1、參加華為公司宣講會(huì),會(huì)后投遞個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷;
2、參加行政職能考試、專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)考試; 行政職能:考察你的IQ與EQ
(1)5分鐘答漢字編碼(20題);
(2)25分鐘找圖形規(guī)律、邏輯推理、數(shù)字序列變化規(guī)律、學(xué)生常理(30題);
(3)50分鐘的情商和智商測(cè)試(100題); 專業(yè)基礎(chǔ):考察你的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)
(1)通信原理;
(2)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò);
(3)計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò);
(4)模擬電子,數(shù)字電路;
(5)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和操作系統(tǒng);
3、參加第1輪面試;(驗(yàn)證四、六級(jí)證書,主要是1對(duì)1的聊天形式,涉及個(gè)人基本情況介紹、專業(yè)介紹、個(gè)人經(jīng)歷、家庭、導(dǎo)師情況、所學(xué)專業(yè)課程的基本內(nèi)容和技術(shù))
4、參加第2輪面試;(集體面試:10人一大組,即2個(gè)5人小組,先各自小組成員自我介紹1分鐘,后其中一名小組成員將本小組成員介紹給大家,再考你對(duì)另一小組的哪位成員影響最深刻。分別完成一個(gè)任務(wù),如:10位科學(xué)家排序、10位人群逃往順序等),這一關(guān)屬直接PK型,淘汰最多。
5、人事主管面試; 這一關(guān)比較會(huì)問一些有深入的問題,你可別看他總是對(duì)你笑嘻嘻,但他所問的問題都很有目的性。主要考察你的表達(dá)能力、思維方式、人生觀、性格等。當(dāng)然,其實(shí)這一關(guān)也是比較容易過的。只要你 口才不是太差,腦子還可以轉(zhuǎn)幾下,肯定沒問題。通過后會(huì)添一張意向表。
6、部門主管面試;聽說他們都很深沉地問你一些專業(yè)、技術(shù)方面的問題,還會(huì)要求用英語(yǔ)回答,由于本人在前一關(guān)就咔嚓了,所以沒有嘗試過,在這里就不多些了,希望有相關(guān)面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)的勇士前來(lái)交流闖關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

問題七:How much do you know about our company?(你對(duì)本公司了解多少?)其實(shí),這個(gè)問題跟問題六有點(diǎn)像,旨在測(cè)試你對(duì)公司的了解程度,看看你在面試前的功課是否有做足,如果你在兩手空空、毫無(wú)準(zhǔn)備的情況之下去面試,對(duì)該 公司與職務(wù)一無(wú)所知,當(dāng)然被錄取的機(jī)率就會(huì)相對(duì)變低。在去面試前,有一些功課一定要準(zhǔn)備充分:第一,產(chǎn)業(yè)趨勢(shì)與該公司在產(chǎn)業(yè)中的定位,與該公司的基本背景 與發(fā)展;第二,應(yīng)征職務(wù)的內(nèi)容,以及該公司未來(lái)成長(zhǎng)的方向。如果你想應(yīng)征計(jì)算機(jī)零件物流方面的工作,你可以回答:Ive read the annual reports of your company of the past three years,and Ihave come to realize that your company enjoys leadership in domestic distribution of computer parts.我閱讀了貴公司過去三年的年報(bào),我知道貴公司是國(guó)內(nèi)計(jì)算機(jī)零件的物流龍頭。I believe that my management experience will be an asset to your company.我相信,我的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)貴公司會(huì)是項(xiàng)資產(chǎn)。
