一、概況

生產線布局是工廠布局的主要內容之一。根據企業的生產綱領，在已確定的生產線空間內，按照生產工藝的要求，在滿足各種生產線布局的原則以及生產線空間的限制，確定加工設備和物流設施在生產線中的位置，使生產線獲得最佳的運行效率和最低的運行成本。

1、U型線

適用范圍：品種多，批量少，生產工序相對明確，工藝相對單純之產品（產品大小無關緊要，U型線可以人動產品不動，也可以人不動產品動）

優點：（1）相對可以減少作業場地

（3）產品切換時間短，完全可以多到零切換

（4）生產計劃安排簡單，可以根據標準工時直接將任務安排到個人

缺點：（1）不便于大批量生產

（2）人員技能要求非常高，培養周期長

（3）工具設備投入高（每人都需要一套完整的生產設備及工具）

（4）要有良好的物料支撐及物料配送體系（同樣需要很好的物料配送人員）

（5）生產布局規劃及工藝節點設計要求高

2、直線型

適用范圍：無論小批量多品種還是少品種大批量幾乎所有類型產品都能適用

優點：（1）能批量化規模化生產，生產效率高

（2）物流流向單一，工序物料單一，物料配送及管理簡單

（3）工序分工明確，人員技能熟練度提升快，并且可以通過輪崗制培養多能工

（4）工具設備投入少，一條線使用一套生產設備及工具

缺點：（1）產品切換時間長

（2）生產線平衡率低

（3）物料配送難道大

（4）生產質量問題會導致批量返工

（5）人員管理難度大，工序分工明確，一個蘿卜一個坑

四、總結

U型和直線型兩種布局（Layout）有各自的優缺點，不同生產條件適用不同的布局方式。

通常來講選用哪一種Layout，可從以下幾點考慮：

1）首先要了解所需要生產產品及客戶需求量（是多品種小批量還是少品種大批 量）

2）計算出這條線的人力配置（員工數量是否有限制），確定人流、物料路線信息（是否有空間上的限制）

3）物料的大小和上料的規則（考慮布局空間是否有限制）4）操作工是否能做到一人多用（多能工）5）空間的利用率
