為培養(yǎng)合格的漢語教師，促進(jìn)漢語國際推廣和中國文化傳播，孔子學(xué)院總部/國家漢辦（以下簡稱漢辦）設(shè)立孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，委托孔子學(xué)院、獨(dú)立設(shè)置的孔子課堂、海外部分漢語考試考點(diǎn)（以下簡稱推薦機(jī)構(gòu)）推薦優(yōu)秀學(xué)生和在職漢語教師到中國大學(xué)（以下簡稱接收院校）學(xué)習(xí)。

一、資助對象 1.非中國籍人士。2.身心健康，品學(xué)兼優(yōu)。

3.有志于從事漢語教育、教學(xué)及漢語國際推廣相關(guān)工作。

4.年齡為16-35周歲（統(tǒng)一以2018年9月1日計(jì)）。在職漢語教師放寬至45周歲，本科獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請者一般不超過25周歲。

二、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金類別及申請條件 1.漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士

2018年9月入學(xué)，資助期限為2年。

具有大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷。漢語考試成績達(dá)到HSK（五級）210分、HSKK（中級）60分。提供畢業(yè)后擬任教機(jī)構(gòu)工作協(xié)議或相關(guān)證明者優(yōu)先。2.漢語國際教育本科

2018年9月入學(xué)，資助期限為4年。

具有高中學(xué)歷。漢語考試成績達(dá)到HSK（四級）210分、HSKK（中級）60分。3.一學(xué)年研修生

2018年9月入學(xué)，資助期限為11個(gè)月。不錄取在華留學(xué)生。(1)漢語國際教育

漢語考試成績達(dá)到HSK（三級）270分，具有HSKK成績。

(2)漢語言+中國家庭體驗(yàn)

具有HSK成績。由孔子學(xué)院組團(tuán)進(jìn)行報(bào)名，并事先聯(lián)系接收院校確定在華學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，提前報(bào)總部審批，每團(tuán)10-15人。(3)孔子學(xué)院專項(xiàng)四周生

具有HSK成績。由孔子學(xué)院組團(tuán)進(jìn)行報(bào)名，每團(tuán)10-15人。

三、辦理流程

2018年3月1日起，申請者可登錄孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站申請孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

登錄孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站，查詢推薦機(jī)構(gòu)與接收院校；在線提交申請材料，關(guān)注申請進(jìn)程、審核意見

與獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評審結(jié)果；獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者與接收院校確認(rèn)辦理來華留學(xué)手續(xù)，在線打印獲獎(jiǎng)證書；按接收院校錄取通知書規(guī)定的時(shí)間入學(xué)報(bào)到。申請截止日期為： 1.4月20日（7月入學(xué)）。2.6月20日（9月入學(xué)）。3.9月20日（12月入學(xué)）。

4.12月20日（2019年3月入學(xué)）。

漢辦集中評審，擇優(yōu)資助，于入學(xué)前2個(gè)月完成獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評審工作，公布評審結(jié)果。

“孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”由孔子學(xué)院總部設(shè)立，旨在鼓勵(lì)世界各國學(xué)生、漢語教師來華學(xué)習(xí)和研究漢語言文化。

一、頒發(fā)對象

1、各國孔子學(xué)院（課堂）的優(yōu)秀學(xué)員；

2、在海外從事或計(jì)劃從事漢語教學(xué)者；

3、參加孔子學(xué)院總部主辦的各類漢語考試且成績優(yōu)異者；

4、“漢語橋”世界大、中學(xué)生中文比賽優(yōu)秀參賽選手；

5、國外有關(guān)高校漢語學(xué)習(xí)者；

6、符合孔子學(xué)院總部特定協(xié)議規(guī)定條件的人士。申請人須為非中國籍公民，身體健康。

二、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金類別及相應(yīng)申請資格要求

1、進(jìn)修獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金期限一般分為四周、一學(xué)期和一學(xué)年。申請人原則上應(yīng)具備一定漢語基礎(chǔ)，年齡一般不超過55周歲。

