第一篇：人教版新目標英語 初中英語太原五育中學初二年級英語綜合實踐課程成果展示

太原五育中學初二年級英語綜合實踐課程成果展示于2013年5月17號在太原五中逸夫堂四層禮堂進行,同學們積極參與,氣氛活躍,展示活動結束后,學校領導為優秀節目及個人頒發了獲獎證書。

英語綜合實踐課程的理念：

初中英語新課程標準分級目標中四級目標提出學生“能嘗試使用不同的教育資源”，五級目標中提出學生應該“能利用多種教育資源進行學習。進一步增強對文化差異的理解和認識”。我們結合我校實際，學生整體素質較高，有條件利用各種教學資源，并能熟練運用多媒體資源，我們引導學生結合課程與教學實際，綜合運用所學知識，提高學生學習英語的興趣，提高他們語言知識的運用能力。

課程開展的目的與計劃：

組織學生對難度適中，趣味性強的英文經典影像配音，努力提升學生的口語表達能力，創新能力和合作能力。同時，豐富學生的學習生活，擴大學生的知識面，增強學生學習英語的積極性。英語綜合實踐課的開展采取循序漸進，分階段進行的方式，要求各班全體同學積極參加，認真準備，各班英語教師認真輔導，讓每位同學通過對英語資源的選取和為展示做準備的過程中，在英語視野，英語表達和自信心方面都有所收獲和提高。

具體實施方案：

第一階段觀摩學習階段

2012年9月至11月初，各班利用每周一節的英語綜合實踐課開展英語視聽課堂，教師組織學生觀看有意義，難度適中，趣味性強的英文經典影像資料，在觀看過程中，鼓勵學生模仿學習。教師解析部分經典片段，教學一些重要詞匯、慣用法后，再次鼓勵學生模仿。師生一起觀看了經典影片《音樂之聲》,《白雪公主與七個小矮人》,<《海底總動員》以及情景劇《生活大爆炸》，《小屁孩日記》等，在電影的魅力中體會英語的美麗。

第二階段 分組準備階段

11月份中旬至12月，在英語教師給出明確的任務安排的基礎上，全班學生自由組合，分成若干小組，挑選適合自己小組組員發聲特點的的影視片段，人人參與，各個動手，打印出來配音材料，每個小組由一名組長負責，小組成員分工合作，利用業余時間反復練習。教師對每個小組給予針對性的幫助與指導。學生們反復挑選，仔細琢磨原版的發音，同學之間互相幫助，力求盡善盡美。

第三階段 初期選拔階段

從12月起，以班為單位開展初期選拔。學生采取抽簽方式確定小組展示順序，然后利用每周的英語綜合實踐課進行展示。教師和全體學生，以組為單位，根據每個學生的表現，給與評定，作為學生此次綜合實踐課程的成績。各班選拔1---2組優秀表演組參加年級展示活動。

第四階段 成果展示階段

經過了觀摩學習，分組準備，初期選拔等過程，全年級師生都迫不及待的等待最終的配音成果展示，之前，年級英語教師還在全年級通過發音，舞臺臺風表現選出八名英語口語突出的學生作為主持人，男生3名，女生5名。在組織本年級學生觀看學習過程中，由校領導，英語教師及學生代表擔任評委，評選出優秀節目給與表彰，以資鼓勵。

通過以上精心的安排與認真的準備，此次展示活動圓滿結束。廣大同學提高了學習英語的積極性，鍛煉了英語口語表達能力，學到了更多的英語知識，增強了小組合作意識。組織這樣的活動也受到了學生及家長的贊同與好評。今后，我們會組織更多、更好類似的活動，展示五中特有的素質教育的成果。

農村中學英語教學的幾點體會

隨著國家教育改革的深入發展，農村中學的教學條件越來越好，教學成績也在逐年提高。但是，在這些成果后面卻也隱藏著一些問題。特別是農村中學的英語教學。教師雖然在努力地尋求提高教學成績的方法，卻仍然走不出“聾子英語”和“啞巴英語”的誤區，教師和學生都苦苦掙扎在“應試教育”和“素質教育”之間，最后，造成教師教得很累，學生學得很累，致使有一部分學生產生厭學的情緒，有的干脆輟學了，為什么會造成這種情況呢？

一、部分學生對英語課失去熱情

偉大的物理學家愛德華.亞皮爾頓說：“在我看來，一個人想在科學研究上有所成就，熱忱的態度還比專門的知識來的重要。”也就是說，熱情是支撐生命的元素，是完成一切偉大事業不可缺少的動力。在英語課上，我們讓大多數學生所缺的，就是這種熱情和動力，教師為了完成教學任務，為了提高教學成績，教師無法顧及大多數學生，上課回答問題往往是那些成績比較好的，在小組活動和結對活動中，得到老師指導的也往往是這部分學生，因為這部分學生是教師教學成績的頂梁柱，而那些學困生們，被遺忘在角落里，課下得到教師的輔導機會也少，久而久之，是這部分被學生對英語課失去了興趣，失去了熱情，干脆破罐破摔，上課的時候，他們不再聽教師的講課，不再完成教師所留的家庭作業，仿佛英語這一科與他毫無關系，他們自顧干自己的事情，時間長了也就成了違反課堂紀律的主力軍，干擾教師的講課，影響了教師的講課效果，考試的時候，抄上幾筆就算了，因為英語試卷比較好抄，就一張地答題卡。甚至，在優質課上，這部分學生也只是陪襯，對話練習和回答問題都輪不到他們，他們也只是在那里隨聲附和，別人在分組練習或討論時，他們在那里東看看，西瞧瞧，無所事事，也只有一起朗讀時濫竽充數。

