英語小故事演講比賽總結

為了豐富校園文化生活，進一步激發學生的英語學習熱情，給學生搭建一個展示英語風采的平臺，營造生動活潑的校園英語氛圍，我科組于9月29日成功舉行了七至九年級學生的英語故事演講比賽活動。

經過班級海選，本次比賽共選出18位學生參加。選手們按抽簽順序逐個上臺，嫻熟地為評委和觀眾展示自己精心準備的英語故事。他們演講的故事豐富多彩，有寓言故事、有童話故事，有現成故事的改編，也有生活體驗的創作，給人以耳目一新之感。參賽選手流暢的語言，豐富的表情，自然的舞臺風格，博得了評委和觀眾們陣陣熱烈的掌聲。經過激烈的角逐，本次比賽共評出了一等獎二名，二等獎三名，三等獎四名，優秀獎九名。

此次比賽，為英語優等生提供了鍛煉和展示的舞臺，也充分展現了我校學子的英語風采，并由此發掘了一批有潛力的學生。同學們在活動中提高了學習英語的興趣，增強了自信心，促進了英語口語水平的提高。我們的英語故事演講比賽雖已落下帷幕，但學生學習英語的熱情不會結束。今后我們還將繼續開展形式多樣的英語活動，為學生的成長和發展搭建更廣闊的舞臺，全面提高學生的綜合語言運用能力。

《用英語講好中國故事》比賽活動發言

尊敬的各位來賓、同學們：大家下午好！

首先我代表金柳林外國語學校的全體教職員工和同學們對各位的到來表示誠摯的歡迎。

感謝組委會把的啟動儀式放到金柳林學校，必將促進我校的各項工作。

我想借此機會給所有參賽的同學們講幾句話：

這個活動是一個非常難得的展示機會，是我們學習英語的好機會，是我們獲得文化自信的機會，是讓世界了解中國的機會，更是讓中國融入世界爭取發展的機會。同學們要珍惜機會，勇敢的展示自己。

金柳林秉承“東西并融、明德啟智”的教育理念，致力于學科建設和核心素養“雙一流”的高標準定位，作為北京外國語大學國際教育集團的實驗學校，金柳林的同學們更應該把握機會，把日常所學在舞臺上自信的展示。更重要的是通過這個活動深入了解我們自己的文化，深入了解我們身邊發生的事，通過了解要明白自己的責任，明白國家振興需要我們每一個人的努力，需要我們努力的讀書，需要在更大的舞臺去傳播中國的正能量！

作為北外國際實驗學校，我們的課程體系建設不僅在英語學科上非常收益，北外國際教育集團的國際化教育理念和優質教育資源的借鑒、吸收、落地的思路深深的影響著我們，使得我們在其他學科建設上也深深收益。比如我們的數學學科建設，我們學校小學國際班學生的新加坡數學課已經是全英文授課了，我們還為不同程度的學生附加了澳大利亞的思維挑戰賽、張景中院士的教育數學項目，在幼兒園把德國的邏輯狗教具作為基本的訓練課程，就是要給在金柳林外國語學校的學生從幼兒園開始一個非常清晰的的思維發展路線圖，讓所有的孩子喜歡數學、讓有數學天才的學生有無限的發展可能。

相信通過此次大賽更能夠激發同學們的學習英語的熱情，更能夠深入了解中國文化的內涵。中國文化源遠流長、博大精深；中國文化屬于中國，也屬于世界，用英語演繹璀璨的中國文化，展現英語應用水平的同時，傳承中國文化，展現文化自信。