2、學(xué)位獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

申請人應(yīng)參加過漢語水平考試（HSK）并獲得3級以上漢語水平證書。

學(xué)士學(xué)位獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：期限4-5學(xué)年。申請人應(yīng)具有相當(dāng)于中國高級中學(xué)畢業(yè)的學(xué)歷，通過中國大學(xué)入學(xué)考試或經(jīng)推薦被中國大學(xué)免試錄取，年齡一般不超過35周歲。

碩士學(xué)位獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：期限2-3學(xué)年。申請人應(yīng)具有學(xué)士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，年齡一般不超過45周歲。

博士學(xué)位獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：期限3-4學(xué)年。申請人應(yīng)具有碩士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，年齡一般不超過45周歲。

三、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金內(nèi)容、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1、提供注冊費(fèi)、學(xué)費(fèi)、基本教材費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)

2、按月發(fā)給獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生活費(fèi)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：

a． 進(jìn)修生：1400元

b． 學(xué)士學(xué)位生：1400元

c． 碩士學(xué)位生：1700元

d． 博士學(xué)位生：2000元

3、發(fā)給一次性安置費(fèi)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：

a.在華學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間滿一學(xué)年（含）的:1500元

b.在華學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間在一學(xué)期（含）以上但不滿一學(xué)年的： 1000元。

4、提供來華留學(xué)生綜合保險(xiǎn)：為在華獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生所投付的綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。主要用于學(xué)生因大病住院或發(fā)生人身意外傷害所支付的費(fèi)用。

四、申請途徑

申請人應(yīng)向如下獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金招生單位提交申請文件：

1、駐各國的中國使、領(lǐng)館教育（文化）處（組）

2、各國孔子學(xué)院

3、孔子學(xué)院總部設(shè)在海外的各類漢語考試考點(diǎn)

4、孔子學(xué)院總部指定的其他機(jī)構(gòu)

五、申請材料

申請人須按如下要求向獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金招生單位提交相關(guān)材料（均為一式兩份）：

1、《孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請表》，需使用中文或英文完整填寫或打印。此表可從國家漢辦網(wǎng)站和網(wǎng)絡(luò)孔子學(xué)院網(wǎng)站下載，下載地址：http:// ；

2、護(hù)照照片頁復(fù)印件；

3、申請陳述。包含申請人漢語學(xué)習(xí)背景、來華學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃及目標(biāo)等，不少于200字，用中文或英文打印并附申請人簽名。申請攻讀碩士、博士學(xué)位者請?jiān)斒鰜砣A學(xué)習(xí)和研究計(jì)劃（可另附紙）；

4、漢語水平證明。可為漢語水平證書及成績單、或其他漢語學(xué)習(xí)和教育證明；

5、學(xué)歷證明和成績單（須由所在學(xué)校教務(wù)單位直接出具并加蓋公章）；申請學(xué)習(xí)本科專業(yè)者，須提供經(jīng)過公證的高中會(huì)考成績單。中英文以外文本需附經(jīng)公證的中文或英文的譯文；申請攻讀碩士、博士學(xué)位者，須提交兩名教授或副教授的推薦信，用中文或英文書寫；

6、年齡不滿18歲的申請人，需提交監(jiān)護(hù)人保證書及應(yīng)急聯(lián)系方式；

7、《外國人體格檢查記錄》。此表格由中國衛(wèi)生檢疫部門統(tǒng)一印制，僅限于來華學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間超過6個(gè)月者，須用英文填寫。缺項(xiàng)、未貼有本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫(yī)師和醫(yī)院簽字蓋章的《外國人體格檢查記錄》無效。

上述申請材料由各招生單位于2009年5月31日前送抵孔子學(xué)院總部。孔子學(xué)院總部暫不受理個(gè)人申請。

六、學(xué)習(xí)院校選擇

申請孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金來華學(xué)習(xí)，可從孔子學(xué)院總部認(rèn)可的普通高等學(xué)校和中學(xué)中選擇三所志愿學(xué)校。相關(guān)學(xué)校名單請登錄國家漢辦/孔子學(xué)院網(wǎng)站查詢。查詢地址：http://。

孔子學(xué)院總部鼓勵(lì)申請人提前自行聯(lián)系學(xué)校，如申請人已獲得學(xué)校邀請信，請?jiān)谏暾埐牧现懈缴稀?/p>

七、錄取

1、孔子學(xué)院總部將對獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請人的申請材料進(jìn)行審核，并有權(quán)對申請人所選擇的學(xué)校和學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)限進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整。經(jīng)孔子學(xué)院總部審核合格的申請材料將轉(zhuǎn)送有關(guān)學(xué)校，由學(xué)校決定是否錄取。

