本學(xué)期,我擔(dān)任六年級(jí)的英語教學(xué)工作。現(xiàn)對(duì)本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作做一總結(jié)。
一、學(xué)習(xí)課標(biāo),明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
為了使我的英語教學(xué)適應(yīng)新時(shí)期英語教學(xué)要求、樹立起新的育人理念,我抽休息時(shí)間對(duì)《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進(jìn)行了研讀,了解了此次英語課程改革的目的、掌握了此次英語改革的重點(diǎn)、明確了英語課程各級(jí)的總目標(biāo)和各內(nèi)容的分級(jí)目標(biāo)、理解了英語教學(xué)原則、學(xué)會(huì)了一些科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)原則等,從而為后面的教學(xué)提供了充分的依據(jù)、奠定了的扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)、保證了教學(xué)的順利進(jìn)行。
二、扎實(shí)備課,理清教學(xué)思路。
備課是課堂教學(xué)的重要環(huán)節(jié),我在備課時(shí)做到了以下幾點(diǎn):
1、課前備課,做到“有備而來”。我認(rèn)真閱讀各種教學(xué)參考書,既備教材、教法,又備學(xué)生。結(jié)合學(xué)生的實(shí)際和教材的內(nèi)容,既要考慮知識(shí)的縱向聯(lián)系,又要考慮新知的橫向銜接;既要突出重點(diǎn),又要突破難點(diǎn);既要體現(xiàn)出完整的教學(xué)過程,又要注意好各環(huán)節(jié)的過渡自然。
2、課中備課,靈活安排簡單易操作的游戲活動(dòng)。我通過游戲引入新課教學(xué)時(shí),為了不打消學(xué)生的積極性,我在實(shí)施教學(xué)的時(shí)候,總是盡量設(shè)計(jì)一些簡單易操作的游戲及活動(dòng),將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開,把枯燥乏味的課堂變?yōu)樯鷦?dòng)有趣“快樂堡”,讓他們?cè)诳鞓分袑W(xué)習(xí),在玩中獲得新知,通過反復(fù)的趣味操練(如:唱、演、玩、畫、涂色、做手工等形式)來鞏固所學(xué)新知。在活動(dòng)中學(xué)生們都樂于參與,充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生們的情感態(tài)度和興趣,學(xué)生的積極性得到了充分發(fā)揮,教學(xué)效果良好。
3、課后備課,總結(jié)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。每上完一單元,我都及時(shí)對(duì)該單元作出總結(jié)和反思,寫出教后感,肯定本節(jié)課成功的地方,探討該單元的不足之處,為以后的教學(xué)工作打下基礎(chǔ)。
三、認(rèn)真上課,體現(xiàn)以人為本。
1、巧設(shè)導(dǎo)入,培養(yǎng)興趣。每節(jié)的教學(xué)我首先通過做游戲、唱英語歌來激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,讓學(xué)生融洽在學(xué)習(xí)英語的氛圍內(nèi)。
2、圖文結(jié)合,掌握新知。根據(jù)教材“圖文并茂”的特點(diǎn),充分運(yùn)用單詞卡片、實(shí)物教具、簡筆畫及肢體語言來啟發(fā)學(xué)生,使學(xué)生帶著明確的任務(wù)目標(biāo),并借助圖片、動(dòng)作、表情等手段掌握其義,讓他們積極主動(dòng)參與學(xué)習(xí)獲取新知過程,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時(shí),我不厭其煩,耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)讀,力爭讓他們學(xué)了就懂,懂了會(huì)用,培養(yǎng)他們認(rèn)讀的能力。在學(xué)習(xí)新知的同時(shí),還適時(shí)對(duì)他們進(jìn)行思想教育。
3、游戲活動(dòng),鞏固新知。在完成了每節(jié)課的新授任務(wù)后,抓住學(xué)生爭強(qiáng)好勝的心理,通過師生互動(dòng)、生生互動(dòng)的游戲活動(dòng)將教學(xué)內(nèi)容層層鋪開;為了尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異,營造寬松的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,以簡單易操作的趣味性、多樣化游戲?yàn)橹鱽韺?shí)施教學(xué),讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行反復(fù)模仿、認(rèn)讀、玩演、視聽,從而給他們提供充分的活動(dòng)和交流機(jī)會(huì),讓學(xué)生在玩的過程中獲得新知,提高他們語言的運(yùn)用能力,培養(yǎng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
四、努力總結(jié)和發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時(shí)調(diào)整教學(xué)策略
