I learned a lot from this simulated international conference on academic exchange , also we have some shortcomings.At first, about the title of the graduate education reform , we choose the topic is the graduate tutor system reform.Although the subject is good, the scope is too large, and two knotespeakers have on their own topic.In addition, about the content of the international conference, without the whole meeting schedule, in other words, without a meeting outline, so made our conference process is not perfect.At last but the least , about the simulation fidelity, if we pay more attention on the appearance, speech words,then the simulation can be called perfect.

The agenda lists the order of business for a meeting.If it is short with few decisions to be made, it can be incorporated into the minutes*(an official written record of what is discussed or decided at a formal meeting).If it is long with many points to be discussed and acted on, the agenda may be omitted and a program may take the place.The following style is adopted: a wide column at the left for the point to be discussed, and a narrower column at the right for the person or body responsible for carrying out any action decided on.The points are numbered and may be given subject headings.Format of agenda ? 第五篇：交流會議總結

社團經驗交流會心得體會

5月6日，作為軟件愛好者協會的擬任負責人，我很榮幸的受邀參加了由社聯和團委主辦的社團經驗交流會。感謝他們為我們社團負責人創造的這一次寶貴的機會，讓我們可以齊聚一堂，共同探討社團發展壯大的經驗，為我們今后能夠更好的管理社團，運作社團，發展社團提供了值得借鑒的經驗。這是一次成功的活動，活動現場輕松的氛圍，新穎的交流形式讓我們可以暢所欲言，輕松自由的進行交流。這次社團交流會我學校請來了中國科技大學、安徽大學及合肥科技大學相關社團理事來共同探討與學習，開始三個學校代表分別介紹他們學校的社團概況以及社團的組建和發展情況，之后進行社團分類分別進行學術性討論，通過這次討論會，讓我社更加明確社團今后的發展方向，我們一定會嚴格的貫徹黨的精神，促進社團的和諧健康發展，同時促進和諧校園的建設，在校園內傳播優秀的軟件文知識，豐富同學們的校園文化生活。

通過聆聽三所高校相關負責人對于社團發展經驗的介紹，以及各社團負責人之間經驗的交流，讓我對于如何管理以及運做好一個社團有了更深刻的理解和認識，我會將這些寶貴的經驗運用到今后的社團工作中，讓我們軟件愛好者協會取得更好的發展，讓更多的人能夠參與到我們的活動中來，感受軟件的獨特魅力，讓每個人都能從軟件中感受到使用的快樂，編譯的快樂。

從此次的社團經驗交流會活動中，我學到了很多寶貴的經驗，現總結如下：

一、如何做好社團內部建設

1.共同的愛好讓我們走到一起，興趣愛好是關鍵。作為大學的社團，較之于以前的社團有了更多的自主性以及選擇性。我社

屬于學術科技類的社團，我們吸納新社員就是本著對軟件的熱愛

為原則，新入社的成員會按照具體的愛好由各部部長帶領，我們

不僅僅交流討論關于感興趣的東西，作為學長學姐，我們也會盡

自己最大的努力為新社員們提供學習生活上的幫助，讓整個社團

成為一個溫暖的大家庭。

2、一個社團的成功運轉離不開完善的制度，“沒有規矩，不

成方圓”。社團是一個小社會的縮影，如同沒有法律的社會就無

法生存，同樣的沒有制度的社團就無法的發展。創建軟件愛好者

協會三年多來，我們協會的管理制度還有待的修改和完善，每一

個部門都應有自己明確的任務以及責任，同時各部門有一定的自

主權，在完成社團工作的前提下，可以適當的開展自己的活動，活動內容要上報社聯審核批準，不辦未經批準的活動。社團管理

層開會，我們有明確的出勤制度，確保活動能夠正常有序的進行。

二、社團如何做好活動創新工作

1、集思廣益，認真聽取社團成員對社團活動以及發展的建議。定

期舉行全社大會，對上一階段活動進行總結，同時對下一階段活

動進行介紹，活動負責人積極同成員們進行交流，聽取成員們的意見以及建議。同時帶領大家進行活動的前期策劃籌備。

2、定期公布社團財務狀況，做到公平、公正、公開。由專人負責

社團財務賬物的管理，認真記錄每一筆花費，作到有收據，有依

據，在每次社團大會中公布，讓會員及時了解社團的財務狀況。

3、讓社團每一個人參與到活動中來。我們會定期召開社團集會，帶領大家交流最新動態，教授軟件知識，如c#、java等。同時

我們會不定期的舉行趣味性的比賽，軟件知識問答等。

三、如何打造學生社團品牌

1、明確社團活動的宗旨，把握社團發展的正確方向。作為學生社

團，我們需要對社團進行正確的定位，豐富同學們的校園文化生

活，讓更多的人參與到我們的活動中來為目的，積極進行一系列

健康向上的活動。

2、積極做好社團宣傳，擴大我社在校內以及校外的知名度以及影

響力。我們協會會通過合肥學院社區，合肥學院網站，以及展板，海報，傳單的形式向外公布。作到及時更新，以及確保信息的準

確性。

3、積極參與到合肥同類社團的活動中去。

四、社團負責人應當具備的素質

1、熱愛社團，有責任感，是社團負責人最基本的素質。因為對軟

件的愛，讓我加入了軟件愛好者協會。因為對軟件的愛，讓我能

夠擔負起作為社團負責人所需要承擔的責任。社團負責人不一定

是能力最高的，但他肯定是對社團傾注心血最多的。只要熱愛社

團，有責任感，他就會去克服一切的困難，努力將所有的事做的最好。

2、良好的組織協調能力，是社團負責人不可缺少的素質。社團負

責人，是一個社團的靈魂人物，一個高素質的負責人可以帶動一

個社團的發展。作為軟件愛好者協會擬任的社團負責人，我要學習的東西還有很多，我會虛心向社團的前任負責人以及其他社團的負責人學習如何管理運作好社團的經驗，不斷的提高自己的能

力，為社團取得長遠的更好發展做出自己的一份貢獻。

五、如何促進社團之間的交流與合作

1.密切同各個社團之間的聯系，加強彼此間的活動交流社團在舉辦各種活動中，應積極邀請相關社團參與進來，在活動

中培養感情，促進共同的發展以及進步。作為社團的負責人，應

當積極同其他社團負責人聯系，保持社團間的友好關系。

此次社團經驗交流會活動，讓我從中學到了很多寶貴的經驗，讓

我更有信心在今后的社團活動中取得優異的成績。相信我們軟件

愛好者協會會做的更好，讓更多的人了解我們，參與到我們的活

動中來。

2.順利完成新老負責人的交接工作是社團得以發展的重要條件通過社團平時的活動，尋找工作能力強，有責任感的新成員，帶領他們參與到社團的領導活動中來，同他們積極就社團發展狀況進行交

流，對他們提出的意見進行采納吸收。適當的將活動放給新社員去做，鍛煉他們的自立能力以及工作能力。
