在上課時，花在編歌謠的時間太多。可以再縮短一些。應注意自己的肢體語言，應該柔和，富有親和力，貼近學生。整堂課下來思路較為清晰。教學環節緊湊。“YOU AND I ” 說課稿
一 教材分析：
“YOU AND I” 是劍橋少兒英語預備級下冊第三單元的教學內容。課文通過以四個小CHANT，以不同的人物和動物所做的動作呈現出代詞：you I he she it you(你們）they we 等以及一些較為常用的動詞。學生通過學習，能夠熟練的運用代詞：you I he she it you(你們）they we 來代替具體的人名或物名并能夠對上一個單元所學的動詞進行鞏固和復習。我上課的內容是“YOU AND I”的第二課時。在這一課時中，學生在已經掌握了使用人稱代詞的基礎上再學習一個句型：You can skate and I can fly.并能夠運用已經學過的動詞來造句。
根據教材的特點和一年級學生的認知規律，我將聽、說、玩、演溶于一體，使學生在課堂上學會正確的使用句型：You can skate and I can fly.并激發學生學習英語的興趣和愿望。二教學目標：
本課時的教學目標和要求：
1.學生能夠熟練地運用代詞 you I he she it you(你們）they we 等代詞具體的人名和物名。2.學生復習和鞏固上一個單元所學習的一系列動詞。
3.學生通過學習和練習,能夠運用代詞和相關的動詞造句。例如：You can skate and I can fly.4.通過做相關的游戲，進一步培養學生學習英語的興趣。三 說教法： 1.游戲學習
在低年級英語教學中,游戲是培養學生興趣最好的方法。通過游戲,學生能夠簡單快樂地掌握所學內容。在呈現動詞時，我通過一個小游戲：猜猜我在干什么，來使學生復習已學動詞。在教授新句型時我又通過“you say I do ” 和“猜猜背后的他在干什么”等幫助學生更好的接受新知識。2.多媒體輔助
在呈現it和they時,我采用多媒體展現了各種動物(單個的和多個的),讓學生更加直觀的知道it和they的區別并能夠正確的使用。3.拓展延伸
在學生初步掌握句型后,讓學生能夠運用已經學過的動詞來造句。4.編寫CHANT(有節奏的朗讀)在教授新句型時,我通過將句子用CHANT的方式表現出來并要求學生仿造老師的樣子編寫CHANT。使本來對一年級小朋友來說有點難度的造句易化。四 說學法：
1.學生通過小組合作學習方式，讓學生在小組學習中互幫互助、互評互學，實現生生互動。
2.學生通過自主編寫CHANT來鞏固新學句型。五 教學過程：
首先，通過簡單的問候和師生問答的方式，鞏固和熟練日常的交際用語，并為接下來的教學做準備。
然后，通過一首關于動作的英文兒歌WALKING WALKING將學生帶如整堂課的核心部分。在這堂課的呈現部分，我首先通過一個猜迷游戲（即教師做動作學生猜出相應的動詞），逐一呈現出本課堂中所需要用到的動詞。在游戲結束后要求學生以開火車的朗讀方式來喚醒學生原有的知識。
之后，我通過詢問學生CAN YOU DRAW？引出句型 YOU CAN DRAW AND I CAN WRITE.通過兩個游戲:“YOU SAY I DO” 和 “猜猜背后的他在干什么”來鞏固這一句型。
接下來，我用一些可愛的小動物以及班級里的同學的名字一一帶出句型：It can talk and they can play.He can skate and you can read.在每一個小環節完成后，都將句子編成一個個小小的歌謠。使學生能夠清楚地理解句子的意思并較為容易的學會用代詞來替代句子的主語部分。
在最后，將前面的幾個小歌謠串在一起，便于學生掌握和運用所學知識。接著，學生跟著錄音機學唱這一首CHANT的兒歌版。加入音樂旋律后的CHANT使學生能夠更好的加深自己的記憶。學生在音樂結束后結束整一堂課。