在實(shí)際教學(xué)過程中,我還應(yīng)積極實(shí)踐,不斷探索,針對(duì)實(shí)際工作中出現(xiàn)的問題和學(xué)生身心特點(diǎn),總結(jié)規(guī)律,認(rèn)真思考,不斷摸索。
總之,要做好英語的“傳道、授業(yè)、解惑”,還要求教師繼續(xù)不斷的深入開發(fā)新的教學(xué)方法,深入鉆研教材,多讀書、多看報(bào)、多上網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí),利用一切可能的條件,不斷的充實(shí)自己、積累資料、研究教學(xué),才能讓英語的教學(xué)成績百尺竿頭,更進(jìn)一步。

三、各題質(zhì)量分析
第1題:考查相反數(shù)、絕對(duì)值、二次根式、等基本概念,主要是考查學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握的情況。屬于容易題。
第2題:考查科學(xué)計(jì)數(shù)法,這是近年中考中的必考題,考查的學(xué)科能力是數(shù)感。
第3題:考查三視圖。考查學(xué)生的空間觀念。由于是新教材新增加的內(nèi)容,所以也是近年來中考的必考題。
以上三個(gè)小題的得分率都在0.9以上,說明學(xué)生對(duì)這些知識(shí)點(diǎn)已經(jīng)掌握。
第4題:考查函數(shù)自變量的取值范圍,實(shí)際上也是根式有意義的條件。但大部分同學(xué)都選A,忽視了根號(hào)為0的情況。
第5題:考查統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)平均數(shù)、眾數(shù)的計(jì)算。
第6題:考查平行線的性質(zhì)。
以上兩小題得分率為0.9,學(xué)生掌握較好。
第7題:主要考查兩圓的位置關(guān)系,捎帶考查了一元二次方程的解。學(xué)生在掌握了兩圓的位置與半徑的關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,可以通過解方程求根,或利用根與系數(shù)的關(guān)系作出判斷。選錯(cuò)的學(xué)生估計(jì)是沒能掌握?qǐng)A的位置關(guān)系。因此,圓的相關(guān)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的復(fù)習(xí)鞏固應(yīng)引起教師的關(guān)注。
第8題:考查正方形的性質(zhì)、全等三角形的判定及勾股定理。考查學(xué)生的觀察能力和思維的靈活性。得分率為0.7,說明學(xué)生在靈活運(yùn)用方面的能力還須加強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練。
第9題:考查相反數(shù)的概念,得分率接近1,第10題:考查反比例函數(shù)定義的運(yùn)用及矩形的面積。本題得分率為0.5,說明學(xué)生對(duì)反比例函數(shù)的解析式的運(yùn)用未能達(dá)到達(dá)“靈活運(yùn)用”的層次。
第11題:考查三角形的中位線定理。僅一個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn),所以得分率較高,屬于容易題的范疇。
第12題:考查多邊形的內(nèi)、外角定理。本題得分率僅為0.5,出乎意料!一個(gè)簡單的公式套用題,竟然有一半的學(xué)生不通過,教師在后一階段的復(fù)習(xí)中,仍然不能忽視基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)及基本技能的鞏固與提高。
第13題:規(guī)律探索題,得分率為 0.5,暴露出學(xué)生在觀察、歸納能力方面的欠缺。
第14題:簡單的開放性題,考查學(xué)生對(duì)二次函數(shù)性質(zhì)的理解層次,所考查的知識(shí)要求不高,但有一定的靈活性,得分率僅為0.3,說明學(xué)生對(duì)二次函數(shù)性質(zhì)的函數(shù)的學(xué)習(xí),還停留在簡單的識(shí)記層面,沒有掌握概念的本質(zhì)屬性。
第15題:考查了菱形、等腰直角三角形、勾股定理、三角形的面積等知識(shí)點(diǎn),這是為提高區(qū)分度而設(shè)置的一個(gè)較小的障礙,其計(jì)算過程相對(duì)復(fù)雜,但思維能力要求不高。檢測結(jié)果與預(yù)期目的一致,多數(shù)學(xué)生難于解決,得分率為0.1。
第16題:分式的化簡及求值。這是初中數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的核心內(nèi)容,也是歷年中考的常規(guī)題型。0.46的得分率,暴露了我們?cè)诨A(chǔ)知識(shí)教學(xué)方面的差距。
第17題:考查平行四邊形的性質(zhì)、全等三角形的判定及性質(zhì)等知識(shí)點(diǎn)。得分率為0.59,存在的問題是部分學(xué)生找不到證題的思路,有的書寫不規(guī)范,對(duì)證明過程表達(dá)不清晰。說明中、下學(xué)習(xí)層次的學(xué)生在基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和簡單推理能力方面沒能達(dá)到基本的教學(xué)要求。
第18題:考查統(tǒng)計(jì)知識(shí)。學(xué)生做題中存在的問題是:①審題不認(rèn)真,②不能根據(jù)圓心角所占的比例準(zhǔn)確地求出其度數(shù),③計(jì)算失誤太多。說明我們學(xué)生的計(jì)算技能需要加強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練。