2、已就讀于孔子學(xué)院總部認(rèn)可的中國普通高等學(xué)校和中學(xué)的申請人，由所在學(xué)校推薦，經(jīng)孔子學(xué)院總部批準(zhǔn)后可獲得孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。

3、孔子學(xué)院總部在2009年6月底前將獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金錄取結(jié)果通知獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生招生單位。

八、報(bào)到

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者須按錄取學(xué)校規(guī)定的時(shí)間到指定接收單位報(bào)到。無法按期報(bào)到者，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格原則上不予保留。

Application Procedures for Confucius Institute Scholarship

（2009）

“Confucius Institute Scholarship” is established by Confucius Institute Headquarters, with a goal of encouraging students and teachers worldwide, who are studying and/or teaching Chinese as a second language, to study Chinese language and culture in China.Eligibility

1.Outstanding students from Confucius Institutes(Classrooms)worldwide;

2.Foreign teachers who are teaching or planning to teach Chinese as a second language;

3.Students who received distinguished grade from the Chinese Examination series held by Confucius Institute Headquarters;

4.Outstanding Contestants in “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition;

5.Students studying Chinese as a second language in overseas universities or colleges;

6.Applicants who meet the requirements of other of Confucius Institute Headquarters’ agreements.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.Categories and Specific Criteria

1．Scholarships for Short-term Study

Duration for these scholarships is generally divided into 4 weeks, 1 semester and 1 academic year.Applicants are required to have a basic knowledge Chinese language level, and under the age of 55.2.Scholarships for Degrees

2.A Photocopy of the passport page with your photo on it;

3.Personal statements, indicating the applicant’s Chinese learning background, study plan and goals in China, etc.The statement should be no less than 200 words, printed in either Chinese or English and signed by the applicant.Detail research and study plan(additional paper can be attached)are required for students applying formaster’s or doctorate degree；

4.Certificates of Chinese Proficiency, could be Chinese Proficiency Certificates and

transcripts, or other certificates of Chinese language learning and/or education;

5.Diploma and transcripts(issued directly by the educational administration office of the school/university, and with a school cache）；Applicants for undergraduate studies are required to provide notarized copy of senior high school transcripts.Documents in language other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;Applicants for Master’s or Doctorate Degree are required to submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associated professors;

6.Applications under the age of 18 should submit letters of approval and provide emergent contact of their legal guardians;

附錄1.孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助內(nèi)容及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助內(nèi)容包括：學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、生活費(fèi)（四周研修生除外）和綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。

1．學(xué)費(fèi)由接收院校統(tǒng)籌用于獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生的培養(yǎng)與管理，開展文化活動(dòng)，組織參加漢語考試。學(xué)費(fèi)不包含教材費(fèi)和旅游景點(diǎn)門票。

2．住宿費(fèi)由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學(xué)生提供免費(fèi)宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生申請、接收院校批準(zhǔn)，選擇校外住宿者，由學(xué)校按月或季度發(fā)放住宿費(fèi)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為700元人民幣/月。3．生活費(fèi)由接收院校按月發(fā)放。本科生、一學(xué)年和一學(xué)期研修生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士生為3000元人民幣/月。

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生按接收院校錄取通知書規(guī)定的時(shí)間入學(xué)報(bào)到，否則取消獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。當(dāng)月15日（含15日）前到校注冊者，當(dāng)月發(fā)放全額生活費(fèi)；15日以后注冊者，當(dāng)月發(fā)放半月生活費(fèi)。

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生在學(xué)期間（不含寒暑假）因個(gè)人原因離開中國時(shí)間超過15天者，停發(fā)離華期間生活費(fèi)。

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生因個(gè)人原因休學(xué)、退學(xué)或受接收院校紀(jì)律處分者，停發(fā)自休學(xué)、退學(xué)或接到處分通知之日起的生活費(fèi)。