面試小技巧Here are good answers to some of the tougher questions asked in job interviews.If you can smoothly supply answers like these during the interview,you are bound to make agood impression.1.What is important to you in ajob?Mention specific rewards other than apaycheck for example,challenge,the feeling of accomplishment,and knowing that you have made acontribution.2.Why do you want to work for this organization?Cite its reputation,the opportunities it offers,and the working conditions.Stress that you want to work for this organization,not just any organization.3.Why should we employ you?Point to your academic preparation,job skills,and enthusiasm about working for the firm.Mention your performance in school or previous employment as evidence of your ability to learn and to become 第三篇:華為面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)
晚上就收到第二天早上面試的電話,于是就放棄了深圳雙選會(huì),呆在宿舍玩了一個(gè)晚上的dota,第二天一早起來(lái)屁顛屁顛的趕到了酒店參加面試,遲到了幾分鐘。。一面等了很久,起碼一個(gè)半小時(shí),進(jìn)去面試以后,先面了財(cái)務(wù),主要是一些諸如財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理,財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表分析的題目,英文很簡(jiǎn)單,答得不好也不要緊,不要緊張就好了,主要是專業(yè)問題要稍微準(zhǔn)備一下,一面主要是技術(shù)面了,答得比較靠譜,就能進(jìn)了,當(dāng)然啦,我有些同學(xué)說答得幾近空白,但是還是過了一面,不知道是謙虛還是怎么回事,可能每個(gè)面試官的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都不一樣,但是能夠很好的回答技術(shù)問題過的可能性可就要大很多了。
一面過后在休息室等了一會(huì),就收到了下午二面的通知。二面在旁邊的會(huì)議廳進(jìn)行,一開始先是簡(jiǎn)單的自我介紹,要求:從小到大的愿望,優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),專業(yè)介紹,關(guān)于其他同學(xué)的自我介紹大家需要把重點(diǎn)介紹一下,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有紙和筆,因?yàn)榈纫幌旅嬖嚬贂?huì)針對(duì)你說的或別人說的問問題,所以也要對(duì)自己說過的話負(fù)責(zé),因?yàn)榭脊俣际桥H?,很容易就你一點(diǎn)回答慢慢推敲出你是一個(gè)個(gè)怎樣怎樣的人,這個(gè)時(shí)候你就需要據(jù)理力爭(zhēng),一方面不要怕,當(dāng)然現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛其實(shí)很不錯(cuò),我們的面試官也是很nice的~然后就是發(fā)案例,先是自己寫答題思路等等東西,然后就是小組討論,注意邏輯,注意找亮點(diǎn),因?yàn)閮山M的答案會(huì)有很多雷同,所以亮點(diǎn)很重要,不要討論的時(shí)候不要重復(fù)說過的,寫下的東西,浪費(fèi)時(shí)間的,總之亮點(diǎn)很重要,然后就是組長(zhǎng)陳述,組員要記住兩組間的差異,特別是邏輯方面的,結(jié)構(gòu)方面的問題,可能會(huì)說的比較抽象,所以記住要組織好話語(yǔ),組員有想法要說出來(lái),不要不說話,這樣其實(shí)就等于你默拒了華為了。面試官會(huì)問一下很tough的問題,甚至?xí)赋瞿愕腻e(cuò)誤,想清楚,想好自己真的錯(cuò)了,就勇敢承認(rèn),沒錯(cuò),就要據(jù)理力爭(zhēng),這是個(gè)人感受,下面是刷人環(huán)節(jié),就是組人間挑人來(lái)刷,其實(shí)最后決定權(quán)在面試官手上,主要是看你刷人的理由充不充足,而不是為了保全自己而故意去滅了別人,切記~ 早點(diǎn)面的人有優(yōu)勢(shì),前面是一組十二人刷四人,后面是刷一半,所以能早面就早面。
三面是性格測(cè)試,基本過,除非你心理不正常。
四面很輕松,隨便說點(diǎn)東西就可以,不要緊張,面完后,放松,這次是真的會(huì)去等消息了~我也還再等,雖然很累,今天一共面了,一面四十分鐘,二面兩個(gè)小時(shí),三面忽略,四面五分鐘,也用了差不過三個(gè)小時(shí),但也很喜歡華為的效率,厭惡在家里等消息了~所以大家要吃早餐!