第19題:考查一次函數(shù)、反比例函數(shù)的相關(guān)知識(shí)。屬于中等難度的題。但得分率僅為0.39。學(xué)生做題中反應(yīng)出有三個(gè)概念沒弄清楚:①審題不認(rèn)真,不能很好地理解題意,錯(cuò)用已知條件,②計(jì)算錯(cuò)誤率高,由此可見,反映出部分學(xué)生對(duì)函數(shù)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的學(xué)習(xí),還處在似是而非的層面。函數(shù)是初中數(shù)學(xué)的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容之一,應(yīng)引起教師的高度重視。
第20題:考查概率的常見題,用列表法、樹狀圖都可以解答。雖然得分率為0.7,但沒有達(dá)到理想的期望。反映出來的問題是學(xué)生沒有認(rèn)真思考“無放回”的含義,仍然按常規(guī)的方法解決,暴露出了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)中的定勢思維。
第21題:分式方程的應(yīng)用題。得分率未0.51。學(xué)生解法多樣,但只有不到一半的學(xué)生能夠根據(jù)題目中的信息,列出簡潔的方程作答。由于分析的角度不同,對(duì)信息的理解和收集能力上的差異,增加了做題過程的復(fù)雜程度,給解題帶來了不必要的負(fù)擔(dān)。另,書寫過程也有待于進(jìn)一步規(guī)范。
第22題:三角函數(shù)的應(yīng)用題,考查學(xué)生應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)解決實(shí)際問題的能力,得分率為0.48。學(xué)生都有解答此類問題的思路和方法,問題多出在計(jì)算上;對(duì)實(shí)際生活中的一些常識(shí),學(xué)生未予思考,如最高應(yīng)建幾樓,就意味著樓的層數(shù)有一個(gè)范圍要求,所以,用數(shù)學(xué)式子表示時(shí),應(yīng)該是一個(gè)不等式而不是等式。這里,多數(shù)學(xué)生都沒有準(zhǔn)確說明。
第23題:閱讀理解題,也是格點(diǎn)問題。考查了點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)、對(duì)稱點(diǎn)、對(duì)稱圖形等知識(shí)點(diǎn)以及對(duì)對(duì)稱性質(zhì)的數(shù)學(xué)理解的能力、自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。得分率為0.26。本題較為新穎,有一定的綜合性,把常規(guī)的“求直線上一點(diǎn),使之到這條直線的同旁的兩點(diǎn)的距離之和最短”問題,置于坐標(biāo)系中,融入求兩條直線的交點(diǎn)問題,考查學(xué)生靈活運(yùn)用知識(shí)的能力。其中,第三小問也是為提高試卷區(qū)分度設(shè)置的第二個(gè)障礙。學(xué)生做題中反映出來的問題仍然是粗心,審題錯(cuò),或者計(jì)算錯(cuò),部分同學(xué)可以按題意作出對(duì)稱點(diǎn),但沒法求出交點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)。單一知識(shí)點(diǎn)的問題學(xué)生可以得心應(yīng)手地解決,但稍有綜合,便束手無策,這是我們教學(xué)中需要深入思考和關(guān)注的問題。
第24題:函數(shù)與幾何的綜合題。考查了圓的切線的性質(zhì),解直角三角形,直角三角形的性質(zhì),二次函數(shù)等知識(shí)點(diǎn),數(shù)形結(jié)合思想,方程思想,分類討論思想。
本題是為提高區(qū)分度設(shè)置的第三個(gè)障礙,也是為那些數(shù)學(xué)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生展現(xiàn)自己數(shù)學(xué)才華設(shè)置的,課程改革不僅要關(guān)注數(shù)學(xué)的大眾普及化,也要關(guān)注數(shù)學(xué)成績優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生。本題思考要有一定的深度,計(jì)算有一定的復(fù)雜程度,想靠單純的模仿是難以奏效的。有近一半的學(xué)生未作答。說明只有平時(shí)多思考,多積累,加深對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)的理解,才能提高解答新題的那能力。在解答的過程中,反映出來的錯(cuò)誤有:書寫不規(guī)范,不合理;不能根據(jù)題目中的信息選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)亩魏瘮?shù)解析式,導(dǎo)致計(jì)算的復(fù)雜和錯(cuò)誤。如果我們的學(xué)生能正確找到解題的途徑,卻因?yàn)橛?jì)算的失誤而不能正確解答,這是讓人十分惋惜的;而對(duì)于一點(diǎn)思路都沒有的學(xué)生,自然是不能很好地理解題意,并根據(jù)題意聯(lián)想所學(xué)的相關(guān)知識(shí)加以解決,缺乏用方程思想去解決幾何圖形中的未知量的自覺意識(shí)。
綜上所述,有兩大方面的問題應(yīng)引起老師們的關(guān)注;
