英語學(xué)習(xí)、英語教學(xué)越來越受到人們的普遍重視。隨著時代的發(fā)展和社會的進(jìn)步,英語 已從一種工具變成了一種思想,一種知識庫。沒有掌握英語猶如缺乏一種思想,缺少了一個 重要的知識源泉。可以這樣說,學(xué)會英語,不但多了一雙眼睛,一對耳朵,和一條舌頭,甚 至是多了一個頭腦!因為語言是人類思維的工具,認(rèn)識世界的工具,掌握一種語言也即掌握 了一種觀察和認(rèn)識世界的方法和習(xí)慣。

從日常工作中的點點滴滴,總結(jié)以下幾點反思:

一、靠持續(xù)不斷的語言知識,而不是“玩”來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生持久的興趣

小學(xué)英語教學(xué)是要重視培養(yǎng)興趣,但單靠唱歌游戲不能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生持久的興趣。新鮮勁兒 一過,孩子們就會厭倦。所以,唱歌游戲應(yīng)該作為小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語語言知識、技能的一些手 段,而不是培養(yǎng)興趣的手段。我們可以采用多種手段幫助小學(xué)生在記憶力強的時期多記單詞,多學(xué)習(xí)語言規(guī)則,并盡可能多創(chuàng)造模仿的機會,提高學(xué)生的語音和語調(diào)。在英語學(xué)習(xí)中,聽、說、讀、寫、譯五種能力是可以互補的。真正做到聽說先行,讀寫跟上。光聽說不讀寫,很 難收到高效。只靠模仿不培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)能力,也難減輕學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)。所以小學(xué)生還是應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)真進(jìn)行 語言學(xué)習(xí)。

二、英語應(yīng)用能力需要相應(yīng)的詞匯。

而目前在小學(xué)的低年級的英語教學(xué)中,不要求學(xué)生掌握詞匯,而只要求學(xué)生能根據(jù)提示 或圖片說出該單詞,其本質(zhì)無非是要學(xué)生們死記硬背,鸚鵡學(xué)舌。由于小學(xué)生們沒有相應(yīng)的 讀音規(guī)則訓(xùn)練,不熟悉詞匯的拼寫規(guī)則,單詞的音、形、意三者不能有效的結(jié)合在一起,因 而導(dǎo)致了單詞記憶的困難,并成了小學(xué)生學(xué)英語的困難。

三、努力培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

英語教師的教學(xué)重點是放在教學(xué)內(nèi)容,教學(xué)大綱和考試形式上呢,還是將教學(xué)注重點轉(zhuǎn) 移到學(xué)生的性格、興趣、情緒等方面的培養(yǎng)和控制?這是,現(xiàn)代教育思想轉(zhuǎn)變的重大原則問 題。事實證明,認(rèn)為自己“民主、開放、平靜、友好、體貼、樂于助人、聰明、富于邏輯性 和快樂”的人,一般來說,其學(xué)習(xí)英語成功的可能性要大于與上述性格相反或相差極大的學(xué)習(xí)者。另外,在外語學(xué)習(xí)過程中,由于外界因素的影響,學(xué)習(xí)者會出現(xiàn)焦慮沮喪煩躁不安等 情況,英語教師作為教學(xué)活動的組織者,應(yīng)注意對外語學(xué)習(xí)者情感因素的培養(yǎng)和控制。尤其 是在小學(xué)的低年級階段,英語教師要培養(yǎng)對學(xué)生的親近感。在課堂教學(xué)中英語教師要十分尊 重學(xué)生,注意激勵學(xué)生,關(guān)注學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)過程。在當(dāng)前“減負(fù)”工作中,英語教師尤其要注意 體察學(xué)生在課堂上的心理感受,親近學(xué)生,使學(xué)生喜愛英語教師和英語課,從而提高英語課 堂教學(xué)的效益。

一、教學(xué)設(shè)計說明

1、基本理念

基礎(chǔ)教育階段英語課程的任務(wù)之一是:激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,使學(xué)生樹立自信心,養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和形成有效的學(xué)習(xí)策略;發(fā)展自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力和合作精神,使學(xué)生掌握一定的綜合語言運用的能力;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察、記憶、思維想象能力和創(chuàng)新精神。

2、整體設(shè)計思路

本節(jié)課的教學(xué)設(shè)計以提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)為目的,以學(xué)生發(fā)展為本,面向全體學(xué)生。在探索新知時,真正體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的主體地位;培養(yǎng)和激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和自信心,充分利用多媒體進(jìn)行多樣化的操練和游戲活動。注重語言信息的輸出量,讓學(xué)生在玩中學(xué)、樂中練,愉快地掌握所學(xué)內(nèi)容。

1、教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析

本節(jié)課是《國家英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》指導(dǎo)下,外語教學(xué)與研究出版社編寫的《新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語》(供一年級起始用)第三冊Module 6。我將其順序打亂,把九個短語:do homework, draw, go swimming, watch TV, play football, read books, ride bike, play the flute, wash clothes, 以及句型What do you do at the weekend? 并做出回答 I …安排為第一課時,這樣學(xué)生更容易掌握,也為學(xué)習(xí)下面的第三人稱打下基礎(chǔ)。

2、教學(xué)對象分析

本節(jié)課的教學(xué)對象為二年級學(xué)生,在生理與心理上,學(xué)生注意力易分散,表現(xiàn)欲望強烈,有強烈的好奇心。所以,我采用直觀、生動的手段,采用多種方法,激勵學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主動性和主體性。

三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

根據(jù)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,以及對教材及內(nèi)容的分析,結(jié)合學(xué)生生理和心理的特點,將本課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)確定為:

1、知識目標(biāo)(1)能夠聽、說、認(rèn)讀九個weekend activities 的短語do homework, draw,go swimming, watch TV, play football, read books, ride bike, play the flute, wash clothes。

2、技能目標(biāo)

(1)在教學(xué)實踐的過程中,能夠熟練地談?wù)撝苣┧龅囊恍┦虑椋岣哂⒄Z表達(dá)水平。

教師把本課的重點短語一起展示在大屏幕上, 以鞏固所學(xué)的內(nèi)容。(自評:由于內(nèi)容比較多,所以我在講授完九個短語后,把重點短語一起展示在屏幕上,不僅達(dá)到了鞏固練習(xí)的目的,而且能夠初步檢查學(xué)生對知識的理解。)

學(xué)生已經(jīng)掌握了本課的難點,理解了其含義,這時教師可以詢問學(xué)生我們應(yīng)該在什么時間做這些事情,引出本課難點。