總結(jié)本次的面試,有如下幾條,希望對(duì)以后參加華為財(cái)經(jīng)招聘的人有用:
1、端正自己的態(tài)度,表現(xiàn)出熱情和渴望,比如:很想加入華為,愿意去艱苦的地方長(zhǎng)駐。
2、記得面試是有三到四輪。
3、還是穿職業(yè)正裝比較好。
4、最好能認(rèn)真的將自己實(shí)際工作中的內(nèi)容有條理的說出來(lái)。
一面要英文自我介紹,HR會(huì)不停打斷你,問你其中的問題$~8`0e p 3g
接著說專業(yè)問題,都是很深很難的,比如CPA新準(zhǔn)則,合并報(bào)表,個(gè)人所得稅,投資改變
不過還是和你要投的崗位結(jié)合起來(lái)的,所以針對(duì)自己的崗位要好好準(zhǔn)備。面我的HR很nice, 還跟我探討了去海外的問題,我說不想去危險(xiǎn)的地方,他說我們的想法真是很好玩,要真的是這樣,華為每天都要死人了,他們都想去海外去不成,只有最優(yōu)秀的人才能去海外,呵呵,原來(lái)這樣。。。
第四篇:親歷華為面試
星期四晚上8點(diǎn)莫名其妙的接到華為的電話,簡(jiǎn)單的問了下基本情況,說在星期六南山有專場(chǎng)招聘會(huì),到時(shí)候可能請(qǐng)你參加,親歷華為面試。
有機(jī)會(huì)還是要去試試的,華為早有耳聞,但一直沒仔細(xì)了解,上網(wǎng)查了才知道華為老總原來(lái)叫任正華,(暈 我又記錯(cuò)了應(yīng)該是任正菲)又了解到才華橫溢,及有可能是下一個(gè)接班人的李一男自立門戶“背叛”華為,后終被華為絞殺的事跡。簡(jiǎn)單的看了下前輩們所經(jīng)歷的華為面試,有所心里準(zhǔn)備。
以下是今天本人親歷的面試過程,與網(wǎng)上流傳的如出一轍。
8點(diǎn)起床,8點(diǎn)50到達(dá)地點(diǎn),地點(diǎn)是錦繡中華對(duì)面的一家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4星級(jí)酒店。在門外認(rèn)識(shí)了共同戰(zhàn)斗到最后的鄒兄。大廳已經(jīng)有不少先到的,報(bào)上手機(jī)號(hào),領(lǐng)取求職登記表,填完基本信息,上交。
不到半小時(shí)有人叫我名字,一面到了,專業(yè)面。簡(jiǎn)單介紹下自己,之前的主要工作內(nèi)容,用框圖描述下原理。不到10分鐘完成,然后又用10分鐘做了份不難不易的試卷,上交,座定,等。
這一等就從10點(diǎn)等到了下午1點(diǎn),還沒結(jié)果,旁邊一位老兄此時(shí)還未輪到一面。領(lǐng)飯票,到旁邊的快餐店吃飯,哎,還以為會(huì)請(qǐng)酒店給我們預(yù)備餐點(diǎn)呢,真小氣。吃完之后馬上走開,不許回來(lái)。開玩笑,吃完立馬回大廳繼續(xù)等。
2點(diǎn)半左右,接到一女陌生電話:“黎理茂嗎,你在哪?!蔽艺f我就在大廳。“快過來(lái)”就掛電話了,語(yǔ)氣很不善。半天才反應(yīng)過來(lái),應(yīng)該是叫我名字了但我在后排沒聽到。果然,二面,人事部面試。很漂亮很有氣質(zhì)很發(fā)福的一位中年女。邊看我填的登記表。就一些細(xì)節(jié)問題對(duì)我進(jìn)行確認(rèn),看證書。10分鐘不到,完。
繼續(xù)回去等,半小時(shí)后,又被叫到名字,是做一份上機(jī)心理測(cè)試,80道題,15分鐘,小兒科,大四畢業(yè)就做過好多,無(wú)非是測(cè)試你心理是否***的選擇題,自我介紹《親歷華為面試》。8分鐘搞定,三面完。