2016 Confucius Institute Scholarship Application Procedure

為支持孔子學(xué)院建設(shè)，促進(jìn)漢語國際推廣和中國文化傳播，培養(yǎng)合格的漢語教師和漢語人才，孔子學(xué)院總部/國家漢辦（以下簡稱漢辦）設(shè)立獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，資助外國學(xué)生、學(xué)者和漢語教師到中國有關(guān)大學(xué)（以下統(tǒng)稱“接收院校”）學(xué)習(xí)。

In order to support development of Confucius Institutes, facilitate Chinese language promotion and Chinese cultural transmission in the world, cultivate qualified Chinese language teachers and talented students of Chinese language, Confucius Institute Headquarters(Hanban)(hereinafter referred to as Hanban)launches the “Confucius Institute Scholarships” program for providing sponsorship to students, scholars and Chinese language teachers of other countries for pursuing a study in relevant universities in China(hereinafter referred to as “host institutions”).一、招生類別及申請條件

I.Category & Eligibility

本招生類別是漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士、一學(xué)年研修+漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士、漢語國際教育本科、一學(xué)年研修生、一學(xué)期研修生和四周研修生。招生對象為非中國籍人士，身體健康，年齡一般在16至35周歲之間（在職漢語教師可放寬至45周歲、本科年齡在20歲以下）。

1.Scholarship for Master’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)Students This category provides a sponsorship for 2 academic years.Applicant should own a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 5), and a minimum score of 50 in HSKK Test(Intermediate Level).Applicant who is able to provide the employment agreement or certification upon finishing the study from designated working institutions is preferred.2.一學(xué)年研修+漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士

資助期限為3學(xué)年。申請者須提供與孔子學(xué)院或擬任教單位簽訂的協(xié)議，具有學(xué)士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK初級60分。

2.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL Students This category provides a sponsorship for 3 academic years.Applicant should provide the employment agreement from a designated Confucius Institute or a prospective working institution.Applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 60 in HSKK Test(Beginner Level).3.漢語國際教育本科 資助期限為4學(xué)年。申請者須為具有高中以上學(xué)歷，漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK中級40分。

3.Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(BTCSOL)Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4 academic years.Applicant should hold a high school diploma or above, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK Test(Intermediate Level).4.一學(xué)年研修生 資助期限為11個(gè)月。面向孔子學(xué)院（課堂）學(xué)員，海外本土漢語教師、中文專業(yè)學(xué)生、HSK考試成績優(yōu)秀者，不招收在華留學(xué)生。漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK初級60分，或者不低于BCT（A）180分、BCT（口語）180分。

4.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study Students

This category provides a sponsorship for 11 months.Application is open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, overseas Chinese language teachers, Chinese language major students and excellent performers in HSK test.International students who are now studying in China are not eligible for the scholarship.Applicant should have a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and 60 in HSKK test(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should hold a minimum score of 180 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 180 BCT(Speaking).5.一學(xué)期研修生 資助期限為5個(gè)月。申請者無來華留學(xué)經(jīng)歷，漢語水平不低于HSK二級120分、HSKK初級40分，或者不低于BCT（A）100分、BCT（口語）120分。

5.Scholarship for One-Semester Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 5 months.Applicant should have no prior experience of studying in China, but have a minimum score of 120 in HSK Test(Level 2), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should have a minimum score of 100 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 120 in BCT(Speaking).6.四周研修生

資助期限為四周，以研修漢語為主。面向孔子學(xué)院（課堂）學(xué)員、HSK/BCT優(yōu)秀考生和《孔子學(xué)院》期刊讀者俱樂部優(yōu)秀會(huì)員。申請者須提交HSK或BCT成績報(bào)告，無來華留學(xué)經(jīng)歷。

6.Scholarship for Four-Week Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4-week study which is mainly focusing on Chinese language.Application is mainly open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, excellent performers in HSK test, and outstanding club members of Confucius Institute Magazine.Applicant should submit a HSK or BCT score report, and have no prior experience of studying in China.已獲2016“孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書”的漢語橋獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)撸瑧{證書獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)注冊辦理入學(xué)手續(xù)。

“Chinese Bridge”(Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students)Winners who have been awarded the 2016 “Confucius Institute Scholarship Certificate” can apply for admission according to the scholarship specified in the certificate.二、學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)、接收院校和入學(xué)時(shí)間