成功的經驗告訴我們，成功和能力的關系小，和熱心的關系大，因而我們教師，在教學中，要多給學生一些鼓勵和贊許，或許，你在無意中會改變某個學生的一生，讓他們每個人都以最大的熱情投身到學習中，深入了解課上的每一個環節和細節，才能夠淋漓盡致地發揮自己的潛力。

二、不要讓學生對英語課失去希望

教師在教學中，對學生要多一些贊許，少一些批評，要

給自己的每個學生一個機會，讓每個人都能品味成功的喜悅，哪怕是最差的學困生，幫助他記住一個單詞，再加上你的鼓勵他也會燃起學好英語的希望。馬卡連柯說：“培養人，就是培養他對前途的希望。”因而，教師在教學中，要時刻記住不要扼殺每個學生的希望，在課上，要堅持和每個學生互動，即使這位學生說得語法不對，音不準，也要給予他希望，也要會對他說，說得很好，以后要多發言，說的會更棒的，對學生的評價也要多元化，不要單憑期末考試的一張試卷，就否定學生的進步，要考慮到每個學生的長處，善于發現他們的閃光點，給與適當的激勵，給他們以后的學習鼓鼓勁。英語作為一門應用語言學科，本來是用來相互溝通和交流的，說得多了，口不羞了，學生才會有學好英語的希望，教師要讓學生懂得享受這個過程，使他們的每一節英語課都上得愉快。

三、英語要時刻吸引學生的注意力

法國物理學家喬治·居維葉說：“天才，首先是注意力。”因而教師在日常教學中。要注意訓練學生的注意力，要讓學生學會排除干擾，養成集中精力學習的習慣是非常重要的。現在，學校的語音室，多媒體教室也一一俱全，但教師用得卻很少，問題是學生在這些專用教室紀律不好管，教師組織教學就很費勁，教師為了趕教學進度就很少用，致使這些教室的作用沒有充分發揮起來。但是反過來想，這些農村孩子，對這些專用教室比較好奇，感到新鮮，如果久了，自然而然地也就沒有新鮮感了，也就不再摸著摸那了，教師再用各種教學手段，去吸引學生的注意力，學生自然而然地對英語課感興趣了，教學的容量也會變大，成績

也就相應的提高了。

四、英語課也要重視培養學生有一顆健康的心

現在的社會充滿著競爭，有競爭，就意味著有人成功，有人就會失敗，但同樣也充滿著機遇。英語作為一種外來語言，相對于自己的母語來說，學習英語的困難要比學習母語的困難要多得多，學生面對失敗的機率就高，大多數學生最后放棄英語，就是因為一次次的失敗造成的，同時也得不到教師的鼓勵，最終選擇放棄。教師要教會學生怎樣對待學習中挫折和失敗，要真正知道每個學生需要的是什么，做到因材施教。面對學習上的困難和壓力，要從心理上開導他們怎樣去面對這些問題，人無法左右天氣，但可以改變心情，事事無法順利，但可以事事盡力，就會有意想不到的結果。告訴學生，我們的生活中，經常會發生令人沮喪、感到意外的事，但是，如果我們能懷著樂觀的心態去耐心等一會兒，就會發現，我們所經受的每一個考驗，所做的每一份努力，就會產生神奇的效果，就會不知不覺把我們帶入希望的境界。因而，在日常的學習中，要告訴學生，即使你現在不會一個英語單詞，但只要你會認得二十六個英文字母，也不要灰心，只要你長期堅持，有一天你有可能英語翻譯。我經常給學生舉這個例子，我在上高三的時候，班上有一位男同學，年齡要比我們大得多，個子也很矮，因為家庭比較困難，高二的課程是在家自學的，高三的學費也是自己在家挖了一年的石頭攢的，他一個英語單詞都不會讀，但他從來不會灰心，從來不因自己的外貌與家庭而自卑，單詞不會讀，背單詞的時候，就一個一個字母的記，硬是靠自己的努力把高中階段的單詞背的滾瓜爛熟，最后還考上了外語系，畢業后成了一名英語教師。因而告訴學生，健康的心靈，是一切成功的基石。

總之，學生的學習，在乎一心，情緒影響行動，只要教師的教學讓學生感到快樂，讓他們快樂的情緒影響學習，讓他們每天勤奮一點點，每天主動一點點，每天學習一點點，每天創新一點點，每天進步一點點，并且堅持不懈，有一天，你會發現，你的學生會取得驚人的成績，你也會擁有許多成功的教學經驗，因而我們教師要與學生一同快樂并學習著。
