一、教學內容:my new neighbor
二、教學分析:一般過去時在學生初中階段學習不是很難理解的時態,但是卻是學生容易出錯的時態,因為單單從理解時態概念的角度是不難的,但是涉及到動詞時態,動詞過去式就大大加大了出錯的幾率。如何正確運用過去式顯得尤為重要。在教學一般過去時中要處理好傳授知識與培養能力的關系,注意培養學生的獨立性和自主性,引導學生質疑、調查、探究,使每個學習成為在教師指導正確、自然、準確運用一般過去式。
教學重點:一般過去時的句式結構特點。
教學難點:根據實際情況正確使用一般過去時談論過去發生的事。
三、學情簡析:
一般現在時是學習一般過去時的基礎,學生學過一般現在時,印象深刻,偶爾也會見到一般過去時的句型,因而已有足夠的知識準備。學生已經具備了一定的觀察,分析和解決問題的能力,所以,本節課應把學生分成小組,多為學生創造自主自習,給學生提供合作探究的機會.改變過于強調接受學習、死記硬背、機械練習的現象,倡導學生主動參與,樂于探究,勤于動手,培養學生搜集和處理信息的能力、獲取新知識的能力及交流、合作的能力。
四、教學目標:
1、知識目標: 掌握動詞過去式的構成,掌握一般過去時句式的應用,根據情境正確使用一般過去時談論過去的事件。
2、能力目標: 用歸納法得出動詞過去式的構成規律和一般過去時的句式特點,發展學生的歸納能力、推理能力和應用能力。
3、情感態度和價值觀目標: 通過情境教學,激發學生的學習情感,激發學生愛祖國主義熱情。

環節一:
1、展示下列兩組句子,讓學生對比發現他們的不同點。

(設計意圖:這一環節的設計主要對短文中的be動詞的過去式變化了解并掌握,特別是一般現在時和一般過去式的區別有深刻的印象。)

任務一,掌握規則和不規則動詞過去式的構成規律
(一)學生討論預習遇到的問題,老師給予點拔,分小組討論,引導學生觀察和分析,歸納出規則動詞的過去式構成。
1、一般加ed;
2、以e結尾的加d;
3、以輔音字母加y結尾的改y為i加ed;
4、以輔元輔結尾的重讀閉音節,雙寫末尾的輔音字母加ed。
(二)不規則動詞的過去式需要用心去記,但請同學們從元音字母和輔音字母的變化上進行觀察比較,找出其一些變化規律:
1、沒有變化,如 : put-cut
2、改變元音的,如 : dig-dug
3、元音和輔音都有改變的,如 : bring-brought
(設計意圖:這一部分的設計主要是對動詞變過去式的變化規則進行歸納總結,讓學生學會觀察問題,找出規律,加深印象,從而順利掌握動詞過去式的變化規則。)
環節三:detailed-reading
1、Read the passage carefully and answer the questions:
When did this story happen? Last weekend.(拓展與一般過去時常用的時間狀語:yesterday,last …,…ago, just now 等)
What did the neighbor look like?
What did lucy see about her neighbor?
How did they become friends?
通過回答后面三個問題,讓學生能夠基本復述這篇故事。
2、What did you learn from Lucy?
If you want others to be nice, be nice to them.任務二:掌握含有行為動詞一般過去時的三種句式。
學生寫出含有行為動詞的一般過去時的肯定句、否定句和一般疑問句,并進行肯定和否定回答,比較歸納出一般過去時的三種句式。
1、肯定句:主語+動詞的過去時+……
2、否定句:主語+didn’t +動詞原形+……
3、一般疑問句:Did +主語+動詞原形+……?
任務三:掌握動詞to be 的一般過去時的三種句式
(一)學生找出書中含動詞to be 的一般過去時的肯定句、否定句、疑問句及其肯定、否定回答形式,觀察分析并歸納出動詞 to be的一般過去時的三種句式。
1、肯定句:主語+ was /were+……
2、否定句:主語+was not /wasn’t +……
3、一般疑問句:was /were+主語+……?
(二)老師巡視幫助釋疑并校對答案,學生分角色閱讀并表演對話。
任務四:Practice 1 Circle a story
Make up a story, each student adds one or two sentences after” last weekend, a funny story happened to me.……”
Practice 2畫一個表格
畫一表格,反映出已學過的一般現在時,現在進行時,一般將來時和一般過去時與時間的關系,讓學生分別用四種時態敘述在不同的時間發生的事,激發學生的學習熱情。
(設計意圖:這一環節的設計主要對短文中的動詞的過去式句子和內容了解并掌握,特別是一般過去式的否定句、疑問句和特殊疑問句的變化規則深深掌握。)
環節四:鞏固性練習

教學反思:
本節課面向全體同學,教師是引導者、組織者,學生是活動的主體,創設情境,進行找不同,總結區別,發現規律,又通過多種形式的訓練,即培養了孩子們觀察總結事物的能力,也提高了他們的口語表達能力,為學生提供了實際運用英語的機會,同時,由于全班同學的英語水平參差不齊,所以采用分層遞進的教學方法,多給那些接受相對慢的學生回答問題的機會,出現錯誤及時糾正,回答正確給予及時的肯定和鼓勵,使每一個孩子都能樹立起學習英語的信心。