在本節課中，我主要運用了單詞卡片、多媒體及錄音機作為輔助工具，采用了小組競賽的方式，培養了學生合作學習的能力。
評價：
由于不了解說課具體應該有哪些環節，因此在寫說課稿的時候不是很成熟。在說課時只籠統的說了教學過程而沒有具體的指出該教些什么，應該怎么教。在這里已經做過一些修改。

預備級培訓總結
今天我們培訓的內容是預備級的課程，主要是26個字母的教學過程。從預備級的教學對象來看，它更需要老師具有活力、親和力和感染力。所以今天的培訓我們從教師的教態，激情等方面都特別注意。由于預備級的學生年齡小，又是剛接觸一個環境，所以在培訓中，吳老師也提醒我們，在教學的過程中要特別注意學生良好學習習慣的養成，注意學生的坐姿，行為習慣等，以便及時幫學生糾正過來。
在字母的教學過程中，要特別注意學生的正確發音和書寫。在呈現的過程中，要結合圖片或肢體語言，讓學生感覺到學習的是實實在在的東西，圖片和肢體語言也能讓學生容易回憶起學過的知識，課堂的學習也會更加有趣。
另外，在板書這一方面，我自己還需要努力學習，包括書寫和簡筆畫等。在操練的過程中，也可以采用更多有趣的方法，讓學生積極參與到學習中來，這是我未來需要不斷努力的方向。

您們好，首先提前祝各位家長春節快樂。歡迎各位家長能夠在百忙之中抽空來參加本次的家長會，我僅代表宿遷湖濱新城劍橋培訓學校的所有教職員工對你們的到來表示熱烈歡迎和衷心的感謝。
召開這次家長會的目的是為了加強老師與家長之間的聯系，相互交流一下學生在校表現情況，以便老師能夠及時調整工作，提高教育教學質量，同時促進家長也能夠積極參與到學生教育中來，總之一句話，就是“一切為了學生”，我相信，從這個出發點出發，我們的家長會一定能達到預期的效果，并取得圓滿地成功。
下面請允許我簡單的介紹一下今天的家長會安排。

行第二項，由我先各位家長談談孩子的近期的學習情況，首先，簡單的介紹一下預備級的大體情況。我們班有11位學生組成：班長王鑫淼，副班長王聰，勞動委員何宇凡，學習委員杭禹桐，吳思穎，學習標兵王雨言，葉凱，組長；周星宇，門窗管理員羅赫，檢查委員沈夢雨，班級在他們的帶領下，已經變得越來越優秀，我想這個出色的班集體無疑是與孩子的表現是息息相關的。那么我先從我們班女生說起。
首先是吳思穎同學，我們班的學習委員，不僅人長得非
常漂亮，而且成績在班級中也一直名列前茅，上課總是見到吳思穎同學積極舉手，這學期吳思穎同學進步也是突出的，不知道家長有沒有注意到吳思穎同學單詞字母寫得非常的漂亮，在班級中，他的字是寫得最好的，需要注意的是吳思穎同學的發音，有時不能發標準，希望升入一級時和家長共同努力下把發音改正過來。
下一位是王雨言同學，人長得不僅漂亮，平時比較文靜，在班級中同學們都喜歡和她相處，并且學習成績一直是班級的佼佼者，接受新知識的能力特別強，可是有時候出現學過的知識忘記的現象，這里我希望家長能夠督促王雨言同學，多復習，這樣知識在腦中才會根深蒂固，俗話說溫故而知新，講的就是這個道理。
下一位是杭雨桐同學，我們班的學習委員，上課積極發言，家庭作業也能夠及時認真的完成，雖然現在才三年級，成績在班
中一直都名列前茅，課后也從不亂打鬧，亂調皮，一直深受同學們的好評，希望下學期能夠繼續保持。
下一位是王鑫淼同學，現在是我們班的正班長，平時總能
把班級的紀律管理好，而且成績是我們班女生中最棒的，課上總能聽到王鑫淼同學，積極舉手發言，讀單詞句子的發音都非常標準，希望以后能夠繼續保持。
下一位是馬雨涵同學，是一位比較外向的小女孩，活潑，可愛，給人一種親切之感，本學期學習成績比較穩定，課上總能積極回答問題，作業也能夠認真的完成，而且每次都有家長的簽名只是偶爾會和同桌說幾句悄悄話，希望下學期這個小毛病能夠改掉。
下一位是沈夢雨同學，每天總能提前到校，到班級里認真