II.Majors, Host Institutions & Admission 本委托150所中國大學(xué)培養(yǎng)孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生，學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)有漢語國際教育、漢語言文學(xué)、中國歷史、中國哲學(xué)，中醫(yī)，中國音樂、中國舞蹈等。申請者可登錄獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站（http://cis.chinese.cn）申請表中查詢有關(guān)學(xué)校。

This year, 150 Chinese universities are entrusted as the host institutions of the scholarships which provide various subjects including Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History, Chinese Philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Music, Chinese Dance, etc.For more detailed information of the host institutions, please find the Application Form on the Confucius Institute Scholarships Website(http://cis.chinese.cn).漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士、一學(xué)年研修+漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士、漢語國際教育本科、一學(xué)年研修生、一學(xué)期研修生均可選擇在2016年9月1日或2017年3月1日入學(xué)。

Four-Week Study courses are available from July 15th-August 14th, 2016, or December 15th, 2016 – January 14th, 2017.Courses at other time durations can only be arranged on the condition of recruiting 10 students minimum, and applicants from Confucius Institutes(Classrooms)should initiate your application 3 month in advance.三、資助內(nèi)容、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及學(xué)習(xí)考核

III.Scholarship Coverage, Criteria and Academic Assessment 孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金全額資助內(nèi)容包括：學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、生活費(fèi)和綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。

The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.學(xué)費(fèi)由學(xué)校統(tǒng)籌用于獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生培養(yǎng)與管理，組織獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生參加漢語水平測試（HSK/HSKK），開展文化活動(dòng)。

Tuition fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions to provide teaching, management, Chinese language proficiency tests(HSK/HSKK), and cultural and social activities for scholarship holders.住宿費(fèi)由接收院校統(tǒng)籌使用，為學(xué)生提供免費(fèi)宿舍，一般為雙人間；經(jīng)學(xué)校批準(zhǔn)，選擇校外住宿的，可按月或季度獲得學(xué)校發(fā)放的住宿費(fèi)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：700元人民幣/月/人。

Accommodation fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions which should provide scholarship holders with free dormitory rooms(usually double rooms).For those who live off campus with the permission of host institutions are entitled to accommodation allowance from host institutions on by month or by quarter.The allowance criteria are RMB700 per person on monthly basis.生活費(fèi)由接收院校按月發(fā)給。本科生、一學(xué)年和一學(xué)期研修生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業(yè)碩士生3000元人民幣/月。接收院校按每學(xué)期注冊學(xué)籍，當(dāng)月15日（含15日）前到校注冊的，發(fā)給全月生活費(fèi)；十五日以后報(bào)到的，發(fā)給半月生活費(fèi)；畢業(yè)生的生活費(fèi)發(fā)至學(xué)校確定的畢業(yè)之日以后半個(gè)月；獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生在學(xué)期間（正常假期外）因個(gè)人原因離開中國時(shí)間超過15天，停發(fā)離華期間生活費(fèi)；因個(gè)人原因休學(xué)、退學(xué)的，停發(fā)生活費(fèi)。

Living allowance is granted by the host institutions on monthly basis.The allowance criteria per person are: ? BTCSOL, One-Academic-Year Study, One-Semester Study: RMB2,500 per month ? MTCSOL: RMB3,000 per month Enrollment status is based on semesters of host institutions.Students who are enrolled before the 15th(or on the 15th)of the admission month, are entitled to the full allowance of that month.Students, who are enrolled after the 15th of that month, are only entitled to half of the allowance.The living allowance for the month of graduation will be granted half a month later upon confirming the graduation status by host institutions.During the study, for any students who is absent from China of personal reasons for more than 15 days(excluding legal holidays), the allowance will be suspended during absence.Allowance will be terminated in case of schooling suspension or dropping out for personal reasons.綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。由學(xué)校參照中國教育部來華留學(xué)有關(guān)規(guī)定統(tǒng)一購買，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為800元人民幣/人/年。

Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by the host institutions in accordance to relevant regulations on international students stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China.The insurance fee per person is RMB800 per year.所有學(xué)歷生須參加評審，學(xué)習(xí)成績和漢語水平測試達(dá)到優(yōu)秀者可在第二學(xué)年繼續(xù)享受全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，達(dá)到良好者 獲得部分獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，其余停發(fā)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。部分獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助內(nèi)容是：學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)和綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。一學(xué)年和一學(xué)期研修生結(jié)業(yè)前參加一次漢語水平測試。漢語測試報(bào)名費(fèi)均由學(xué)校報(bào)銷。

The degree scholarship program applicants(Category 1, 2, 3)are subject to annual academic performance review.Only those who achieve outstanding records in academic and Chinese language proficiency are entitled to a full scholarship for the following year;those who achieve average academic records are entitled to partial scholarships;the others will not be entitled to scholarship any longer.Partial scholarships consist of tuition fee, accommodation fee and comprehensive medical insurance.The One-Academic-Year Study and One-Semester Study programmers is required to attend Chinese language proficiency test before graduation.Test fee is reimbursed by host institutions.四、招生流程

Scholarship recruitment is open all year round on a trial basis.For applicants, recommending institutions and host institutions, please find admission procedures and scholarship recruitment results on the Confucius Institute Scholarships website(http://cis.chinese.cn).1.申請者登錄獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站，注冊、填寫《孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請表》并附上有關(guān)證明材料電子掃描件。

1.For application, please log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarships website(http://cis.chinese.cn)to register, complete the Confucius Institute Scholarships Application Form online, and upload the scanned copies of relevant supporting documents.2.漢辦委托各國孔子學(xué)院（獨(dú)立設(shè)置的孔子課堂），有關(guān)海外漢語考試考點(diǎn)，中國駐外使（領(lǐng)）館教育、文化處（組），接收院校作為推薦機(jī)構(gòu)，擇優(yōu)選拔本地申請者，審核申請材料，并與接收院校聯(lián)系，收取并轉(zhuǎn)交獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生入學(xué)材料。

2.Entrusted by Hanban, Confucius Institutes(independent Confucius Classrooms)in different countries, overseas Chinese language testing centers, educational and cultural sections of Chinese embassy and consulate, and host institutions in China are working as recommending institutions to engage in the applicant selection, materials review, host institutions connection, and collecting and handing over applicants’ documents to host institutions.3.申請材料經(jīng)過漢辦獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金處確認(rèn)有效后，由接收院校審核入學(xué)資格，并向漢辦提交預(yù)錄取人選。

3.Once application materials are verified by the Division of Scholarships of Hanban as valid, host institutions will then review the eligibility of applicants and submit the admission list to Hanban.4．漢辦對符合條件者進(jìn)行綜合，擇優(yōu)錄取。評審結(jié)果一般在申請材料確認(rèn)有效后45個(gè)工作日內(nèi)發(fā)布。

4.Hanban will conduct an overall assessment of all applications and admit applicants on the basis of competitive selection.Normally, the admission results will be announced within 45 working days after the application materials are confirmed as valid.5．接收院校與學(xué)生確認(rèn)留學(xué)意向后，須在15個(gè)工作日內(nèi)將《錄取通知書》、《外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202表）和獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書復(fù)印件等寄達(dá)推薦機(jī)構(gòu)。

Application Documents for Confucius Institute Scholarships

推薦機(jī)構(gòu)和接收院校須核對申請者護(hù)照用名完整、國籍無誤、永久通信地址真實(shí)有效。以下證明材料如非中文或英文版本，需提供相應(yīng)的公證文件。

Recommending institutions and host institutions should examine the completeness, validity and accuracy of applicant’s name, nationality and permanent address on the passport.If the following documents are not in Chinese or English version, notarization documents should be provided.一、與所有申請者有關(guān)的證明材料

I.For all applicants 1.護(hù)照照片頁掃描件。未滿18周歲的申請者，須提交在華法定監(jiān)護(hù)人署名的委托證明文件。

對于志愿者來說，最重要的就是無私奉獻(xiàn)的精神，漢語教師志愿者同時(shí)兼?zhèn)浣處熀椭驹刚唠p重身份，無私奉獻(xiàn)的精神就更應(yīng)該成為我們的行為準(zhǔn)則。“志愿者”雖然是個(gè)舶來詞，但奉獻(xiàn)精神作為中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，從“三過家門而不入”的大禹到婦孺皆知的“雷鋒精神”，自古以來就有無數(shù)先賢矢志不渝地踐行著這樣的傳統(tǒng)美德，成為我們寶貴的精神財(cái)富。作為漢語教師志愿者，不僅要自己用實(shí)際行動(dòng)踐行無私奉獻(xiàn)的傳統(tǒng)美德，也需要在教學(xué)過程中把這一傳統(tǒng)美德向全世界發(fā)揚(yáng)光大。