一般過去時
1.一般過去時(simple past tense)表示過去某個時間里發生的動作或存在的狀態,常和表示過去的時間狀語連用,如:yesterday,last night,in 1990,two days ago等。
2.一般過去時也表示過去經常或反復發生的動作,常和often,always等表式頻率的時間狀語連用。3.過去習慣性、經常性的動作、行為;過去主語所具備的能力和性格。
如:What did you do yesterday? 昨天你干了什么?I met Lin Tao this morning.今天上午我會到了林濤。I was there a moment ago.剛才我在那兒 動詞過去式規則變化:
1.直接加ed:work—— worked look——looked play——played,2.以不發音e結尾的單詞,直接加d:live ——lived hope——hoped use——used, 3 以輔音字母+y結尾的,變y為i加ed:study—— studied carry——carried worry——worried, 4以元音字母+y結尾的,直接加ed:enjoy ——enjoyed play——played 以重讀閉音節結尾的,雙寫最后的輔音字母+ed:stop—— stopped plan——planned 口訣
一般過去時并不難,過去動作、狀態記心間。動詞要用過去式,時間狀語句末站。
否定句很簡單,didn't 站在動原前,其它部分不要變。一般疑問句也好變,did放在句子前,主語、動原、其它部分依次站。特殊疑問句也簡單,疑問詞加一般疑問句記心間。
最后一條請注意,動詞過去式要牢記!
過去時的一般形態
1. Be 動詞的一般過去時態.在沒有實義動詞的句子中使用be動詞,am is 的過去式為was;are的過去式為were.構成:肯定句:主語+was(were)+表語 如:I was late yesterday.(昨天我遲到了。)
否定句:主語+was(were)+not+表語 如:We weren't late yesterday.(我們昨天沒遲到)【注意】:當句中含有系動詞was,were時,可直接在其后加not構成否定句。如:I was on the Internet when you called me.當你打電話給我時,我在上網。→ :I was not/wasn't on the Internet when you called me.當你打電話給我時,我不在上網。
疑問句:Was(Were)+主語+表語 如:Were you ill yesterday?(你昨天病了嗎?)
肯定回答:Yes,I was.(是的,我病了。)否定句:No,I wasn't.(不,我沒病。)
特殊疑問句:特殊疑問詞+was(were)+主語+表語
如:When were you born? 你是什么時候出生的?
2. 實義動詞的一般過去時態
肯定句要使用動詞的過去式,否定句和疑問句要使用助動詞do和 does 的過去式 did.肯定句為:主語+動詞過去式+賓語 如:I went home at nine o'clock yesterday.(我昨天九點鐘回的家。)否定句:主語+didn't +動詞原形+賓語 如:I didn't go home yesterday.(我昨天沒回家。)疑問句:Did +主語+動詞原形+賓語 如:Did you go home yesterday?(你昨天回家了嗎?)肯定回答:Yes,I did.(是的,我回了。)否定回答:No,I didn't.(不,我沒回家。)
3. 助動詞和情態動詞過去式如下:
shall―should(將要)用于第一人稱單數 will―would(將要)用于所有人稱
can—could(能,會)may―might(可以)must―must(必須)have to―had to(不得不)
助動詞和情態動詞的過去時態要使用他們的過去式,后面的動詞還使用原形。

一、概念
表示在的過去某個時間里所發生的動作或存在的狀態。通常在句子里找到表示過去時間的詞或詞組。如:yesterday,yesterday morning,yesterday afternoon,yesterday evening,the day before yesterday(前天),last night,last week,last month,last year,a moment ago(剛才),just now(剛才),two days ago,a week ago,in 1990等。如: I went to bed at eleven last night.昨晚我11:00睡覺。

四、動詞過去式的構成規律(一)規則動詞的過去式
1.一般情況下,在動詞原形后面加-ed;
look→looked play→played start→started visit→visited 2.以不發音e結尾的動詞,在詞尾直接加-d; live→lived use→used 3.以“輔音字母+ y”結尾的動詞,先將 y 改為i ,再加 –ed; study→studied, try→tried

(一)一般過去時的一般疑問句

(二)一般過去時的否定句
1.在表示過去存在的狀態的句子中,相接在was, were的后面加上not。如:(1)He was in the park the day before yesterday.→He was not in the park the day before yesterday.(2)We were busy last week.→We were not busy last week.2.在表示過去的時間發生的動作的句子中,要在行為動詞的前面加助動詞didn’t.然后把過去式的行為動詞改為動詞原形。即:didn’t + 動詞原形。如:(1)She played the violin last night.→She didn’t play the violin last night.(2)They swam in the lake yesterday.→They didn’t swim in the lake yesterday.(三)、一般過去式的特殊疑問句

一般過去時表示過去某個時間里發生的動作或狀態;過去習慣性、經常性的動作、行為;過去主語所具備的能力和性格。
基本結構:
① 主語+謂語(動詞過去式)+句子其他成分;
