《 旅游酒店英語 》教學大綱

一、課程的性質、地位和作用：

《旅游酒店英語》是針對人文系英語教育專業的學生開設的專業選修課，屬B類（理論+ 實踐）。本門課程有助于輔助學生拓寬知識面，具有較強應用性和綜合性。

通過該課程的學習，學生能夠了解酒店的基本情況和服務要求，學會與之相關的英語語匯和表達方式。通過對學生進行模擬酒店特定情境完成交際任務的語言訓練，提高英語交際技能等，為英語專業課的學習奠定基礎。

二、課程教學對象、目的和要求

該課程的開始適合英語專業的二年級學生。

開設本課程的目的在于使學生通過學習，能夠比較全面地了解酒店的基本情況和服務要求，學會與之相關的英語語匯和表達方式。通過對學生進行模擬酒店特定情境完成交際任務的語言訓練，使學生了解大型賓館酒店的組織架構和服務流程，對主要營業部門及崗位工作中的常見服務情景了解并掌握其基本用語，提高英語交際技能等，加強培養學生的職業道德素養。

學習本課程，要求學生通過對各個情景對話的學習，了解大型涉外賓館酒店的組織架構、一般服務流程和員工素質要求；熟悉并盡量背誦前廳、客房、餐飲三個部門的情景對話；掌握前廳部、房務部、餐飲部各個情景下的常用英語詞匯和基本交際用語。

三、課程的相關課程及其關系

學習本課程前，學生已具備了一定的英語知識和英語表達和交際能力。這為酒店知識的講解和練習儲備了較多的基礎知識。

學好本課程后，學生的英語學習興趣可以得到提高，并為其它課程的學習奠定基礎，如口語、聽力等。同時，也為學生拓寬知識面起到了輔助作用。

五、考核

該門課程為考查。成績為100分制，學生總評成績取決于學生的出勤情況、課堂參與、課后作業和期末考試成績，其中出勤占10%、課堂參與和課后作業占40%；期末考試占50%。考試采用教師提問、角色扮演、情景模擬等口語形式考察學生對以酒店英語的掌握情況。

作業：