繼續(xù)等,快到5點(diǎn)的時(shí)候,大廳由最初的滿座200多人,剩下不到一半人。聽到有人接到這樣的通知:你今天的面試完了。其實(shí)真實(shí)要說的話應(yīng)該是這樣的:你今天的面試掛了。然后在百無(wú)聊賴中聽到了自己的名字,晃晃睡的有點(diǎn)發(fā)暈的頭走過去。四面,傳說中的群面。12個(gè)人分成2組,對(duì)面那組就有我之前說的鄒兄。2個(gè)男面試官,1個(gè)女面試官。先讓我們一個(gè)個(gè)的自我介紹,哇塞,一個(gè)個(gè)的最少4年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有個(gè)面相足以當(dāng)我叔叔了。還是比較鎮(zhèn)定的說了自己的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),職業(yè)規(guī)劃,興趣愛好等。然后每人一張紙:曹操、諸葛亮、孫權(quán)、劉備誰(shuí)最適合當(dāng)總經(jīng)理,小組討論,依次做排序。10分鐘的時(shí)間。討論的時(shí)候小組內(nèi)有2個(gè)人比較少發(fā)言,我心里就知道他們兇多吉少,因?yàn)槲铱吹矫嬖嚬僭谝慌钥粗?。由?年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的做代表發(fā)言。然后面試官一次叫每個(gè)人補(bǔ)充,拿我先開刀,我說的有點(diǎn)牛頭不對(duì)馬嘴,甚至說到了對(duì)方陳述有不恰當(dāng)?shù)牡胤剑南肟偙炔徽f好,然后面試官抓住我的一個(gè)漏點(diǎn):你的意思是不同意曹操排第一嗎?我想了一秒鐘后說:我很同意我們小組的觀點(diǎn)(我們小組也是曹操排第一),只是對(duì)對(duì)方的理由有點(diǎn)不贊同。面試官撇撇嘴沒在說話。接著問到4個(gè)倒霉蛋:你認(rèn)為你們這組討論中誰(shuí)貢獻(xiàn)最大,誰(shuí)貢獻(xiàn)最小。我忍不住想笑:跟我預(yù)料的問題一模一樣,典型的挑撥離間法,互掐的來(lái)由。有人就直接說自己貢獻(xiàn)最小,面試官:如果我說貢獻(xiàn)最小的會(huì)被淘汰,你還會(huì)選自己?jiǎn)帷W詈竽侨诉€是堅(jiān)持選自己。每人問個(gè)問題就完了,沒有我想象中的互相辯論,大規(guī)?;テ沫h(huán)節(jié)。
6點(diǎn)出來(lái),發(fā)現(xiàn)人又少了不少,在過了會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)只剩下30個(gè)人左右,一起進(jìn)去的12個(gè)人只有6個(gè)人還在,也就是說群面淘汰了一半的人,那個(gè)堅(jiān)持說自己討論貢獻(xiàn)最小的還在。半小時(shí)候叫去復(fù)印證件。
6點(diǎn)40左右又叫到我的名字。四面,一個(gè)面無(wú)表情,長(zhǎng)了不少豆豆的中年男面試,又是自我介紹,暈,又是工作內(nèi)容,又是有沒有女朋友,暈。一一作答。還等著他繼續(xù)發(fā)問,結(jié)果他說:你的面試到此結(jié)束,你可以回去等通知了。暈,居然不跟我提工資的事,就這樣在最后一面給掛了?瞬間跌到低谷。其他人都提及工資待遇要求了呀。我填的工資要求是4000,或者是他認(rèn)為我填的太低,損壞了他們的形象?切··· 打車,不,座公交回了,看下表正好是晚上7點(diǎn),華燈初上的時(shí)間,還在下雨,心情···
