⑴尤其要加強(qiáng)經(jīng)銷商的一線臨床業(yè)務(wù)員的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)培訓(xùn)，只有這樣把一線業(yè)務(wù)員培訓(xùn)合格了，產(chǎn)品知識(shí)才能向醫(yī)生作出正確的傳達(dá)。

⑵大區(qū)經(jīng)理必須直接跟蹤經(jīng)銷商的一線臨床業(yè)務(wù)員，反復(fù)傳達(dá)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)。⑶由于經(jīng)銷商的一線臨床業(yè)務(wù)員的流失率較高，大區(qū)經(jīng)理必須隨時(shí)掌握情況，對(duì)新業(yè)務(wù)員進(jìn)行集中、單獨(dú)的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)培訓(xùn)。

五、加強(qiáng)展會(huì)平臺(tái)的宣傳與展示 2、2015年已經(jīng)報(bào)名的全國(guó)藥品交易會(huì)有三場(chǎng)：

①2015年5月15日-17日，第73屆全國(guó)藥品交易會(huì)（上海）②2015年7月30日-8月1日，第50屆全國(guó)新特藥品交易會(huì)（成都）③2015年12月2日-4日，第74屆全國(guó)藥品交易會(huì)（廈門）

總之，2015年的學(xué)術(shù)工作將會(huì)繼續(xù)圍繞X X的安全性、X X的臨床療效、X X的臨床使用方法三個(gè)醫(yī)生最關(guān)注的問題來展開，以重點(diǎn)科室—XXX科為工作重心，以廣東省作為精耕細(xì)作的重點(diǎn)市場(chǎng)，努力把X X的學(xué)術(shù)工作提升到一個(gè)新高度，為全年的X X銷售大發(fā)展提供助力。