同學們我們不僅要用英語講中國故事，更要用英語講好中國故事。

范雨馨代表甲，姚一凡代表乙（甲：尊敬的老師，乙：親愛的同學們，齊：大家下午好！）

甲：在我們漫漫人生路上，什么不可丟棄？ 乙：當我們遇到艱難困苦時，什么永留身邊？ 甲：它就在我們身邊離我們那么近。乙：它雖在我們身邊可離我們又那么遠。

甲：它是我們遠行方向上的燈塔，指引我們前進的方向。乙：它是我們人生道路上的摯友，伴隨著我們前進。

甲：它就是清正廉潔，五（2）班“廉潔小故事比賽”主題班會活動現在開始！

乙：清政廉潔既是一個人的立身之本，也是一個集體、一個民族、一個國家的生存之基。清政廉潔的人，才能心智清明，擇善而從。這些內容都跟我們息息相關。

甲：今天我們就來舉行一場“廉潔小故事比賽”。參加比賽的同學有六位。選手講故事的時間不得超過4分鐘，不少于3分鐘，違者扣分。如果故事能背下來，則加分。其他同學都是評委，給這六位選手投票，每位同學可以投兩次票，但自己小組的選手只能投一次，我們會根據投票結果分出一二三等獎。大家都準備好了嗎？比賽開始！

乙：我們小學生要講廉潔，其實，在古時就有許多先人為我們做了好榜樣。《憶江南》這首詩大家都聽過吧，這首詩的作者就是大名鼎鼎的白居易，但他也做過官，想知道白居易的故事嗎？請聽由1號選手李炫陽為我們帶來的《白居易怒打行賄人》。請2號選手周宇翔做好準備。

甲：謝謝1號選手李炫陽。我們學過一篇課文《談禮貌》，課文中通過介紹周總理講禮貌等故事來說明了作者的觀點。周恩來曾經是我國國務院總理，他也是中國無產階級革命家、政治家、軍事家、外交家，中國共產黨和中華人民共和國的主要領導人，中國人民解放軍主要創建人和領導人，他在國際上也享有很高威望。接下來請聽2號選手周宇翔為我們帶來的《周恩來從政廉潔小故事》。并請3號選手袁逸飛做準備。（鼓掌）

乙：謝謝2號選手周宇翔。大家知道海瑞嗎，他從小就有遠大的志向，立志日后如果做官，就要做一個不謀取私利，不諂媚權貴，剛直不阿的好官。請聽3號選手袁逸飛為我們帶來的故事《廉潔的海瑞》。請4號選手陸清做好準備。

甲：謝謝3號選手袁逸飛。大家還記得《孔繁森》這篇課文嗎？這篇課文介紹了孔繁森主動獻血的故事。請聽4號選手陸清為我們帶來的《孔繁森廉潔小故事》，并請5號選手陶馨逸做好準備。

乙：謝謝4號選手陸清。大家知道盧懷慎嗎？他官居宰相，但為官廉潔、舉賢薦能，正直敢言，并為后人所尊。請聽5號選手陶馨逸為我們帶來的《唐朝宰相盧懷慎》，并請6號選手王駿暉做好準備。

乙：謝謝5號選手陶馨逸。在一年級時，我們學過一篇課文《陳毅探母》，講述的是十大元帥陳毅探望母親的故事。下面請聽6號選手王駿暉為我們帶來的《陳毅的“禮品”》。乙：謝謝6號選手王駿暉。這些官員并沒有因為自己是官，而貪贓枉法，反而廉潔自律，讓人佩服！我相信在座的同學們肯定也和我們有同樣的感受。

甲：我們的祖國是一個有著悠久歷史、燦爛文明的大國。在5000年的歷史長河中，中華文化哺育著中華兒女。中華民族是一個誠實守信、勤儉節約、正直無私、自律自強的民族。清政廉潔是中華民族自古以來推崇的一種人格境界。清政廉潔是一種個人修養，也是一種道德行為。只有遵紀守法、不貪婪，才能善待父母，善待朋友。雖然這是一場比賽，但廉潔的作風將會陪伴我們一生。

第四篇：英語口語比賽小故事

The Fox and the Goat（狐貍和山羊）

One day a fox fell into a well.一天，一只狐貍失足掉到了井里。He tried to get out of it, but he couldn’t.不論他如何掙扎仍沒法爬上來。Just then a goat came to the well.就在當時，一只山羊來到井邊。She wanted to drink some water.她想喝水。

She looked down into the well and saw a fox there.她往井里看發現狐貍在井里。The goat said to the fox, “Is the water good?”

