當(dāng)石林場重點(diǎn)公益管護(hù)“六拳”出擊 效果明顯

為了切實(shí)做好重點(diǎn)公益管護(hù)工作,當(dāng)石林場干部職工齊心協(xié)力,務(wù)實(shí)重行,真抓實(shí)管,出臺(tái)六項(xiàng)措施重拳出擊,使當(dāng)石林場的重點(diǎn)公益林管護(hù)效果發(fā)生了“翻天覆地的變化”。

第一拳:明確目標(biāo),嚴(yán)把用人關(guān)。把“看好公益林”作為重點(diǎn)公益林管護(hù)的唯一目標(biāo),把年富力強(qiáng)有責(zé)任心,能夠服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo),聽從指揮作為選人用人的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),嚴(yán)把用人關(guān)。管護(hù)員上崗之前必須簽署《保證書》,做到“五個(gè)保證”方能錄用上崗。

第二拳:強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)教育,明確管護(hù)職責(zé)。針對(duì)《樺甸市公益林管護(hù)工作獎(jiǎng)懲細(xì)則》,組織公益林全體人員深入學(xué)習(xí)和考試,不及格者罰款200元,給一次補(bǔ)考機(jī)會(huì),經(jīng)補(bǔ)考再不及格者清除管護(hù)隊(duì)伍。通過強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)教育使全體管護(hù)人員明確管護(hù)職責(zé),知道自己該做到哪些,如果做不到應(yīng)該接受怎樣的處罰,使大家都能真正負(fù)起管護(hù)責(zé)任,切實(shí)做好公益林管護(hù)工作。

第三拳:嚴(yán)格出勤管理,保證管護(hù)到位。每天早晨由各管護(hù)隊(duì)長向主管場長報(bào)告本段出勤情況,林場隨時(shí)進(jìn)行抽查,檢查管護(hù)員出勤和在崗情況。要求各位管護(hù)隊(duì)長對(duì)自己的每一位隊(duì)員每天的動(dòng)向都必須掌握。

第四拳:嚴(yán)格督促檢查,依法依規(guī)進(jìn)行處罰。每次都由主管場長親自帶隊(duì)經(jīng)常性不定期的深入到各管護(hù)隊(duì)各管護(hù)區(qū)進(jìn)行檢查,每月集中檢查次數(shù)至少在四次以上。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題嚴(yán)格按照獎(jiǎng)懲 1

細(xì)則的規(guī)定對(duì)責(zé)任人進(jìn)行處罰。

第五拳:探尋規(guī)律,創(chuàng)新管理方式。根據(jù)冬季大雪封山之后,如有新伐根出現(xiàn)也大都分布于爬犁道兩側(cè)這一規(guī)律,當(dāng)石林場除了按照林業(yè)局的要求成立巡邏檢查小組之外,還要求每一位管護(hù)員對(duì)自己管護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi)爬犁道進(jìn)行巡護(hù)編號(hào)登記,實(shí)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理,對(duì)新增的爬犁道必須及時(shí)掌握,及時(shí)編號(hào)登記和巡護(hù)。爬犁道編號(hào)登記有遺漏的,要受到相應(yīng)的處罰:支線每條罰款100元,岔線每條罰款50元。新伐根按照《獎(jiǎng)懲細(xì)則》的規(guī)定予以處罰。

第六拳:人性化管理,增強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)斗力。當(dāng)石林場在嚴(yán)于管理的同時(shí)也不乏人性化。職工家有個(gè)紅白喜事大事小情的林場領(lǐng)導(dǎo)總是全員到位,出車出人出錢,撐場面壯聲勢;職工家有困難場領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及時(shí)提供幫助給予解決,使職工們排除后顧之憂,一門心思干工作,全場干部職工的戰(zhàn)斗力明顯增強(qiáng)。2012年以來,當(dāng)石林場重點(diǎn)公益林管護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi)基本杜絕了濫砍盜伐現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,使本轄區(qū)內(nèi)的森林資源得到有效保護(hù)。

