敬愛的聯合國秘書長潘基文爺爺：

來了您好！

我是洪山松齡小學四年級二班的一名在校學生，我的名字叫宋德正。我今天冒昧的給您寫信，希望您能理解。我非常討厭吸煙，因為我的外公就是常年大量吸煙，患了肺癌而病故的。他一生非常勤勞、和藹可親，卻死于肺癌，而他患的肺癌又于吸煙密不可分。我外公是個國營農場的工人，我媽媽不到一歲就被打針打聾了耳朵，外公整天愁眉不展，唯一的嗜好就是吸煙排解煩惱，整天咳痰才50幾歲就離開了人間。向其他因吸煙而短命，我至今仍非常痛惜，多么好的一個人啊！就是因為吸煙害了他啊！

看看爺爺您好！我知道您是聯合國的秘書長，請您在聯合國大會上，倡議各國禁止種植煙草，禁止吸煙。讓我們的世界充滿歡樂，到處都是綠色環保的生存環境，讓人們遠離毒品、遠離香煙，遠離癌癥。還人們一個沒有毒品、沒有煙草的地球。也許我說的有些幼稚，但這確實是我的心里話。我想您作為聯合國的秘書長應該能管管這件事。

善事爺爺，我相信您也是一個不吸煙不吸毒的人，不希望人們沾染上吸煙、吸毒的毒癮。不希望我們人類居住的地球煙霧漫漫，人人都病魔纏身吧！那您就下個命令禁煙吧！我不希望我外公的悲劇重復發生。

尊敬的潘基文先生：

您好！

時代在發展，社會在進步。世界正處于日新月異的變化當中。

1971年10月25日，這是一個值得紀念和歡慶的日子，中華人民共和國國旗首次飄揚在聯合國總部大樓前,中國恢復在聯合國的合法席位。這是基于我國致力于維護世界與周邊的和平環境及我國社會主義現代化建設的成就。

中國作為聯合國的創始國和安理會常任理事國之一，一貫遵循聯合國維護國際和平與安全，促進國際合作與發展的宗旨，對世界的和平與發展做出了重要貢獻。

當今世界，中國是發展最快、變化最大的國家之一，中國的發展離不開世界，世界的發展也離不開中國。一個和平、合作、負責任的中國形象已經展現在國際社會面前。中國擁有日益發展的經濟力量，綜合國力位居世界前列，國際地位顯著提高，在維護世界和平、促進發展方面發揮著重要的作用。

和平與發展是當今時代的主題，我國改革開放的領導者鄧小平指出，現在世界上真正大的問題，一個是和平問題，一個是經濟問題或者說發展問題。為了和平與發展，我國反對霸權主義和強權政治，主張改變舊的國際秩序，建立以和平共處五項原則為基礎的有利于世界和平與發展的國際新秩序。

但是，世界仍然有一些區域性、小規模的沖突。例如：1999年，以美國為首的北約趁南聯盟內部發生科索沃危機，打著“人權高于主權”的旗號，向南聯盟發動了長達78天的狂轟爛炸。這是北約在沒有聯合國安理會授權的情況下對南斯拉夫動武。另外，國際恐怖主義也對世界和平和地區安全造成了嚴重威脅。

中國作為最大的發展中國家，致力于推動建立公正合理的國際政治新秩序，反對霸權主義，維護世界和平。
