尿道結(jié)石一般會出現(xiàn)腰腹病或絞痛，且向同側(cè)腹股溝和大腿內(nèi)側(cè)放射，可伴有尿頻、尿急、尿痛、排尿困難，尿流變細(xì)，呈點滴狀，有時有血尿。嵌頓在尿道者可引起急性尿潴留，合并感染者有膿尿。

防治尿路結(jié)石主要應(yīng)做到以下幾點：

一是養(yǎng)成多飲水的習(xí)慣，即便是秋涼不感口渴也要飲適量的水，特別是臨睡前可飲一大杯水，以保證夜間有足夠尿量。有條件者可飲用含礦物質(zhì)少的磁化水，具有一定的預(yù)防作用。

二是增加飲食中的纖維素及減少食鹽、精糖、蛋白質(zhì)的攝入量，必要時還需減少鈣的攝入，少吃動物內(nèi)臟及油膩食物。

三是保持情緒樂觀，適時調(diào)整心態(tài)，舒緩緊張的心情。

四是要多活動，即便是因病臥床的病人也應(yīng)勤翻身，多活動。

五是對有可能引起尿路結(jié)石的其他疾病要及時治療，如尿路感染、痛風(fēng)、甲狀旁腺功能亢進等

碎石前后注意事項

(1)碎石前一周要口服熊或鵝去氧膽酸，一日3次，每次4片，使膽結(jié)石表面溶解而容易得到碎石效果。

(2)低脂飲食，對膽總管中下段結(jié)石的病人，碎石前3天忌吃豆腐、牛奶、韭菜類易產(chǎn)氣的食物。碎石前1天口服番瀉葉，碎石當(dāng)日晨禁食，使腸道氣體減少，易于結(jié)石定位。

(3)要進行體位及呼吸鍛煉，一般取右側(cè)臥位及俯臥位，呼吸要均勻且有規(guī)律(因碎石機配有呼吸同步)。

(4)碎石后適當(dāng)增加脂肪餐、油煎蛋、肥肉，促進膽汁分泌，使膽囊收縮，疏通膽道，提高排石效果。

(5)碎石后進行自我運動，每餐飯后20分鐘取右側(cè)臥位，或俯臥位并自行按摩膽囊區(qū)域以利于結(jié)石排出。另外散步、氣功等可增加膽囊收縮功能。

(6)碎石后，每天要堅持服足量熊或鵝去氧膽酸，以便結(jié)石碎片逐漸溶解并排出。服排石沖劑或總攻排石療法3～5天，起到因勢利導(dǎo)的作用，并肌注654-2，使膽管擴張，以助碎石排出。在結(jié)石碎片完全消失后，再服3個月熊或鵝去氧膽酸，以鞏固療效。如碎石治療3個月后，膽囊內(nèi)仍有5mm以上的結(jié)石碎片，可進行復(fù)震治療。

(7)每次大便要進行淘洗，觀察排石情況，最快的在碎石后1～2天排出，最遲的達(dá)3個月以上。

(8)定期作B超復(fù)查，每月1次，碎石后一個月開始，觀察排石效果。

從向總部的相關(guān)人員咨詢中我了解到，只有申請到了新生平臺賬號才能在新生平臺進行業(yè)務(wù)的使用。申請賬號時需要備其以下資料：商戶信息調(diào)查表完整填寫，營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本，稅務(wù)登記證，組織機構(gòu)代碼證，法人身份證（都需要復(fù)印件），同時要簽訂協(xié)議并上報公文，在協(xié)議中，要明確的是結(jié)算時間，這個主要跟客戶在使用平臺時付款的到賬時間有關(guān)，一般為T+1。了更好更快的推廣新生支付平臺，我通過以上的要求在1個半月的時間里為錦繡大地的5家公司開了新生平臺賬號。

③ 新生支付平臺的使用培訓(xùn)

在申請完新生支付平臺賬號后，我將幫助客戶進行賬號的注冊，登陸密碼和支付密碼啊的設(shè)定，之后就可以在使用了。一般的客戶主要在平臺上進行大額款項的往來、單比付款、批量付款。單筆付款主要是面向個人或者是一家公司，批量付款則是這個系統(tǒng)的一大優(yōu)點，在一張excel表里可以把所有付款信息填入里面，無論多少人，多少公司都可以，這時，需要在設(shè)置另一個操作員的賬號，由于批量付款涉及金融較大，數(shù)量較多，所有對系統(tǒng)會在批量付款時需要業(yè)務(wù)復(fù)核。在這半年里，這5家公司通過批量付款進行過工資發(fā)放，退付款的發(fā)放等等，而且他們每天都在新生平臺進行金額的代收代付業(yè)務(wù)。

④ 錦繡大地結(jié)算卡

我們在錦繡大地推廣新生系統(tǒng)的同時，為了給商戶們帶來更便利的金融服務(wù)，我們推出了錦繡大地結(jié)算卡，這是一張預(yù)付費卡，可記名可掛失。商戶們可以通過這張卡在錦繡大地的結(jié)算中心進行現(xiàn)金存取，存支票，轉(zhuǎn)賬等業(yè)務(wù)。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)把這張結(jié)算卡的主要功能給我們講解完后，在半個月的時間里，我們基本上把這張卡的功能全部了解了。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的要求下，我們分層給錦繡大地的管理員們進行培訓(xùn)，之后找到每層的大商戶，分層分批次的跟他們進行結(jié)算卡的推廣。我們以錦繡大地聯(lián)合農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場有限公司名，為其申請了新生平臺賬號，結(jié)算中心通過錦繡大地的新生平臺進行代收代付的業(yè)務(wù)。

感受與不足

自己在很多方面都有不足的地方，首先我認(rèn)為我對第三方支付的這個概念了解的不是很全面，而且對金融這方面的知識了解的不是很多，自己應(yīng)該在周末和休息時間多學(xué)一些金融方面的知識，多看一些金融方面的書籍。海航是一個競爭力很強的企業(yè)，如果不學(xué)習(xí)不總結(jié)經(jīng)驗早晚會被海航淘汰，在海航一定要多學(xué)習(xí)，多總結(jié)經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)，使自己不斷成長，這樣才能讓自己站得住腳。自己在工作中可能還是有些馬虎大意，這在以后工作中是一定不行的，自己所涉及的都是金額較大的工作，所以一定要認(rèn)真。