黑金家長學(xué)校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹

眾所周知,家庭教育是整個(gè)基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,與學(xué)校教育互相依存,互相促進(jìn),共同發(fā)展,是其它任何教育也替代不了的。當(dāng)前,我們的家庭教育,無論是在教育觀念、教育內(nèi)容上,還是在教育方法上,都還有許多不適應(yīng)的地方,在新形勢下,許多家長感到教子艱難,甚至無所適從。在這種狀況下,根據(jù)我校實(shí)際情況,實(shí)實(shí)在在地舉辦家長學(xué)校,形成家庭、社會(huì)、學(xué)校三結(jié)合,齊抓共管育新人的良好局面。

由于我校家長學(xué)校工作的充分開展,有力的促進(jìn)了學(xué)校的整體發(fā)展,贏得了家長和社會(huì)各界的一致贊譽(yù)。現(xiàn)將具體情況匯報(bào)如下:

一、我校家長學(xué)校開展工作概況

作為我市的家長實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校,我校積極開展各方面工作,形成了以學(xué)校為主、以家庭為基礎(chǔ)、以社會(huì)為依托,三結(jié)合教育大環(huán)境,增強(qiáng)了教育合力的教育理念。家長學(xué)校建設(shè)不斷走向規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化,為指導(dǎo)家庭教育工作提供了有力的保障。

1.加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),建立健全各項(xiàng)管理制度

為確保家長學(xué)校各項(xiàng)工作有序開展,我校在由校長任組長的家長學(xué)校工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組的基礎(chǔ)上,成立了三級(jí)家長委員會(huì)、陽光家長俱樂部和關(guān)心下一代工作委員會(huì),制定了相關(guān)工作制度和各崗位職責(zé)。定期召開會(huì)議,商討家庭教育中的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、熱點(diǎn)問題,有針對(duì)性的開展家長學(xué)校工作。各班級(jí)委員會(huì)由班主任牽頭組建,在管理體制上我們實(shí)行分級(jí)管理,層層落實(shí)的辦法,確保了家長學(xué)校工作項(xiàng)項(xiàng)有人管,事事有人問。為使家長學(xué)校更加規(guī)范,我們建立和完善了家長學(xué)校的《家長委員會(huì)章程》、《家長委員會(huì)職責(zé)》、《陽光家長俱樂部細(xì)則》《陽光家長評(píng)選》等各種規(guī)章制度,制度的完善使學(xué)校管理逐步邁向系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化和序列化。

2.切實(shí)落實(shí)好家長學(xué)校“十有”指標(biāo)

家長學(xué)校“十有”是指:有負(fù)責(zé)人、有牌子、有教室、有教材、有教學(xué)計(jì)劃、有兼職教師、有活動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)、有工作制度、有考核評(píng)估、有檔案資料。針對(duì)“十有”內(nèi)容,我校在家長學(xué)校工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組的帶領(lǐng)下,并充分發(fā)揮家委會(huì)功能,形成合力,對(duì)以上指標(biāo)逐一落實(shí)。尤其是在考核評(píng)估方面,我們拓寬評(píng)估渠道,有時(shí)還要請家長填寫意見反饋表,學(xué)校把各班家長的意見進(jìn)行匯總,針對(duì)存在的問題制定措施,以不斷提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

二、主要工作和取得的成績

(一)主要工作

1.讓家長參與學(xué)校管理。

每周邀請家長來校進(jìn)行校訪,使家長有了近距離接觸、了解學(xué)校工作的機(jī)會(huì)。家長掛著校訪牌,可以進(jìn)入辦公室與教師交談,進(jìn)入教室聽課,巡視校園,觀察學(xué)生的行為規(guī)范等。此外,直接與校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)話,就學(xué)校的各種問題向校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提出建議。實(shí)行校訪制度,引導(dǎo)家長參與學(xué)校管理,進(jìn)一步形成家校協(xié)作教育的機(jī)制,不斷優(yōu)化教育資源,創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的教育環(huán)境。

