1.粗魯、漠不關心或事前不準備,例如對客戶提出的需求忘記或不予理會,拜訪客戶前的資料準備不充分。

2.不清楚誰是負責人,一直告訴客戶說自己要上級匯報,這樣會失去在客戶心目中的價值與信任感。

3.不知所云,浪費顧客時間,永遠記住與客戶溝通的機會是非常寶貴的,珍惜每一分鐘與談話的機會,提高銷售效率。

4.夸張你產(chǎn)品的利益或服務,會給客戶帶來不信任感,信任感是銷售過程的基礎。

5.隱瞞產(chǎn)品的注意事項,省錢的選擇或已提前登場的新品,知道產(chǎn)品的細節(jié)是客戶的權利,永遠要尊重客戶的權利。

6.盡力從每次交易中,榨取每分錢,完全沒有誠信度,好的銷售是會“放長線釣大魚的”。

7.頻繁改變交易方式,會令客戶反感,質疑你的公司品牌價值,對建立長期銷售關系非常不利。

8.交易后,不致電給顧客,以確認一切都沒有問題,99%的努力會因為這1%的疏忽而付諸東流。

9.不履行你所承諾的事情,沒有任何一個客戶愿意和沒有誠信的銷售長期合作的。

10.不回電或回復郵件,尤其當問題發(fā)生時,細節(jié)是每個銷售過程成功與否的關鍵因素。
