二．學情分析

1.本單元以培養學生的讀寫能力為主，兼顧聽說，并包括詞匯、語法學習活動。2.學生在M7及M8 unit1中已經接觸過過去時，對本單元的時態不會感到陌生。3.學生英語基礎相對薄弱，口頭及書寫表達能力差，但在課堂中還是很活躍。

三．教法分析

1.任務型教學法：把學生分組，讓他們參與討論，交流，合作從而獲得知識，技能，情感體驗。

2.視聽法：主要通過圖片、錄音機等多種媒體手段提供讓學生看、聽、說的練習機會。

3.問答法：老師提問、學生回答，學生互問互答等方式，讓學生利用圖片進行交流，讓學生在做中學，在實踐中獲得信息，習得英語。

四．教學過程設計（45分鐘/課）

(一)課前準備

1.識記詞匯：布置學生復習unit1詞匯，預習、記憶本單元詞匯。設計意圖：

讓學生養成先預習再學習，培養學生自主學習詞匯的好習慣，同時為課文閱讀做好充分的準備。

2.猜想故事：上完M8 Unit1后，以小組為單位，讓學生猜想Goldilocks 吃完碗里的美味食物之后會發生什么事情。設計意圖：

讓學生提前猜想故事的發展，以小組的形式，不僅鍛煉了學生口頭表達能力和合作能力，又為接下來的文章學習做好了鋪墊。(二)教學工具

設計意圖：作為初一學生，學知識要養成思考、總結、歸納的好習慣，這是非常有必要，只有這樣才能掌握所學內容的重點、難點，才能為以后更順利進行英語學習。

一、本學期的指導思想：

在本學期的英語教學中，堅持《英語課程標準》中以下教學理念，面向全體學生，關注每個學生的情感，激發他們學習英語的興趣，幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心,培養創新精神；整體設計目標，體現靈活開放，目標設計以學生技能，語言知識，情感態度，學習策略和文化意識的發展為基礎；突出學生主體，尊重個體差異；采用活動途徑，倡導體驗參與，讓學生在老師的指導下通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與和合作等方式，實現任務的目標，感受成功；注重過程評價，促進學生發展，建立能激勵學生學習興趣和自主學習能力發展的評價體系。總之，讓學生在使用英語中學習英語，讓學生成為Good User而不僅僅是Learner。讓英語成為學生學習生活中最實用的工具而非累贅，讓他們在使用和學習英語的過程中，體味到輕松和成功的快樂，而不是無盡的擔憂和恐懼。

二、教材分析

這套教材采用任務型語言教學模式，融匯話題、交際功能和語言結構，形成了一套循序漸進的生活化的學習程序。與原教材相比還增加了文化背景和學習策略等部分，并增加了任務型學習成份和語篇的輸入。本書每個模塊都列出明確的語言目標、主要的功能項目與語法結構、需要掌握的基本詞匯，并分為三個單元。Unit1部分是基本對話內容，Unit2部分是短文，主要是閱讀訓練。Unit3是擴展和綜合的語言運用。

三、學生基本情況分析

我所任教的是七年級5、6班英語，只有少部分學生的英語基礎較好，取得了一定的成績，大多數學生不能明確學習英語的目的，沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流；沒有養成良好的學習習慣，不能做好課前預習課后復習，不善于發現和總結語言規律，不注意知識的鞏固和積累。

四、具體措施

1、每天背誦課文中的重點對話。目的:要求學生背誦并默寫英語句子，培養學生良好的英語語感。

2、每天聽寫本節課中需要用到的重點生詞，常用句子或習語。實施：利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查，保證效果并堅持下去。