2.定期舉辦講座。

每學(xué)期學(xué)校都要請有關(guān)專家進(jìn)行專題講座。目的是使每位家長感悟到家庭教育的重要性,重養(yǎng)重教。

3.樹立典型,以點(diǎn)帶面。

在學(xué)校開展的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中,得到了很多家長的大力支持,為此,學(xué)校每學(xué)年都要認(rèn)真組織進(jìn)行 “陽光家長”的評(píng)選活動(dòng),要求家長寫好了優(yōu)秀事跡的介紹材料,在廣大家長中推介,本學(xué)期表彰了10位關(guān)心和支持學(xué)校工作的家長。

4.開展家長開放日活動(dòng)。

“家長開放日”活動(dòng)起到了四個(gè)促進(jìn)作用。一是促進(jìn)了教師課堂教學(xué)水平的提高。每當(dāng)“開放日”到來之時(shí),每一個(gè)教師非常重視,都要認(rèn)真鉆研教材,設(shè)計(jì)教案,都想在家長面前展示一下自己的教學(xué)技藝,從而提高自己。二是增強(qiáng)了家長教育孩子的責(zé)任感。三是促進(jìn)了學(xué)生主動(dòng)地學(xué)習(xí)。四是促進(jìn)了教師與家長、家長與學(xué)生之間關(guān)系的優(yōu)化。“開放日”活動(dòng)讓教師、家長、學(xué)生之間的距離拉得更近了,從而增強(qiáng)了相互之間的了解,尊重和關(guān)心,出現(xiàn)了孩子督促家長做模范家長,家長教育孩子做“陽光學(xué)生”的可喜局面。這一活動(dòng)受到了家長的一致好評(píng)。

5.開展親子活動(dòng),提高教育實(shí)效。

學(xué)校結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日的有利契機(jī),如三八婦女節(jié)、母親節(jié)、父親節(jié)等節(jié)日,開展了融游戲和教育于一體的親子游戲活動(dòng)。學(xué)校陽光家長俱樂部也創(chuàng)造性地開展親子活動(dòng)如:如“法制講座”、“特色升旗”、“六一”、“趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)” “感恩主題隊(duì)會(huì)”等慶祝活動(dòng),讓家長來校和學(xué)生一起同慶同樂。在家長和孩子參與的這些活動(dòng)中,家長們感受到了孩子的成長和快樂,孩子在與父母一起參與活動(dòng)的過程中,體會(huì)到父母的艱辛,理解了父母的苦心,拉近了家長與孩子的距離。

6.大力開展感恩教育,提升德育工作水平。

我校開展了系列的感恩實(shí)踐教育活動(dòng)。如“給父母端杯熱水”、“愛祖國、愛父母、愛自己”活動(dòng)、“為父母洗腳”活動(dòng)、“感恩演講比賽”等等,這些活動(dòng)的開展有力的拉近學(xué)生與家長的距離,產(chǎn)生了良好的效果。

7.重視家訪。

在家校聯(lián)系與溝通上,我校充分利用現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)開展家教活動(dòng)。每個(gè)班級(jí)都設(shè)立了“家校聯(lián)系卡”。學(xué)校要求每個(gè)班級(jí)都建立了微信群,QQ群。今年又開設(shè)了學(xué)生家長數(shù)學(xué)速算盒子讓家長參與孩子的學(xué)習(xí)情況監(jiān)督上。充分利用黑金小學(xué)的教育網(wǎng)站,家長教師每天都在微信見面溝通,了解孩子的學(xué)習(xí)情況,在校情況,學(xué)校班主任定期轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)家庭教育的文章和案例大大提高了效率。收到了很好的教育效果,改變了以前單一的家訪方式,多媒體的信息技術(shù)成為了學(xué)校與家庭的互通紐帶,有效地促進(jìn)了家校攜手,聯(lián)合教育。8.印發(fā)告家長書、宣傳單。

