現(xiàn)在，就業(yè)難是普遍存在的問題，但日語人才本科畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)要稍好一點，而研究生市場更大，機會也更多。專科層次的應(yīng)用性日語專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生更是日資企業(yè)等爭奪的對象，就業(yè)前景廣闊！

日語人才，就業(yè)去向哪里？

據(jù)統(tǒng)計，日語人才在各行業(yè)的就業(yè)比例為：日資企業(yè)占50%-60%；國家機關(guān)（包括外交部、各級政府、海關(guān)、外經(jīng)貿(mào)辦公室和貿(mào)易促進協(xié)會等）占20%左右；大學(xué)老師和日語導(dǎo)游各占10%左右。

1． 進軍日企很容易：

日資企業(yè)在東南沿海城市，諸如大連、煙臺、青島、蘇州、無錫等都有分布，今后在中國的發(fā)展?jié)摿艽螅芏嗤瑢W(xué)都把進入日企作為自己職業(yè)生涯的開始。

但是，日本公司的工作風(fēng)格與國內(nèi)、歐美都有差別。日本公司的老板工作講拼搏，加班加到十一二點是常有的事，也要求員工同樣勤奮，有奉獻精神，絕不可斤斤計較；日資公司喜歡把工作的目標、進程訂得細致清楚，然后一絲不茍地按部就班完成，不喜歡任何人標新立異；凡事須向上司匯報，問準方可行動。

因此，要想成為管理規(guī)范的日資企業(yè)中的一員，在面試中就要注意這些特點。

第一，守時。

“面試成功的秘訣是了解日本人守時認真的性格特點。”如果面試時間定在下午1：30，那么按照日本人的思維習(xí)慣他會在1：25左右到場，而參加面試的你也必須提前三五分鐘到場才行。在日本人看來，守時是一個人的必備品質(zhì)，如果面試已經(jīng)開始，你才匆匆忙忙趕到，那么你不用拿出簡歷就已經(jīng)被炒了。

第二，注意細節(jié)。

要穿戴整潔，不能蓬頭垢面；著裝要得體，到不同性質(zhì)的企業(yè)面試或競聘不同的工作崗位要穿不同款式的服裝，最好穿職業(yè)裝。面試時眼睛要直視面試官，不能左顧右盼，否則日本人會認為你并沒有在聽他講話，這在他看來是非常不尊重人的。面試時要“站如鐘，坐如松”，雙手一般放在身前，充分展現(xiàn)自己積極向上的精神狀態(tài)。最后，無論面試成功與否你都要對面試官道謝（どぅもぁりがとぅござぃました）和道別（さょぅなら）。

第三，知道自己想干什么。

在中國，一般的面試過程是你把簡歷交上去，等待用人單位給你安排工作崗位，或者是你根據(jù)用人單位的需求覺得自己可以勝任才去面試。可是日資企業(yè)的面試卻不是這樣的。參加面試之前，你需要清楚地知道自己的優(yōu)勢與劣勢，然后對面試官“坦誠相告”。比如說：你是一個性格內(nèi)向的人，不善于與人交流，但是邏輯思維能力和電腦操作能力卻很強，面試時你需要把這些都告訴面試官。但是不必擔(dān)心，你不會因此而失去在日企工作的機會，相反你會找到更適合你的工作崗位，比如：文字翻譯，財務(wù)總監(jiān)，計算機中心負責(zé)人等等，這些工作會比公關(guān)經(jīng)理或人事部經(jīng)理更適合你。曾經(jīng)在日企工作兩年，后來又在日本留學(xué)四年的崔平老師說：“日本老板的想法是工作崗位要因人而異，他們希望充分挖掘每一位員工的潛能，讓他們在適合自己的崗位上為公司創(chuàng)造更大的利潤。”

如果你已經(jīng)順利通過面試，那么恭喜你了！但是對于接下來的考驗也不能掉以輕心。一般的日資企業(yè)都不會“養(yǎng)”一個專職的翻譯，尤其是中小型的企業(yè)，它們更多的是需要“多面手”，你的工作也多是翻譯兼秘書，或兼某個部門的負責(zé)人等等。所以進入日資企業(yè)之后還要多角度的鍛煉自己，注意培養(yǎng)實踐能力和創(chuàng)新能力，這是日本老板最看中的兩種能力，也是你在日企站穩(wěn)腳跟的籌碼。

2． 日語+IT很光明：

日本的IT業(yè)發(fā)展速度之快是有目共睹的，因此“日語+計算機”的復(fù)合型人才將十分走俏。近幾年美國通用（GE）公司、美國戴爾集團的亞洲分部紛紛把原來在日本的業(yè)務(wù)拿到中國大陸來做，他們對既通日語又懂計算機的人才的需求量很大。

如果你對計算機感興趣，可以參加微軟的一些計算機認證考試，然后向IT業(yè)發(fā)起進攻；同理，如果你對法律感興趣可以參加全國司法考試，然后去競聘翻譯兼法律顧問等職；如果你對會計學(xué)感興趣，可以去考ACCA（英國注冊會計師）等會計師考試，然后去勝任翻譯兼財務(wù)總監(jiān)等職。總之，你在學(xué)好日語的同時，培養(yǎng)好自己的興趣，并爭取有一定的造詣，這樣會使你的就業(yè)前景更加光明。

3． 其他去向也燦爛：

前些年對于日語人才的需求主要來自大連以及東北其他一些對日交流比較廣泛的地區(qū)，但這些年，南方一些城市，比如深圳、廣州、上海（盡管上海很難進）的一些獨資企業(yè)、合資企業(yè)、商社、旅行社對日語人才的需求量都比較大；像煙臺、威海、青島等北方的沿海城市對日語人才的需求量也比較大。另外，國家部委、各省市政府機關(guān)對日語人才的需求量有增無減。比如今年3月中旬，煙臺市政府從大連外國語學(xué)院要了本科畢業(yè)生20人，他們將被聘為煙臺的區(qū)級政府機關(guān)和街道社區(qū)的日語翻譯和經(jīng)貿(mào)談判人員，盡管沒有日資企業(yè)的待遇豐厚，但是卻反映了國家對日語人才的重視程度在不斷提高。