1、基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、基本技能有待進(jìn)一步鞏固,即概念的理解與計(jì)算的技能。
2、綜合運(yùn)用知識(shí)分析問題,解決問題的能力差,反映在面對(duì)一個(gè)新的問題情境或稍微靈活的題目,就感到茫然。
四、復(fù)習(xí)建議
1、重視初中數(shù)學(xué)核心內(nèi)容的復(fù)習(xí),抓好基礎(chǔ)是根本。
注重基礎(chǔ)是中考試題永恒的立意,是歷年中考的重點(diǎn)。雄厚的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)是能力提升的載體,很難想象數(shù)學(xué)概念不清,運(yùn)算不準(zhǔn)的學(xué)生會(huì)有很強(qiáng)的數(shù)學(xué)能力。學(xué)生如果沒有扎實(shí)的數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ),靠臨時(shí)突擊或猜題、押題,都難以達(dá)到理想的成績。所以,要切實(shí)抓好“三基”數(shù)學(xué),復(fù)習(xí)以教材為主,其他材料為輔,充分挖掘材料中的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,重視分析典型例題、習(xí)題的解題思路是怎樣形成的,提供的方法可以用來解決哪些問題,重視這些題目的變式訓(xùn)練,并上升到思想方法的高度。因?yàn)榫C合題也常常是通過對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)教材中典型問題的深化與發(fā)展而形成的;要讓學(xué)生建構(gòu)有自己特色的認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu),重視各重點(diǎn)知識(shí)的連接點(diǎn)與交匯點(diǎn),這是命制綜合題、考查數(shù)學(xué)能力的目標(biāo)之一;要重視常規(guī)教學(xué),加強(qiáng)解題的規(guī)范訓(xùn)練,(特別是我們用的是答題卡,規(guī)范書寫格式等也是相當(dāng)重要的)做題速度的訓(xùn)練,學(xué)生平時(shí)的作業(yè)中,如果缺乏規(guī)范的、一解到底的、簡潔的表達(dá)訓(xùn)練,中考中自然暴露出來,所以要加強(qiáng)平時(shí)的常規(guī)訓(xùn)練,克服運(yùn)算能力低、懂而不會(huì),會(huì)而不對(duì),對(duì)而不快的弱點(diǎn),力爭使每個(gè)學(xué)生在數(shù)學(xué)上都得到發(fā)展。努力提高學(xué)生的運(yùn)算能力,思維能力,數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)能力。在最后的一個(gè)月里,要對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行專題講座和訓(xùn)練,近三年我省中考試題的各種題型,要讓學(xué)生熟練掌握,使他們?cè)谥锌贾心苡兴圃嘧R(shí)的感覺,從而可以減輕心理壓力,得以正常發(fā)揮。
2、加強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練,還需善于反思總結(jié)
一定量的訓(xùn)練,足夠數(shù)量的習(xí)題才能把數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)好,這是老師們都深知的。只有平時(shí)有針對(duì)性地加以訓(xùn)練,才能在中考中正常發(fā)揮。但這不等同于“題海戰(zhàn)術(shù)”,大量較少思考的訓(xùn)練,只能熟練,不能形成遷移,對(duì)能力的提高幫助不大。教學(xué)中我們發(fā)現(xiàn),部分學(xué)生對(duì)曾經(jīng)講過、考過的題,再次考查仍然無法解答,根本的原因還是缺少解題后的反思與總結(jié)。著名教授波利亞說過:“數(shù)學(xué)問題的解決僅僅只是一半,更重要的是解題之后的回顧。”所以,數(shù)學(xué)復(fù)習(xí)中既要注重概念、定理、法則等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的梳理,更要關(guān)注解題后的反思與總結(jié),領(lǐng)悟其中的思想方法,并通過不斷積累,逐漸納入自己已有的認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu),以期舉一反三,提高解題的能力。解題小結(jié)一般可考慮以下幾個(gè)問題:
(1)對(duì)所解題的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)理解清楚,以便形成遷移,考慮在解題過程中運(yùn)用了哪些基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能,哪些步驟易出錯(cuò),原因何在,如何防止?
(2)對(duì)解題方法的重新評(píng)價(jià),以期找出最優(yōu)解法,考慮解題中運(yùn)用了哪些思維方法,數(shù)學(xué)思想,想法是如何分析出來的,有無規(guī)律可循。有無他法?
(3)對(duì)題目的重要步驟進(jìn)行分析,以便抓住解題關(guān)鍵,考慮題目的難度何在,你是如何突破的,能否用別的方法導(dǎo)出這個(gè)結(jié)果,在比較哪種方法是本質(zhì)的、最好的,簡單的?