通過印發(fā)告家長書、宣傳單向家長直接介紹家庭教育的方式、現(xiàn)代家教信息和學(xué)校工作的新動(dòng)向,立足實(shí)際,多渠道、多形式開展家長學(xué)校工作。比如向家長提出“多一點(diǎn)時(shí)間陪孩子”、“走出 家庭,走向社會(huì)”的倡議;向孩子提出“我為父母分憂愁”的要求,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生在家做一些力所能及的家務(wù)事,學(xué)會(huì)生活的自理。

(二)、“同讀一本書,共養(yǎng)好習(xí)慣”彰顯特色 家長學(xué)校開課之際,我們對(duì)“本溪市行為習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成教育家長讀本”授課的教師進(jìn)行好習(xí)慣專題培訓(xùn),與家長講授書中重點(diǎn)以及具體方法進(jìn)行讀書交流。孩子和家長可以同讀一本書,可以好習(xí)慣讀本,可以是故事書,可以是新聞報(bào)道等。家長能夠走進(jìn)孩子的心靈。我校開展了“成功素質(zhì)教育”“怎樣培養(yǎng)孩子”等讀書漂流活動(dòng),掀起了家長讀書的熱潮。事實(shí)證明,我校通過“同讀一本書,共養(yǎng)好習(xí)慣”的落實(shí),使學(xué)生們更加理解父母的“不容易”,體會(huì)父母的辛勞。通過實(shí)踐作業(yè),去感恩父母。每月的校本作業(yè)需要請家長與學(xué)生一起自查互評(píng)。假期里,我校開展了“我與家長比一比”的好習(xí)慣馬拉松活動(dòng),這些活動(dòng)的開展使家長和孩子相互督促,相互牽制學(xué)生和家長都慢慢的養(yǎng)成了良好的生活習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

幾年來好習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成教育初見端倪。為了進(jìn)一步深化養(yǎng)成教育的內(nèi)涵,校本課程又增設(shè)了《弟子規(guī)》、《三字經(jīng)》讀本,并在全校師生及家長中開展了傳承國學(xué)文化的經(jīng)典誦讀活動(dòng)。學(xué)校開展誦讀展演活動(dòng)。活動(dòng)開展深深觸及到家長的心靈,使家長也“不知不覺”走近“經(jīng)典”。通過調(diào)查了解,結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于學(xué)校國學(xué)經(jīng)典誦讀課,家長非常支持,他們了解國學(xué)家庭的倫理道德,學(xué)校的勵(lì)志規(guī)范,社會(huì)的知書達(dá)理。家長都有了理論指導(dǎo)。學(xué)生的認(rèn)識(shí)從知開始才有了行,并逐步做到了知行統(tǒng)一。我們在好習(xí)慣啟動(dòng)儀式上邀請了許多家長,以寄家長一封信的形式,提高家長對(duì)此項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的認(rèn)識(shí),與家長達(dá)成共識(shí),使學(xué)生在學(xué)校養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣的同時(shí),在家庭里也要保證好習(xí)慣的持續(xù)養(yǎng)成。教師影響著學(xué)生,學(xué)生影響著家長,這樣相互影響,相互同化。共同進(jìn)步。經(jīng)過幾年的努力,家長對(duì)于好習(xí)慣的認(rèn)識(shí)越來越深入,以至于影響著家長好習(xí)慣的主動(dòng)養(yǎng)成。

