教學工作總結

時光荏苒，武漢為明實驗學校第二屆畢業(yè)生又要走進考場了，去實現(xiàn)自己的人生的夢想，去為母校再添光彩。回想這一年來的辛勤努力，有酸甜苦辣，也有會心的微笑，付出總會有回報，看到孩子們輕松的走進考場，考后露出的幸福的微笑，這才是最大的回報。

我教的九年級（3）、（4）兩班學生的英語學習基礎較差，九月份第一次考試全班的優(yōu)秀率和及格率低，均分和同年級其他班級相比差距較大。面對他們這么差的基礎，我沒有失去信心。我很努力地想要把他們的成績提高上來，特別是到了復習階段，我更加覺得壓力重重！到第一輪復習結束，我發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分學生的基礎已經(jīng)補上來了，平均分與其它平行班級差別已縮小，但九（3）班尖生率依然很低，九（4）依然沒有尖生。但是，差生基本上能過合格分數(shù)線。不合格人數(shù)大幅降低。學生最大的問題是不會做到閱讀理解和書面表達，這方面需要學生有大量的詞匯積累和綜合運用語言的能力，又加上差生特別多的狀況，因此，我覺得九年級畢業(yè)這一年，我特別注重學生詞匯的積累和語言的綜合運用能力的培養(yǎng)，在復習階段我想盡各種方法，提高復習的效率。我具體是這么做的：

一．目標明確，有的放矢，對學生進行必要的思想教育

通過入學初的摸底考試成績，我將兩個班級可以爭取為及格的學生名單列了出來，對他們進行了必要的思想教育，樹立了榜樣，進行了鼓勵，使他們信心倍增。對最后幾名差生也列出來，對他們進行了詳細的分析，從學習基礎，學習態(tài)度，到家庭狀況我一一做了分析。并逐個進行了一對一談話，也與其家長進行了電話溝通。

很多學生告訴我，他們不是不想學，而是學不會。如果他們一直處于這種不自信的精神狀態(tài)，那么該如何來迎接任務繁重的初三畢業(yè)班的學習生活呢？因此，作為英語老師，我首先應該給他們精神力量，鼓勵他們戰(zhàn)勝困難，取得進步。在平時的學習和生活中善于發(fā)現(xiàn)這些學生的長處和優(yōu)點進行表揚鼓勵，以培養(yǎng)他們的自信心和學習熱情。

二．給差生必要的幫助，進行輔差。

思想工作做通了，如果沒有對他們進行必要的幫助，他們學習跟不上，意志力薄弱的學生馬上又會失去信心了。因此，在一進入初三我便加大了輔差工作的力度。領導早就給我們明確的指示了：重點抓差生，提高合格率和平均分。因此我在平時的課堂教學中注重對差生課堂的提問，課后作業(yè)的講評，注重對他們進行面批，批完再讓他們考一遍，對于中考基礎題，我是不厭其煩找兩個班的差生集中考查后，又個別考查講解，有的學生做過五、六遍，有的學生做過十多遍，直到掌握為止。另外，我還在班級進行一幫一活動，讓學生自愿進行組合，并給他們提出目標，提供指導，也取得了一定的成效。在課堂上鼓勵所有學生參與活動，大膽開口用英語進行語言交際，學生每取得一點進步要熱情鼓勵，表揚，以激發(fā)他們的學習熱情，同時教學要與學生的興趣愛好相結合，要促進每個學生身心健康的發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)學生良好的品質和終身學習的能力。課后堅持搞好培優(yōu)輔差工作，不管我有多忙，堅持大課間時間進一個班進行聽寫訓練。每天第四節(jié)晚自習課，有很多學生找我拿試卷做，我為不同層次的學生準備了不同的試卷，開學不久我就根據(jù)教學進度和學生差異準備了好了，放在我的辦公室柜子里，滿滿一柜子，現(xiàn)在柜子已經(jīng)基本上空了。每天第四節(jié)晚自習定期對幾名差生進行聽寫訓練，還對劉港、劉潔、王高飛等同學進行一對一輔導，經(jīng)過一學年的輔導，這些學生英語成績都有很大的進步，受到了家長的好評。