3、認真貫徹早讀制度，充分發揮早讀的黃金時間加強監督，保證讀的效果。

4、對后進生進行專門輔導，布置單獨的作業，讓他們在小進步，小轉變中體味學習的快樂，樹立學習的自信，盡快成長起來。

5、關注學生的情感，營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。

6、加強對學生學習策略的指導，為他們終身學習奠定基礎。

本學期是2015——2016學年下學期。我擔任七年級年級兩個班英語教學任務，為了能圓滿、順利的完成七年級英語（下）的教學任務，特擬訂本學期教學計劃。

一、學生情況分析：

本學期我任教的依舊是七年級兩個班的學生。去年期末的成績分析來看，學生筆頭落實不足，知識的鞏固不夠，語感欠缺，且單詞掌握不牢靠，故本學期要加強單詞的強化以及學生的筆頭落實。

而學生個體而言，學生已經不在有剛步入初中的新鮮感，這無疑為教學增添許多不利。在教學過程中要樹立起學生學習的毅力，提升學生學習的幸福指數，養成學習的良好習慣，同時針對不足，多進行筆頭落實。

二、指導思想：

本學期在堅持七上的多朗讀，盡量避免開口難的情況下，加入背誦，每個模塊選取一小段來進行背誦，加強學生的語音語感，課堂行業平時多使用錄音，提高學生的語音語調。其次，針對上學期的不足多進行筆頭落實。再次，七年級的單詞關在本學期盡可能多的解決，加強學生的單詞識記能力，針對單詞識記能力較弱的部分學生進行幫扶，秉承著單詞先行的原則，在課堂中也可以讓學生學著自讀自學單詞，便于學生背誦單詞和學會學習。最后，關注作文。在背誦和單詞雙重落實的情況下，再加入適當的翻譯。一定量的機械的漢譯中在英語學習初級階段還是必要的。本學期將堅持上述指導思想來看是否能為學生的成績有所裨益。

三、教材內容分析：

本學期使用的是外研版七年級下冊英語教材，共有12個教學模塊和兩個復習模塊。每個模塊都列出明確的語言目標、主要的功能項目與語法結構、需要掌握的基本詞匯，并分為三個單元。Unit1部分是基本對話內容，Unit2部分是短文，主要是閱讀訓練。Unit3是擴展和綜合的語言運用。本學期要掌握的語法點有：

1、名詞所有格和名詞性物主代詞；

2、can/can’t 的用法；

3、一般將來時；

4、一般過去時；

5、祈使句和感嘆句。

四、具體措施：

1、做好教材鉆研工作。認真研讀新課程標準，鉆研新教材，根據新課程標準，擴充教材內容，認真上課，批改作業，認真輔導，認真制作測試試卷，也讓學生學會認真。

2、每格模塊中選擇部分內容要求學生背誦。從而培養學生良好的英語語感，并且為寫作提供便利。在學生朗讀和背誦的過程中糾正語音語調，激發學生學習熱情。

3、對文本和課堂中重點的單詞和詞組進行聽寫，聽寫堅持“少吃多餐”的原則，一個模塊單詞分幾個部分，每次一個部分聽寫，模塊結束后再總的默寫一次，加強學生對單詞的識記能力。同時發揮小組長的作用，對每次單詞訂正等情況進行檢查強化。

4、認真貫徹早晚讀制度，充分發揮早晚讀的黃金時間加強監督，保證讀的效果。

5、對后進生進行專門輔導，布置單獨的作業，讓他們在小進步，小轉變中體味學習的快樂，樹立學習的自信，盡快成長起來。對一些再單詞朗讀記憶等方面有所欠缺的學生實行一對一幫扶，讓其他成績好的同學來幫助他們，提高學習效率。

6、分層教學，關注每個學生的成績提升，對不同學生進行不同任務要求，力爭讓每個學生都走在前進的道路上。要關注學生的情感，營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。

7、加強學生策略指導，如將音標融入實際課堂單詞教學中，在閱讀單元或加強閱讀技巧指導，或關注對文章邏輯分析，讓學生寫作的邏輯條理變得清晰。為學生的終身學習奠定基礎。