(三)取得的成績

1.家長的教子觀念發(fā)生變化,愈加重視孩子的品德與心理健康。

通過家長學(xué)校的輔導(dǎo)與學(xué)習(xí),慢慢改變著家長“重智輕德”的觀念。最明顯的變化,莫過于家長會(huì)中,家長不再是緊緊盯住孩子的學(xué)習(xí)成績,而是開始過問起孩子的個(gè)性發(fā)展、學(xué)校表現(xiàn)等。如孩子參加各種社團(tuán)、比賽、社會(huì)實(shí)踐等,許多家長給予了極大的支持!學(xué)校的民樂隊(duì)、詩刊社辦得有聲有色,節(jié)慶祝活動(dòng)的隆重?zé)崃遗c成功,同家長的支持是分不開的。

2.家長教子方式得到提高,教育效果明顯。

我們把孩子對(duì)家長、老師的教育方法的建議反饋給家長,同時(shí)也通過與家長的溝通,促進(jìn)家長教子方式的改變。許多家長深有體會(huì)的說:孩子已經(jīng)長大了,到了初中,與他們平等、親切交流會(huì)有許多的收獲;而簡單的、粗暴的教育,只能使孩子越走越遠(yuǎn)。多年中,沒有發(fā)生父母與子女沖突、矛盾激化的事件。

3.家長素質(zhì)得到提高,家庭育人環(huán)境得到優(yōu)化。

家長認(rèn)識(shí)到自己是孩子的第一任老師,也是孩子的終身老師,從而增強(qiáng)了家庭責(zé)任感,進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)到家庭教育的重要性。在家訪中,我們感受到了家長在創(chuàng)設(shè)溫暖家庭關(guān)系、親子關(guān)系所作的努力。

4.密切了家庭與學(xué)校的關(guān)系,形成教育合力。

通過家長學(xué)校、家長委員會(huì)的工作,使家長全面準(zhǔn)確地了解孩子,并依靠不斷提高的家教方法,增強(qiáng)了教育的針對(duì)性;同時(shí),又使家長了解到了學(xué)校的工作,增強(qiáng)家長對(duì)教師的了解、信任,使家長能主動(dòng)地支持學(xué)校、教師的工作。

三、今后努力的方向

1.充分發(fā)揮“家長論壇”的積極作用。

雖然我們也開設(shè)這樣的論壇,但是,在內(nèi)容上還不夠豐富,在形式上不夠生動(dòng),并且缺乏系統(tǒng),以后將再努力。

2.開展心理健康教育培訓(xùn)。

針對(duì)目前的學(xué)生心理變化與特點(diǎn),對(duì)家長要開設(shè)系列心理輔導(dǎo)的培訓(xùn),促進(jìn)家長重視心理輔導(dǎo),提高心理輔導(dǎo)技能。

3.更進(jìn)一步開展優(yōu)秀家長的評(píng)選活動(dòng)。

要建立起規(guī)范的評(píng)選制度,并使其發(fā)生輻射與榜樣作用,調(diào)動(dòng)家長參與學(xué)校管理、共同關(guān)注孩子思想、身心發(fā)展的積極性。

4.注重學(xué)習(xí)研究型家庭的構(gòu)建。

面對(duì)迅速發(fā)展的社會(huì),面對(duì)正處于人生觀、世界觀逐步形成時(shí)期的中學(xué)生,建立一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)研究型家庭是極為重要的事,它不僅關(guān)乎父母、子女的發(fā)展,同時(shí)還關(guān)乎與社會(huì)的與時(shí)俱進(jìn),所以,在以后的工作中,我們將著力進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)研究型家庭的構(gòu)建與推進(jìn)。

科學(xué)發(fā)展永無止境,教育實(shí)踐之樹常青。父心,母心,老師心,心心相通;你教,我教,大家教,合力育人。適應(yīng)新形勢,我校將繼續(xù)高舉素質(zhì)教育大旗,積極探索家校工作的新思路、新載體和新辦法,情為學(xué)生所系,策為學(xué)生所謀,千方百計(jì)為孩子們的健康成長編織五光十色的花環(huán),和越來越多的家長們牽起手來,凝心聚力地打造和享受越來越幸福完整的陽光教育新生活。