三．根據(jù)實際，統(tǒng)籌安排教學進度。

針對兩個班學生基礎差，差生多的特點，我在教學九年級新授課知識的時候以比較快的速度進行。因為我發(fā)現(xiàn)在教新課的時候，大部分的差生都聽不懂了，他們幾乎是處于陪讀的對象。而中等以上學生我如果以較快速度來上的話他們一樣可以聽得懂。如果按照教學進度來上新課，勢必造成今后總復習時間又太趕，差生依然趕不上來。為了今后能爭取到更多的時間復習舊知識，給差生一個機會跟上來，我只好趕進度了！當然趕進度歸趕進度，教學質量也要有保證，因此我重點對學生進行預習的指導及練習的精講精練。進入第一輪復習的時候，我則是扎扎實實地進行基礎知識的復習并 1

且配上中考題型的練習。因為我比別的老師早一些進入第一輪復習，所以我的時間是比較充裕的。這也為后來的進步提供了保證。

四．提高復習效率，使各個層次的學生都能有收獲。

武漢市中考英語復習備考基本上都采用的三輪復習法，針對我班學生的情況，我在每一輪復習的時間安排上有所變化，早結束課本新授課的教學，早進入第一輪復習，為差生贏得更多的時間復習七八年的基礎知識。第二階段復習重視學生強項的提升，也就是聽力和基礎題得分率的提升。同時注重照顧各個層次的學生，分層教學，分層布任務，往往一套試卷，不同層次的學生做的題不同。第三階段重視對學生應試技巧的輔導以及對差生進行心理疏導，讓他們輕松應考，考出理想的成績。另外，為了提高學生閱讀理解和書面表達的能力，我在課堂上注重教給他們方法，往往把一個閱讀理解題進行解剖，看有多少生詞我們不認識，有多少句子我們看不懂，先讓學生劃出這些不懂的地方，然后指導學生分析做題，結果發(fā)現(xiàn)，很多生詞，難句子，對我們做題的影響并不是我們想像的那么大。同時給他們方法讓學生結合上下文猜詞，結合文章第一自然段或最后一自然段，把握文章主旨。同時讓學生在聽的同時多積累，而在課后多練習，因為有了好的方法，也因為詞匯的積累增多了，他們的閱讀水平和寫作能力也得到了一定的提高。

回想這一年的畢業(yè)班教學，我可以自豪地說我付出了努力，也取得了一點成績，更重要的是積累了經(jīng)驗。

英語教學工作中的心得體會

這學期我擔任初一級7,8班的英語教學。由于教學經(jīng)驗頗淺。因此，我對教學工作不敢怠慢，認真學習，深入研究教法，虛心向前輩學習。經(jīng)過一個學期的努力，獲取了很多寶貴的教學經(jīng)驗。以下是我在本學期的教學情況。

備課充分，能調動學生的積極性，上課效果就好。但同時又要有駕馭課堂的能力，因為學生在課堂上的一舉一動都會直接影響課堂教學。因此上課一定要設法令學生投入，不讓其分心，這就很講究方法了。上課內容豐富，現(xiàn)實。教態(tài)自然，講課生動，難易適中照顧全部，就自然能夠吸引住學生。所以，老師每天都要有充足的精神，讓學生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣，授課就事半功倍。回看自己的授課，我感到有點愧疚，因為有時我并不能很好地做到這點。當學生在課堂上無心向學，違反紀律時，我的情緒就受到影響，并且把這帶到教學中，讓原本正常的講課受到?jīng)_擊，發(fā)揮不到應有的水平，以致影響教學效果。我以后必須努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解決當中困難。英語是一門外語，對學生而言，既生疏又困難，在這樣一種大環(huán)境之下，要教好英語，就要讓學生喜愛英語，讓他們對英語產(chǎn)生興趣。否則學生對這門學科產(chǎn)生畏難情緒，不愿學，也無法學下去。為此，我采取了一些方法，例如給他們講一些關于英美國家的文化，生活、寓言故事，教他們唱英文歌，說繞口令等，讓他們更了解英語，更喜歡學習英語。

