該書中，星云大師對(duì)世俗社會(huì)萬(wàn)千的人和事，即人生觀、財(cái)富觀、愛情婚姻、家庭教育、人際交往、成功勵(lì)志等諸方面進(jìn)行闡釋。我生病時(shí)，徒眾分批來(lái)探望我，他們口拙，老是說(shuō)：“師父睡得好嗎?”“傷口痛不痛?”“有胃口嗎?”“醫(yī)生怎么說(shuō)?”每問(wèn)一次，我就要回答一次，好像簡(jiǎn)介似的，到最后實(shí)在懶得回答，只好說(shuō)：“探望可以，但別問(wèn)我!”

自古就有“一言興邦，一言喪邦”的明訓(xùn)，講話確是一門藝術(shù)。朱熹說(shuō)：“辭達(dá)則止，不貴多言。”

如何說(shuō)話才能受人歡迎？以下四點(diǎn)說(shuō)明：

一、為受窘的人說(shuō)一句解危的話。助人不是只有在金錢、勞力、時(shí)間上的付出，說(shuō)話也可以幫助別人。例如，有些人面對(duì)尷尬不知如何下臺(tái)的窘境時(shí)，你及時(shí)說(shuō)出一句可以幫他解危的話，這也是助人功德一件。

二、為沮喪的人說(shuō)一句鼓勵(lì)的話。西諺有云：“言語(yǔ)所賦給我們的功用，是在我們之間做悅耳之辭。”什么是悅耳之辭?就是說(shuō)好話。說(shuō)好話讓人如沐春風(fēng)，讓人生發(fā)信心。遇到受挫、心情沮喪的人，能給他一些鼓勵(lì)，給他一些鼓舞信心的話，就是以語(yǔ)言給他人力量。

三、為疑惑的人說(shuō)一句點(diǎn)醒的話。孫子說(shuō)：“贈(zèng)人以言，重于珠玉。”遇到徘徊在人生路口的人、對(duì)生命疑惑的人，及時(shí)用一句有用的話點(diǎn)醒，有時(shí)會(huì)改變他的一生，甚至救回一條性命。

四、為無(wú)助的人說(shuō)一句支持的話。無(wú)助的人對(duì)自我信心不足，需要他人給予肯定才有力量。這樣的人經(jīng)常生活在別人的善惡語(yǔ)言中，一句言語(yǔ)可以決定他的心情好壞。面對(duì)無(wú)助的人，我們應(yīng)該多多給予支持的語(yǔ)言，讓他對(duì)自己生發(fā)信心，肯定自我。

《說(shuō)苑》曰：“君子之言寡而實(shí)，小人之言多而虛。”話不在多，而在貼切與恰當(dāng)。孟子說(shuō)：“言近而指遠(yuǎn)者，善言也。”如果說(shuō)話淺近，但是用意深遠(yuǎn)，這就是一句好話。所以，話要謹(jǐn)言慎說(shuō)，才不會(huì)讓人覺得輕薄乃至招怨。

◆教育家夏丏尊先生見弘一大師吃飯只有一道咸菜，不忍心地說(shuō)：“難道你不嫌這咸菜太咸嗎？”弘一大師回答說(shuō)：“咸有咸的味道！”過(guò)一會(huì)，大師食后，手里端著一杯開水，夏先生又皺皺眉頭道：“茶都沒有得吃嗎？怎么吃這種清淡的開水？”弘一大師笑一笑說(shuō)：“開水雖淡，但淡也有淡的味道。”

投毒致室友死亡的復(fù)旦大學(xué)學(xué)生林森浩18日被判處死刑。人們至今難以理解，像林森浩這樣成績(jī)優(yōu)秀，高考時(shí)以780多分的高分考入中山大學(xué)，2010年又因成績(jī)優(yōu)秀被中山大學(xué)推薦，免試進(jìn)入復(fù)旦大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院讀研的“天之驕子”，為何會(huì)淪為殺人犯？更何況，他與被害人黃洋并無(wú)深仇大恨。19日，記者專訪了廣東警官學(xué)院教授、犯罪心理學(xué)專家宋曉明，剖析林森浩的深層犯罪心理。

他投毒，心理是有憤怒和不滿的

“我認(rèn)為這與他嫉妒、自卑、敏感、脆弱的性格缺陷和處理人際關(guān)系及情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力低有關(guān)。具有這些不良因素的人在生活中容易遭遇挫折，而挫折往往使他產(chǎn)生憤怒、怨恨、敵視等消極情緒體驗(yàn)。”

