專四輔導之便條寫作

（一）便條的寫作

便條是一種簡單的書信形式。要求考生仔細閱讀和分析所給的情景，確定便條所涉及的內容，如寫便條者與便條接收者的身份、兩者之間的關系及情景的正式程度等。

便條的特點在于內容簡短，大多是臨時性的詢問、留言、通知、要求等。與正規書信相比，便條的語言更為口語化，比如要通知某事只需這樣開頭：Just a line to tell you that...而無須像正規書信那樣This is to inform you that...開頭。有急事需要告訴別人而又不能面談時，就可以寫便條，如請假條、留言條等。一般不寫地址，與普通書信基本相同。結尾時也無需要結尾禮詞，只需要寫上便條者姓名。

便條的日期通常寫在右上角，一般只要寫上星期幾，也可以寫明上午、下午的具體時間；日常應用中，寫上幾月幾日的也很普遍。但一般不寫年份，因為便條的內容多半是當日或近日內要辦的事情。

便條具有用途廣泛、形式簡單、文字要求不十分嚴格的特點。

基本寫作格式

便條內容和類型不盡相同，可以靈活變通。但必須包括以下四個基本要素； 1）Date：便條日期2）Salutation：稱呼3）Body：正文 4）Signature：署名