因為英語的特殊情況，學生在不斷學習中，會出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象，差生面擴大，會嚴重影響班內的學習風氣。因此，絕對不能忽視。為此，我制定了具體的計劃和目標。對這部分同學進行有計劃的輔導。例如我把這批后進學生分為三個組。第一組是有能力提高，但平時懶動腦筋不學的同學，對這些同學，我采取集體輔導，給他們分配固定任務，不讓他們有偷懶的機會，讓他們發(fā)揮應有水平；第二組是肯學，但由于能力不強的同學。對這部分同學要適當引導，耐心教導，慢慢提高他們的成績，不能操之過急，且要多鼓勵。只要他們肯努力，成績有望搞提高；第三組是紀律松散，學習不認真，基礎又不好的同學。對這部分人要進行課余時間個別輔導。因為這部分同學需要一個安靜而又不受干擾的環(huán)境，才會靜下心來學習。只要堅持輔導，這些同學基礎重新建立起來，以后授課的效果就會更好。

英語是語言。困此，除了課堂效果之外，還需要讓學生多讀，多講，多練。另外，對部分不自覺的同學還采取強硬背誦等方式，提高他們的能力。期中考和期末考是考察每位同學在本學期的學習成果，因此應該予以重視。考試前進行有系統(tǒng)的復習，考試后進行總結。另外，還發(fā)現(xiàn)學生的綜合能力不夠強，所以以后的教學中要加強這方面的訓練。讓學生輕松學，容易掌握。而期中考結果證明，適當輔導差生對班的整體發(fā)展有很大幫助。經(jīng)過一個學期的努力，期末考就是一種考驗。無論成績高低，都體現(xiàn)了我在這學期的教學成果。我明白到這并不是最重要的，重要的是在本學期后如何自我提高，如何學生的整體英語水平。因此，以后我會繼續(xù)努力，多問，多想，多向前輩學習，爭取進步。

①我很喜歡唐代詩人王維寫的《使至塞上》，其中“大漠孤煙直，長河落日圓”這兩句，讀來自然、貼切，全無筆墨雕鑿痕跡。但是，從來也沒有從科學的角度加以推敲過它。②前幾年，偶然東臨大海，隔著面紗似的薄霧觀看躍然而出的紅日。咦!剛升起的太陽竟是略有一點扁的。這使我想起了王維的詩，既然初升的太陽是扁的，落日怕也不會是圓的吧!

1碰巧，在一本書里找到了答案：落日是扁的，據(jù)觀察是橢圓形的，短軸約比長軸短1/5。后來，眼見又證實了這一點。

③落日為什么是扁的呢?這是光的折射現(xiàn)象在搗鬼。

④不少人都有這樣的經(jīng)驗：把筷子插入一只盛水的杯子里，看起來筷子是折成兩段的，這就是光的折射現(xiàn)象。光在密度大的物質中跑得慢，在密度小的物質中跑得快。水的密度比空氣大，于是，光在水和空氣的界面上速度突然改變，造成光線曲折。

⑤那么在空氣中光線會不會曲折呢？也會。原來空氣的密度也是不均勻的。由于地心引力的關系，地球表面大氣密度大，越往高處空氣越稀薄，密度越小。這種密度的差別并不大，通常覺察不到光線由此產(chǎn)生的曲折。但是，太陽落山時，陽光斜著通過大氣，距離很遠，產(chǎn)生的折射已經(jīng)可以使人明顯地感覺到。這種折射越貼近地面越強。落日的上端和下端光線曲折得不一樣，看起來就成扁的了。