便問狐貍：“井水好不好喝？” “Yes, the water is good,” said the fox.狐貍說：“是的，井里的水很好喝。”

The goat jumped into the well and drank much water as she liked.山羊便不假思索地跳了下去，咕咚咕咚痛飲。After a while the goat said to the fox, “How can we get out of this well?” 一會兒之后，山羊問狐貍：“我們怎么從井里出去？”

The fox said, “Well!Put your feet on the wall.狐貍說：“你用前腳扒在井墻上。Then I jump up from your back.我從你后背跳上井去，After that I will help you out.”

再拉你上來，我們就都得救了。“Oh, it’s a fine idea,” said the goat.“嗯，真的是個好辦法。”山羊說。

And the fox got upon her back and jumped out of the well.狐貍跳到他的背上，再用力一跳，跳出了井口。“Now help me out, please!” said the goat.“現在請把我救出去吧！”山羊說。

“Why didn’t you think of how to get out, before you jumped in?” The fox said,then ran away.“為什么你在跳進井里之前沒有想著如何上來呢？”狐貍說完就跑開了。

The story tell us: Think twice before your action.這個故事告訴我們：三思而后行。Look at the Sky from the Bottom of a Well 坐井觀天

There is a frog.有一只青蛙住在井底，He lives in a well and he never goes out of the well.他從來沒有去過井外面。He thinks the sky is as big as the mouth of the well.他以為天空就和井口一樣大。One day a crow comes to the well.一天，一只烏鴉飛到井邊，He sees the frog and says, “Frog, let’s have a talk.”

看見青蛙，就對它說：“青蛙，咱們聊聊吧。” Then the frog asks, “Where are you from?”

青蛙就問他：“你從哪里來？” “I fly from the sky,” the crow says.“我從天上上來。” The frog feels surprised and says，青蛙驚訝了，就說：

“The sky is only as big as the mouth of the well.“天空就只有這井口這么大，How do you fly from the sky?”

你怎么會從天上飛老呢？” The crow says, “The sky is very big.烏鴉說：“天空很大。

You always stay in the well, so you don’t know the world is big.” 只不過你一直呆在井里，所有不知道世界很大。” The frog says, “I don’t believe.”

青蛙說：“我不相信。”

But the crow says, “You can come out and have a look by yourself.” 烏鴉說：“你可以出來，自己看看嘛。” So the frog comes out from the well.于是青蛙來到井外。

He is very surprised.How big the world is!他十分驚訝，原來世界這么大！

Later, people use it to describe the ones who have a very narrow view.后來，人們就用“坐井觀天”來比喻一個人的思想狹隘。

The wolf and the lamb(狼和小羊)Once upon a time a wolf was lapping at a stream.從前，一只狼在溪流喝水，When he looked up, he saw a lamb drinking a little lower down.看到一只小羊在下游喝水。“There”s my supper,“ he thought.那是我的晚餐，”狼想，”I will find some excuse to catch it.“ “我要找一個借口吃掉他。”

Then he called out to the lamb, ”How dare you muddle the water?“于是，他惡狠狠地對小羊說：“你怎么敢攪渾濁了我的水？”

”No, master,“ said the lamb.”我沒有，先生，”小羊回答說，I cannot muddle your water because it runs down from you to me.“ “我在下游喝水，怎么能攪渾濁你喝的水呢？” ”Well, then,“ said the wolf.“那么，”狼見此計不成，又說道，”Why did you call me bad names this time last year?“

“你去年的今天為什么說我的壞話？”

”It was impossible,“ said the lamb.“不可能，”小羊說，”I am only six months old.“

“我現在才只有六個月大。” ”I don“t care,” shouted the wolf.“我不管，”狼說，“If it was not you, it must be your father.”