讀書，學習成績在班級中比較穩定，沒有太大的起伏，針對這一情況，下學期我將會對沈夢雨同學，多做輔導，相信她會有很大進步，最近上課有時候做一些小動作，比如咬筆頭，沒有認真聽課的現象，希望今后我能和沈夢雨家長的共同努力下，把這個小毛病改掉。
下一位是我們的男生，首先是我們班副班長，王聰同學，正如他的名字一樣，很聰明，當然，學習成績也是班級男生中最好的一位，而且對老師每次都是彬彬有禮的，很有禮貌，唯一不足的是上課有時會走神，開小差，如果把這個小毛病改掉的話，相信王聰的成績會變得更好。
下一位是周星宇同學，學習成績在班中一直能夠名列前
茅，上課總能積極回答問題，積極配合老師工作，平時家庭作業也能夠認認真真完成，字母寫得也比以前有所進步，唯一不足之處就是有時上課會出現做小動作情況，希望以后和家長努力下，把這個小毛病改掉。
下一位是葉凱同學，人長得非常帥氣，有時候還比較靦腆，學習成績在班中也一直很優秀，上學期經常出現遲到現象，不過這學期這種現象幾乎沒有出現了，成績比以前也有明顯提高了，單詞字母寫得比以前寫得更認真了，希望升入劍橋一級能夠繼續努力。
下面一位是羅赫同學，羅赫同學是一位比較活潑外向的孩
子，喜歡與人交談，同學都喜歡和羅赫一起玩，有什么事喜歡和老師、同學訴說，做事情敢作敢當，責任心也比較強，與預備級上學期時相比，進步是突出的。但是最近經常出現請假情況，希望這個情況下學期能夠有所改善。
下一位是何宇凡同學，是我們班的勞動委員，對班級衛生
認真負責，我記得何宇凡同學是后轉入我們班的，雖然英語基礎不是很扎實，但是經過這一學期的輔導，成績有顯著提高，尤其在課上，總是積極的搶答問題，深受老師的喜歡。
下面進行第三項：就當前教育問題談一談我個人淺薄的看
法。
尋到適合自己孩子的教育方式:1.家長要讀懂自己的孩
子，有的人把孩子形容為一本書，為什么這么說呢，因為孩子的內心世界實際上非常豐富，可惜很多家長并不留意去了解，也不給孩子表現的機會，這樣的教育就是缺乏互動，家長首先做到了尊重孩子，才會得到孩子發自內心的尊敬和認可，因此，在日常的家庭生活中應該養成平等協商或談判的風氣，凡事坐下來心平氣和的溝通一下，在難過愉悅的鴻溝都可以順利的抹平。第二點要尊重孩子，并且允許孩子犯錯。相信每個孩子最初的心扉都是向父母敞開的，但往往是因為不耐心的父母說孩子這樣子不對，那孩子向父母關緊了訴說心意的門，他們情愿和自己的小伙伴去訴說，也在不愿意向父母透露一個字，雖然父母您是多么愛你的孩子，卻始終不能走進孩子們的內心。那到底該怎么辦呢，孩子在犯了錯誤之后，往往都會有些后悔，或自責，這個時候如果父母以寬容撫平孩子內心的不安，并適合的進行教育，相信孩子一定能夠將父母的教誨牢記于心，父母不要奢望孩子不犯錯，因為當孩子犯的時候，正是是我們父母教他的時候，這是實行教育的黃金時刻，聰明的父母一定要抓好這最好的教育時機。第三點，對孩子的行為都要表現出寬容和鼓勵，寬容對孩子的感動勝過懲罰的教育，對孩子的鼓勵和肯定，會促進他發現自己的長處和能力，繼而對自己有信心。教育的方法不是千篇一律，而是要根據孩子不同的個性制定不同的教育原則，選擇適合的教育方式才是最佳的教育方式。下面進行第四項：由我談一下預備級升入劍橋一級問題。
本學期我們一共學習了十六個單元，七十多個單詞，五十
個動詞短語，三十多種句型，學生們都掌握的非常好，尤其是我們班的王鑫淼，王聰等同學，學的非常棒，本學期升入一級的同學有：王鑫淼，王聰，杭雨桐，王雨言，葉凱，周星宇，吳思穎，沈夢雨，羅赫，繼續留在預備級學習的是馬雨涵這里要解釋一下，馬雨涵是考慮年齡太小，現在還在上二年級，升入劍橋一級有點太早，所以放在預備級繼續學習，下面要講一下家長最關注的問題，那就是升入一級的學費問題，一級總共分為三個學期，每學期448元，三個學期一共1344元，當然，為了照顧孩子們都是老學員，如果今明兩天就繳納全年費用的，我們送一張100元的現金券，今天的家長會已經接近尾聲了，祝各位家長新年吉祥，萬事如意。
