人教英語八年級下冊教學工作計劃

本學期，我將結合學校工作計劃和學校教學工作計劃的要求，規范常規教學，提高教學質量，努力形成自己的教學特色。

一、總體思路

以努力提高教學質量為目標，以抓好教學常規工作，提高英語合格率為重點，采用任務型教學法，注重“學困生”的教育補差工作，形成良好的教學風氣。

二、工作目標

1、加強基礎知識的教學和基本技能的訓練，結合素質教育和課改要求，在夯實基礎的前提下，逐步培養學生的學科技能水平。

2、開展多種形式的課堂教學活動，在研究教學方法上下工夫，激發學生的學習興趣。鉆研新課標，提高教學水平，真正做到教學相長，努力達到學校規定的教學指標

3、繼續做好與本組其他老師的協調工作，起到模范帶頭作用，共同提高。

三、全期教學總目標

學生應有較明確的英語學習動機和積極主動的學習態度。能聽懂教師對有關熟悉話題的陳述并能參與討論。能讀供七至八年級學生閱讀的簡單讀物和報紙雜志，克服生詞障礙，理解大意。能根據閱讀目的運用適當的閱讀策略。能與他人合作，解決問題并報告結果，共同完成學習任務。能在學習中互相幫助，克服困難。能合理計劃和安排學習任務，積極探索適合自己的學習方法。在學習和日常交際中能注意到中外文化的差異。

四、教材簡要分析

人教英語八年級（下冊），全書共有十個單元。本教材各單元話題靈活，貼近生活實際。本冊書將學習的一些語法知識點有：一般將來時、過去進行時、現在完成時、賓語從句、時間狀語從句、形容詞和副詞的比較級和最高級等。同時每個單元后都提供了一篇閱讀文章，用以訓練學生的閱讀能力，擴大學生的閱讀量。

五、教學基本任務和要求

按新課程下的課標，師生共同學習八年級英語教材。作為教師在教學過程中要尊重學生，使學生樹立自尊自信，形成健康的心理，樹立全球意識。通過本學期的學習，學生能做到吃的透、掌握牢，使學生有運用所學知識分析問題、解決問題的能力。使學生有向上的、積極的心理狀態。

六、學生基本情況分析： 本屆八年級學生的英語基礎方面還很薄弱，經過上學期的不懈努力，學生的基礎知識得到了加強，學習態度也有所好轉。但是學生整體的惰性還是很強，自覺性很差。我所教的八年級家庭情況一般，家長很少管教孩子。學生智力因素相差較大，非智力因素差別也很大，造成學生兩極分化嚴重。有些學生思想滑坡，心理脆弱，抗挫折能力較差。因此，在今后的工作中應加強以上的工作，達到逐步感化他們

另外，學生在情感態度,學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如：很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的，沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流；有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識；大多數同學沒有養成良好的學習習慣，不能做好課前預習課后復習，學習沒有計劃性和策略性；不善于發現和總結語言規律，不注意知識的鞏固和積累。

七、教學方法設計與具體措施：

1、每天背誦課文中的對話。目的：要求學生背誦并默寫，培養語感。

2、每天記生詞，常用句子和習語。實施：利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查，保證效果并堅持下去。

3、認真貫徹晨讀制度：規定晨讀內容，加強監督，保證晨讀效果。

4、實施“任務型”的教學途徑，培養學生綜合語言運用能力。

5、在教學中根據目標并結合教學內容，創造性地設計貼近學生實際的教學活動，吸引和組織他們積極參與。學生通過思考、調查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學習和使用英語，完成學習任務。

6、要充分利用現代教育技術，利用計算機和多媒體教學軟件，探索新的教學模式，開發英語教學資源，拓寬學生學習渠道，改進學生學習方式，提高教學效果。

7、加強對學生學習策略的指導，為他們終身學習奠定基礎。

8、關注學生的情感，營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。

9、作業布置要做到數量適中，批閱及時，對出現的問題要跟蹤矯正，認真講評，盡量面批面改。提高練習質量，要精選資料，杜絕在資料運用上舍近求遠、避重就輕的做法。

10、開展豐富的課外活動，念英語詩，唱英語歌，講英語故事，做游戲，談論各種話題，便對話，進行單詞競賽等。

11、做好后進生轉化和優秀生培養工作。對優生提出更高的要求，培養自學能力。對后進生進行專門輔導，布置單獨的作業，讓他們在小進步、小轉變中體味學習的快樂，樹立學習的自信，盡快成長起來。

12、搞好聽課。一學期聽課不少于15節，多學習其他教師的經驗和方法，促進自己的教學。

八、成績考核

1、堅持日測、周測、月測的形成性評價制度：對英語學習實行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要給學生檢驗自己努力成果的機會，讓進步的同學體會到成就感，讓落后的同學找出差距，感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學習氛圍，培養學生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。注重平時檢查，課堂提問，行為考查等，淡化考試以減輕學生的心理壓力。