記者：宋教授，復(fù)旦投毒案引起了公眾極大的關(guān)注。隨著庭審、判決的展開，謎底一步步揭開。但還是有很多地方讓人很難理解，您怎樣看？

宋曉明：這個(gè)案子的確有一些有悖于常理的情節(jié)。比如，林森浩作為一個(gè)高智商的醫(yī)學(xué)人才，應(yīng)該知曉所使用的毒藥的毒理，具備基本的邏輯推理能力和反偵查能力，為何最后卻做了一件有失水準(zhǔn)的低智商的案件呢？

另外，從披露的信息看，林森浩與被害人并無(wú)很深的矛盾，彼此也無(wú)利益沖突，而且被告人已在求職中脫穎而出，在廣州找到了讓人羨慕的工作，在這種情況下，為何還要蓄意殺人呢？要解開這些謎團(tuán)，只有深入林森浩的內(nèi)心。

記者：林森浩一直辯解自己是被愚人節(jié)的玩笑刺激，想作弄黃洋，沒想到釀成了大禍。從心理上看，他只是想惡作劇，整蠱他人，還是想置他人于死地？ 宋曉明：從整個(gè)案情看，特別是他使用的手段來(lái)看，他欲置人于死地的動(dòng)機(jī)和目的是明確的。比如，在被害人的飲水中投放超劑量的劇毒藥物，作為醫(yī)學(xué)院的高材生應(yīng)該是知道其致命的后果的。而且，N-二甲基亞硝胺，是很難通過(guò)臨床直接診斷出確切物質(zhì)的；即使能診斷出，只要有致死劑量進(jìn)入人體并開始發(fā)揮效應(yīng)，現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)也回天乏術(shù)。所以，只是想惡作劇的說(shuō)法是站不住腳的。

記者：能夠根據(jù)公開披露的案件及被告人的信息，為我們解讀一下林森浩的作案動(dòng)機(jī)？ 宋曉明：法院判決書認(rèn)定，林森浩是因瑣事而采用投毒方法故意殺人。他投毒，心理是有憤怒和不滿的。那么，他的憤怒情緒是從何而來(lái)？我認(rèn)為這與他嫉妒、自卑、敏感、脆弱的性格缺陷和處理人際關(guān)系及情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力低有關(guān)。具有這些不良因素的人在生活中容易遭遇挫折，而挫折往往使他產(chǎn)生憤怒、怨恨、敵視等消極情緒體驗(yàn)，并長(zhǎng)時(shí)間難以排除，當(dāng)積累到一定程度時(shí)，如果受到一點(diǎn)哪怕很小的事情的刺激，他就會(huì)情緒發(fā)作，導(dǎo)致行為失控而作案，傷害被害人

林森浩嫉妒的是黃洋的活潑熱情

“這讓林森浩心里很不舒服：為什么這種人能和我并列，他膚淺，沒有思想，無(wú)憂無(wú)慮，還有那么多人喜歡他，這太可笑了？為什么我總是不受歡迎？”

記者：您剛才講到，林森浩嫉妒黃洋，怎么可以看出來(lái)？

宋曉明：林森浩跟黃洋的性格非常不一樣，一個(gè)內(nèi)向，一個(gè)外向。林森浩不是嫉妒黃洋的外表、學(xué)業(yè)成就和家庭條件等，他嫉妒的是黃洋的活潑、熱情，平時(shí)愛打打鬧鬧，人緣很好。這讓林森浩心里很不舒服：為什么這種人會(huì)能和我并列，他膚淺，沒有思想，無(wú)憂無(wú)慮，還有那么多人喜歡他，這太可笑了？為什么我總是不受歡迎？

底子里，林森浩是自卑的。他家境并不優(yōu)越，林父早年在一家服裝廠打工，林母是個(gè)普通的農(nóng)村婦女，識(shí)字不多，常年拉著一輛木板車，在鎮(zhèn)上的工廠里收購(gòu)廢品，后來(lái)，一家人才從狹窄的土屋，搬進(jìn)了如今的小樓，以出售紙巾、飲料等為生。特別是后來(lái)異性交往屢屢受挫，自卑壓抑就更加嚴(yán)重。受到與女性交友的挫敗后，林森浩曾自嘲：“有誰(shuí)會(huì)喜歡我這個(gè)人？丑男第一、手無(wú)縛雞之力、木訥、迂腐、時(shí)代的落伍者。”

自卑感強(qiáng)的人往往很敏感、脆弱，生活中更容易感受到不公平，容易受到傷害，導(dǎo)致惡性循環(huán)，難以自拔。

記者：林森浩回想，他這么做的原因可能不在黃洋，而是個(gè)人沒有把負(fù)面情緒調(diào)整好。判決之前，有媒體采訪林森浩，他是這么解釋的：“這個(gè)負(fù)面情緒也不來(lái)自他人所說(shuō)的被當(dāng)眾批評(píng)等事情，而是來(lái)自我跟宿舍另外一個(gè)同學(xué)之間的關(guān)系。有一次，我在床上睡覺，另外一個(gè)同學(xué)把腳放在床上來(lái)回動(dòng)，發(fā)出沙沙的聲音。我當(dāng)時(shí)在睡覺，就說(shuō)哥兒們你輕點(diǎn)，沒想到他沖我了句‘沒動(dòng)啊’。我當(dāng)時(shí)就很憤怒。那段時(shí)間一直沒有控制好自己的負(fù)面情緒。”您覺得林森浩的自我剖析準(zhǔn)確嗎？

