英語社團章程

第一章總則

廣東科學技術職業學院超級英語社成立于200年月日，是我校學生生英語興趣愛好組織。

目的：目的是學生自主性開展有益活動培養并增強大家對英語的興趣，感受英語的魅力，提高英語學習水平，發揮大家的積極性和創造力，為同學提供展示自我的平臺，致力于營造良好的英語學習氣氛。從而提高大家的的英語口語水平與培養一批高素質的學生。除了學習，還要培養學生的團隊意識，鍛煉學生的管理、組織與協調能力。

英語社團宗旨是：引導人才，發現人才，培養人才。

第二章 社團領導組織機構

一會長：負責管理各部門的工作。

二、各部門負責人：各部門負責人在組內具有帶頭作用，具有較強的組織能力和工作能力。負責處理社團內部的日常事務，收集本社社員反映的建議及問題，并召集本社成員準時參加各項活動，每周一次會長匯報工作情況。

第三章 社員

(一)擁護本社團的章程

(二)有加入本社團的意愿.(三)熱愛英語并具有一定的英語水平

(四)積極參與社團活動，主動鍛煉自己。

第二條 每次換屆，各部新負責人的產生由全體會員的民主選舉和社長副社長的意見共同決定，做到公平公正。

第三條 各部工作職能如下：

(一)社長：社長是本社團直接領導。應該在社內具有良好的模范帶頭作用，具有較強的組織能力和英語能力。是社員大會的發起者和主持人。負責帶領理事會人員，統籌規劃本社團工作，具體領導實施較大規模的活動，向本社團成員傳達上級管理部門的指示。副社長：協助會長管理社團的各項事務，在社長不在期間代理社長的職能。

(三)各部門負責人：各部門負責人在組內具有帶頭作用，具有較強的組織能力和工作能力。負責處理社團內部的日常事務，收集本社社員反映的建議及問題，并召集本社成員準時參加各項活動，每周一次向社長匯報工作情況。

(三)學習部：組織策劃提高團員英語水平的活動，包括口語交流，辦英語角及組織看英文電影等。

(四)宣傳部：負責通過各種方式（海報，橫幅等）宣傳本社團及最新工作安排和活動內容，負責社團網絡形象的打造與宣傳。

(五)秘書部：活動贊助草案的擬定，活動贊助經費的尋求與聯系，全權代表社團與贊助商洽談，并負責對協會的對外各種工作及對其他年級學生的宣傳工作。

（六）策劃部：策劃有利于社團發展的活動及晚會，像會長提交策劃書，由會長轉交給相關負責活動組織。

(七)文娛部：社團重要的部門之一，有活躍社團氣氛，增進社員感情，凝聚社團的作用。負責開展文娛活動。

社團成立理事會由各部部長組成。

第五章 理事會有以下職能

(一)決定社團重要活動計劃，領導社團各部開展工作。

(二)獎勵與處罰。

(三)決定其他事宜。

(四）理事會中有2/3以上出席會議，會議才能召開，有2/3以上成員表決，決議方能生效。

第六章 社團的修改程序

（一）對本社團章程的修改,須經理事會表決會長通過后報會員大會(或會員代表大會)審議。

（二）本社團修改的章程,須在會員大會(或會員代表大會)通過十五日內,2013年社團活動
