一、指導思想
在我國的教育精神指引下,根據我縣的教育教學精神,并結合我校的實際行教學情況,關心每一位學生的發展,愛崗敬業,以身作則,使學生了解英語在當今社會的重要性,增強學生世界觀和人生觀,使學生初步形成健全合格的中的學生,做一個對社會有用的人。
二、基本情況
這學年我擔任七年級兩個班的英語教學。七(11)班共有學生45人,男生 23人,女生22人。七(12)班有學生40人,男生18個,女生22個,這些學生有一定的英語基礎,大部分學生基礎較好。但個別學生學習態度不認真,課堂上不遵守紀律,當然也有個別學生不敢開中讀,怕讀錯。
三、教材特點
本學期啟用最新英語教材版本外研版教材,難度變小與日常生活更加密切。本冊書主要介紹了日常生活的交際用語以及一些西方國家的文化背景和風俗習慣,教材通俗易懂,旨在使初一級學生基本能用英語進行簡單的交流。本冊書由兩部分組成,即預備篇(4個module)和正式篇(10個module).本書除提供語言材料外,還配有大量插圖。
四、教學目標
通過努力,力求每一位學生能開口講英語,能用英語進行簡單的會話。通過努力使大部分學生繼續保持學英語的興趣。能保持濃厚的學習英語興趣和積極主動參與實踐,以點帶面,力爭教學質量在全縣20%。
五、具體措施
1、認真鉆研教材,備好,上好每一節課,向40分鐘要質量。
2、課堂上多使用英語以及直觀教具,給學生創造良好的教學環境。
3、每單元測試一次,試卷全收全改,做好講評工作。
4、提高學生的學習興趣,發揮學生的主觀能動性。
5、積極進行教學改革,提高教學質量。