宋曉明：從這個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)可以看出，林森浩是個(gè)情商很低的高材生。情商高的人能識(shí)別他人的情緒，能夠通過(guò)細(xì)微的社會(huì)信號(hào)、敏感地感受到他人的需求與欲望，善于處理人際關(guān)系，具有調(diào)控與他人的情緒反應(yīng)的技巧。但很顯然，林森浩處理人際關(guān)系及情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力很差，容易為一些瑣碎事與人產(chǎn)生誤會(huì)甚至矛盾。

因此，生活中林森浩算是一個(gè)人際關(guān)系并不和諧的人，在宿舍與不止一人包括被害人有不愉快的事發(fā)生，這樣又影響他的負(fù)面情緒產(chǎn)生，負(fù)面情緒產(chǎn)生后因缺乏自我調(diào)節(jié)能力，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間難以擺脫。

林森浩和馬加爵有共同點(diǎn)

“作為家長(zhǎng)來(lái)說(shuō)，要懂得，孩子在幼年時(shí)需要心理?yè)狃B(yǎng)，一旦錯(cuò)過(guò)心理教育的最佳時(shí)間再想挽救的話就會(huì)非常難。作為學(xué)校老師來(lái)說(shuō)，要懂得學(xué)生性格與能力同樣重要。”

記者：林森浩事件，很容易讓人想起多年前的殺人大學(xué)生馬加爵（2004年在云南大學(xué)宿舍連殺四名同學(xué)，引發(fā)了轟動(dòng)全國(guó)的“馬加爵事件”）。

從人格和心理上看，林森浩和馬加爵是否有共同點(diǎn)？ 宋曉明：從起因看，兩人犯罪都是由現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的瑣碎事引起，不良情緒長(zhǎng)期累積而導(dǎo)致行為失控。從人生經(jīng)歷看，兩人也很相似，比如家庭環(huán)境都不算好。另外，他們都是人們心目中的好學(xué)生、高材生等。

特別是在性格上都有明顯缺陷，如內(nèi)向、自卑、敏感、偏執(zhí)、情感匱乏、人際交往能力低等。雖然他們的智商都很高，但他們對(duì)生命也都很漠視。

近年來(lái)，高材生惡性殺人案件時(shí)有發(fā)生，這也要引起家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)校、社會(huì)和大學(xué)生自己的深刻反思。比如，作為家長(zhǎng)來(lái)說(shuō)，要懂得，孩子在幼年時(shí)需要心理?yè)狃B(yǎng)，一旦錯(cuò)過(guò)心理教育的最佳時(shí)間再想挽救的話就會(huì)非常難。作為學(xué)校老師來(lái)說(shuō)，要懂得學(xué)生性格與能力同樣重要。

記者：我們可以用什么辦法提高情商？大學(xué)生跟室友相處，應(yīng)該注意什么？

宋曉明：情商主要是指人在情緒、情感、意志、耐受挫折等方面的品質(zhì)。情商對(duì)工作、人際關(guān)系的影響就變得特別突出和直接。如果你不好好控制情緒，就會(huì)對(duì)自己和他人產(chǎn)生不好的影響。其實(shí)，人與人之間的情商并無(wú)明顯的先天差別，更多與后天的培養(yǎng)息息相關(guān)。

我的建議是，要學(xué)會(huì)理智地表達(dá)情緒，而不是壓抑不良情緒。學(xué)會(huì)辯證地、一分為二地看問(wèn)題或者學(xué)會(huì)換位思考、換角度思考問(wèn)題，這樣情緒會(huì)隨之改變。最好掌握一兩種在關(guān)鍵時(shí)候克制自己情緒沖動(dòng)的方法，如放松方法中的深呼吸、離開沖突現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)移注意力等。特別是要意識(shí)到在情緒沖動(dòng)時(shí)不要做決定，更不要采取行動(dòng)。因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)自己是不理智的。

大學(xué)室友之間是非常親密的一種關(guān)系，很容易引起摩擦。跟室友相處，要注意別搞“小團(tuán)體”，不要觸犯室友的隱私，彼此寬容、理解，有難相幫，自己有事情也要大方提出請(qǐng)求，千萬(wàn)不要逞一時(shí)口快。（練情情）