After that he rushed at the poor little lamb and ate it up.說完，他就沖向小山羊，把他吃掉了。

This story tells us: A bad man always has excuse when he wants to do bad thing.寓意: 當一個壞人想為自己所做的壞事尋找借口時，他不會在乎這個借口是否恰當。

Belling the cat 老鼠開會

Long ago, there was a big cat in the house.從前，一所房子里面有一只大貓，He caught many mice while they were stealing food.他抓住了很多偷東西的老鼠。

One day the mice had a meeting to talk about the way to deal with their common enemy.一天，老鼠在一起開會商量如何對付他們共同的敵人。

Some said this, and some said that.會上大家各有各的主張

At last a young mouse said that he had a good idea.最后，一只小老鼠站出來說他有一個好主意。“We could tie a bell around the neck of the cat.我們可以在貓的脖子上綁一個鈴鐺，Then when he comes near, 那么如果他來到附近，we can hear the sound of the bell, and run away.” 我們聽到鈴聲就可以馬上逃跑。” Everyone was agree with that idea, 大家都贊同這個建議，but an old wise mouse said, 這時一只聰明的老耗子站出來說：

“That is a good idea, but who will tie the bell to the cat?” “這的確是個絕妙的主意，但是誰來給貓的脖子上綁鈴鐺呢?”

The mice looked at each other, but nobody spoke.老鼠們面面相覷，誰也沒有說話。

The story tell us:Easier said than done.寓意: 有些事情說起來容易，做起來卻很難。

The fox and the grapes

One hot summer day a fox was walking through an orchard.He stopped before a bunch of 4 grapes.They were ripe and juicy.“I’m just feeling thirsty,” he thought.So he backed up a few paces, got a running start, jumped up, but could not reach the grapes.He walked back.One, two, three, he jumped up again, but still, he missed the grapes.The fox tried again and again, but never succeeded.At last he decided to give it up.He walked away with his nose in the air, and said“I am sure they are sour.”

●一個炎熱的夏日，狐貍走過一個果園，他停在一大串熟透而多汁的葡萄前。

●狐貍想：“我正口渴呢。”于是他后退了幾步，向前一沖，跳起來，卻無法夠到葡萄。

●狐貍后退又試。一次，兩次，三次，但是都沒有得到葡萄。

●狐貍試了一次又一次，都沒有成功。最后，他決定放棄，他昂起頭,邊走邊說：“葡萄還沒有成熟，我敢肯定它是酸的。”

寓意: 在經歷了許多嘗試而不能獲得成功的時候，有些人往往故意輕視成功，以此來尋求心理安慰。

Three Good Friends

One day, a monkey rides his bike near the river.This time he sees a lion under a tree.The lion runs at him.He is afraid and falls into the river.He can’t swim.He shouts.The rabbit hears him.He jumps into the river.The rabbit swims to the monkey, but he can’t help him.Luckily, an elephant comes along.He is very strong.He helps the rabbit and monkey.Three friends are very happy.They go to the elephant’s home.Then, three of them become good friends.三個好朋友

一天，一只猴子在河邊騎車。這時他看見樹下有一只獅子，獅子向他跑來。他非常的害怕，掉進河里。他不會游泳，大叫起來。兔子聽見了，跳進水里，但他卻沒有辦法救猴子。幸運的是，一只大象過來了。大象非常強壯，救出了兔子和猴子。他們來到大象的家，在那里吃了一頓大餐。從此他們成了好朋友。

These are some crazy and weird superstitions.Feel free to add some more, I know there are so many of them in this world。第一條：數字“13” 01 The number 13.這只是個數字。但是，每逢13號的禮拜五，人們普遍都會焦慮。很多機場沒有13號登機口(好吧，你們真的以為12A登機口的乘客們不會發覺嗎？)很多賓館也沒有13樓。It’s just a number.Yet, people tweak on Friday the 13th.Many airports don’t have a gate #13.(Like the folks at 12A won’t figure it out。)Many hotels don’t have a floor #13.人們告訴我，這個關于數字13的迷信來自叛徒猶大。他是那個壞信徒，是那個在“最后的晚餐”中第13個坐下的人。我覺得與其迷信13，不如迷信“壞信徒會帶來厄運”，這樣更理智些。

