一、展位預(yù)訂基本應(yīng)對(duì)
1.I’d like to sign up.我想報(bào)名。

四、取消展位
1.Cancellation will only be accepted in writing before the stipulated deadline.取消展位必須于截至日期前以書面形式提出。
2.All cancelled orders will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge.所取消的申請(qǐng)需繳付30%作取消手續(xù)費(fèi)用。
3.A written notification by the exhibitor is demanded for cancellation of exhibition space.參展企業(yè)若取消參展或削減展出面積,應(yīng)以出面形式通知(主辦單位)。
4.Only cancellation and refund requests made in writing will be accepted.取消參展與申請(qǐng)退款必須以書面形式提出。
5.All refunds will be processed after the event/exhibition.所有退款需在本次活動(dòng)/展覽結(jié)束之后方能辦理。
五、付款事項(xiàng)

一、課程設(shè)置(課程說明)
經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化是當(dāng)代世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì),隨著對(duì)外開放和國(guó)際化程度的日益提高,會(huì)展業(yè)已發(fā)展成為新興的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)貿(mào)易型產(chǎn)業(yè)。國(guó)家需要越來越多的既能熟練應(yīng)用英語進(jìn)行工作,又能熟練進(jìn)行會(huì)展行業(yè)操作的復(fù)合型人才。課程設(shè)置(課程目標(biāo))
1.使學(xué)生能夠理解和掌握會(huì)展專業(yè)知識(shí)。2.學(xué)生能運(yùn)用會(huì)展專業(yè)知識(shí)進(jìn)行實(shí)際操作。
3.學(xué)生能夠具備英語應(yīng)用能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通接待能力、策劃、組織及宣傳能力 信息收集、整理等綜合職業(yè)素質(zhì)。
二、教材分析
該教材以企業(yè)和行業(yè)需求為導(dǎo)向,以學(xué)生為中心,以實(shí)踐為核心,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語應(yīng)用能力和職業(yè)能力。共分十個(gè)單元:會(huì)展邀請(qǐng);安排參展;布置會(huì)議廳和展位;參加展會(huì);接待客戶;介紹產(chǎn)品;洽談業(yè)務(wù);商貿(mào)談判;撤離展會(huì);分析成效。這十個(gè)單元橫向貫穿整個(gè)會(huì)展操作流程,每個(gè)單元均由熱身活動(dòng)、情景對(duì)話、應(yīng)用寫作和廣泛閱讀四個(gè)部分組成。每一部分涉及一個(gè)主題,采用了步驟、行業(yè)、內(nèi)容不盡相同的場(chǎng)景訓(xùn)練形式。
三、學(xué)情分析
本教材授課對(duì)象為大學(xué)二年級(jí)旅游英語專業(yè)學(xué)生,學(xué)生已掌握一些英語專業(yè)知識(shí),但對(duì)會(huì)展專業(yè)英語知識(shí)認(rèn)知很少,也沒有接受過會(huì)展專業(yè)英語口語的培訓(xùn)及詞匯的積累,同時(shí)學(xué)生的英語基本功也需要進(jìn)一步得到提高。
另外,從學(xué)習(xí)類型來看,總的可以分為以下幾類:刻苦型,目標(biāo)任務(wù)型,興趣型,厭學(xué)型。

五、學(xué)法指導(dǎo)
1.要做好課前預(yù)習(xí),初步了解新課的內(nèi)容和重點(diǎn),并記錄下疑難問題,做到“心中有數(shù)” 2.專心上課,課堂上保持良好的狀態(tài),做到眼、腦、口、手并用,易懂粗讀,新內(nèi)容細(xì)讀,重難點(diǎn)精讀,做到把重要的信息經(jīng)過反復(fù)操練達(dá)到完全掌握的程度。
3.課堂上難免有些地方聽不懂或不全懂,所以必須向老師或同學(xué)請(qǐng)教討論,切不可愛面子或偷懶使問題積少成多。
4.及時(shí)、經(jīng)常、科學(xué)地復(fù)習(xí),爭(zhēng)取課內(nèi)外各種機(jī)會(huì)多練習(xí)英語。
六、教學(xué)程序
Review: 通過老師提問學(xué)生回答的方式對(duì)上一課單詞,所學(xué)句型等進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)。
Watching, Listening and Speaking:放本單元的視頻和聽力材料,并要求學(xué)生就聽力材料后的問題進(jìn)行口頭回答,使學(xué)生了解所聽對(duì)話的主題。講解聽力材料中的新單詞、重要句型和表達(dá)等,并進(jìn)行操練。讓學(xué)生成小組朗讀對(duì)話,熟悉對(duì)話內(nèi)容。Exercises:以讓學(xué)生操練對(duì)話,最后能做到基本不看教材地演示對(duì)話(允許對(duì)對(duì)話內(nèi)容作一些適當(dāng)?shù)男薷幕蛟鲅a(bǔ))。
分小組示范,老師給予點(diǎn)評(píng)。根據(jù)老師給出的PPT內(nèi)容進(jìn)行對(duì)話,學(xué)生示范、老師點(diǎn)評(píng)。
七、考核方式
平時(shí)成績(jī)50%:平時(shí)成績(jī)主要是根據(jù)學(xué)生的到課率、課堂表現(xiàn)、實(shí)踐成績(jī)、作業(yè)等情況來給出一個(gè)科學(xué)合理的成績(jī)。
期末成績(jī)50%:期末考試,筆試:考試時(shí)間:90分鐘。