其次，“三情三感”作為對于漢語教師志愿者的精神要求，也是我們必須了解和實(shí)踐的精神準(zhǔn)則。“三情”是感情、熱情和激情。感情包括對事業(yè)的熱愛之情、對祖國的眷戀之情、對學(xué)生的關(guān)愛之情和對朋友同事的友愛之情等等。人是有感情的，失去了感情人就和行尸走肉沒有區(qū)別，其他的精神品質(zhì)也就更無從談起。而我們在赴蒙教學(xué)中，心中要時(shí)刻保持對于事業(yè)、祖國、學(xué)生和同事之間的感情紐帶，學(xué)會(huì)感恩，感激所擁有的一切。熱情是一把火，可以點(diǎn)亮黑暗，照亮他人。對工作充滿熱情是保障我們高效率、高質(zhì)量工作的基礎(chǔ)所在。對待工作、對待學(xué)生、對待同事，我們都需要充滿熱情，帶動(dòng)周圍所有的人來參與到我們當(dāng)中，共同為教學(xué)任務(wù)的順利完成而努力。缺乏熱情則像是一盆冷水，不僅冷了自己，也會(huì)寒了周圍人的心。非但難以完成教學(xué)任務(wù)，自己的人際關(guān)系和心理狀態(tài)也會(huì)遇到危機(jī)。激情是我們年輕人的優(yōu)勢，健康的身體和年輕人特有的精氣神使我們能夠充滿激情地完成工作，以飽滿的精神來迎接新的挑戰(zhàn)，在工作中找到快樂和成就。哪怕困難再多，只要憑借不畏艱辛的激情，微笑面對，泰然處之，這就是我們克服困難的法寶。相反地，沒有激情的人總是應(yīng)付差事，千方百計(jì)地偷懶，其工作能力和效果可想而知。

“三感”是光榮感、責(zé)任感和使命感的概括。對于我們漢語教師志愿者來說，我們是事業(yè)為國家文化實(shí)力的發(fā)展做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)，是神圣而光榮的。因此我們需要認(rèn)識到這一事業(yè)的偉大，從而更加積極地投身進(jìn)去。在這種光榮感的激勵(lì)下，用熱情和激情來對待這項(xiàng)事業(yè)，從而更好地完成文化使者的使命。責(zé)任感是我們的立業(yè)之本，我們出國教授漢語和傳播中國文化，本身就是重大的責(zé)任。國家寄予我們希望，我們的責(zé)任重于泰山，必須要嚴(yán)格要求自己，不要辜負(fù)了這份期望。我們既然選擇了做漢語教師志愿者，那么就擔(dān)上了振興中華語言文化的社會(huì)責(zé)任和使命。在工作中要對國家負(fù)責(zé)，對事業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)，對學(xué)生負(fù)責(zé)。我國目前正處于文化發(fā)展的重要階段，而我們是弘揚(yáng)中國文化的排頭兵。我們必須明白我們正在肩負(fù)著怎樣的歷史使命，而這一份使命對于國家來說又是何等的重要。這樣重要的使命督促著我們必須做好這一工作，不辱使命。

無私奉獻(xiàn)的精神和“三情三感”是我們漢語教師志愿者的基本精神準(zhǔn)則，是指引我們更好地開展工作的精神向?qū)А．?dāng)然，由于志愿者所處的環(huán)境和時(shí)代背景發(fā)展，志愿者精神內(nèi)涵也會(huì)隨之發(fā)展進(jìn)步。這就要求我們每一位志愿者都需要仔細(xì)思考并挖掘?qū)儆谧约旱膶τ趪H漢語教師志愿者精神的詮釋。在這樣精神力量的推動(dòng)下，小到我們自己的身心發(fā)展，大到國家的文化推廣事業(yè)，都將迎來全新而又燦爛的明天。