I was always told that the superstition is based on the idea that Judas, the bad disciple, was the 13th man to sit down to the table at The Last Supper.I think a more rational superstition would be to fear bad disciples。

第二條：在窗邊掛一只橡果可以防止被閃電擊中。02 An acorn at the window will keep lightning out。唔…真是神奇的橡果啊。That is some acorn.第三條：在新球棒上吐口口水，可以保持好運。

03 Spit on a new bat before using it for the first time to make it lucky.好惡心，好惡心，好惡心！在09年春，由于害怕豬流感的傳播，全美的高中禁止運動員們在賽后握手。我很肯定他們也同樣禁止了往球棒上吐口水這事兒。

Gross.Gross.Gross.In the spring of 2009, in fear of the Swine Flu, high schools all over the country forbade their athletes from shaking hands after the game.Pretty sure “not spitting on the bat” was implied.此外，從基本物理學的角度來講，一個被口水潤滑過的球棒的摩擦力更小，因此擊球打滑的幾率更大了…好吧，我真是精神病人思維廣啊。

And speaking in terms of basic physics, having a lubricated bat makes for less friction, and therefore, slippery balls … okay, now I’m just out of control.第四條：為了寫這篇文章，我得先去拿個蝴蝶研究的博士學位： 04 In order to write this article, I had to get a Ph.D.in butterflies… 蝴蝶出現得比以往早，預示著天氣不錯。

The early appearance of butterflies indicates fair weather.如果第一只蝴蝶是黃色的，那會是晴天。If the first butterfly is yellow, it will be sunny weather.如果第一只蝴蝶是白色的，那會是雨天。If the first butterfly is white, it will be rainy summer。如果第一只蝴蝶是白色的，會有人去世。If the first butterfly is white, someone will die。如果第一只蝴蝶是紅色的，你會很健康。If the first butterfly is red, you will be healthy。

如果飛來了一只白蝴蝶，預示著夏天來了。If a white butterfly comes, summer follows.如果一只白蝴蝶從西南方向飛來，那就要下雨了。If a white butterfly flies from the southwest, expect rain。如果蝴蝶在圍欄或樹枝的下方飛舞，預示著快下雨了。

If butterflies are found hanging from the underside of rails or branches, it’s going to rain。如果發現它們在小樹枝上方，說明不會下雨。If they are on the top of small branches, it will not rain。

如果第一只蝴蝶是深色的，雷雨很快要來了。If the first butterfly is dark, it means thunderstorms。如果第一只蝴蝶是黃色的，有人快生孩子了。

如果你在夜晚見到蝴蝶，便將會死去。If you see a butterfly at night, you will die。呼，寫完了！很“通俗易懂”吧，嗯？ There!Simple, right? 第五條：如果船上有貓，預示著會有好運。05 A cat onboard a ship is considered to bring luck。

我曾經在船上住過。貓絕對是個累贅。船上的角角落落都是它藏身、大小便的地方；甚至連機械裝置都被破壞成了一片片的。有誰會愿意負責清理那些垃圾桶？垃圾桶可不是什么吉祥玩意兒。

I used to live on a ship.A cat would have been a real drag.All of those spaces to hide in, poop in, pee in? All of that machinery to get torn to pieces in? And who exactly would have been in charge of cleaning the litter boxes? Litter boxes are never lucky。第六條：如果三個人一起拍照，中間的那個會最先死掉。

06 If three people are photographed together, the one in the middle will die first。我不知道它是真是假，但這條讓我毛骨悚然。

I can’t rationalize it, but this one just gives me the shivers。

第七條：經過墓地的時候，如果你把雙手插在兜里，便能保護你的父母。

07 If you stick your hands in your pocket while walking past a graveyard, it will protect your parents。
