰與沉思同在。活躍的思維,頻動的閃光點,讓學生成為課堂上真正的主人。教師的授課既源于教材,又不唯教材。師生的情感與個性融在其中,現實的生活進入課堂,學生在互動中求知,在活動中探索,既輕松地掌握了知識,又潛移默化地培養了能力。學生的整體素質有了質的提高,語文課堂真正煥發出它應有的活力。

六、教育教學效果和不足
