該門課程為考查。成績?yōu)?00分制,學(xué)生總評成績?nèi)Q于學(xué)生的出勤情況、課堂參與、課后作業(yè)和期末考試成績,其中出勤占10%、課堂參與和課后作業(yè)占40%;期末考試占50%。考試采用教師提問、角色扮演、情景模擬等口語形式考察學(xué)生對以酒店英語的掌握情況。
