各位家長:

晚上好！

首先非常感謝大家能從百忙中抽空來參加今天的家長會。我是新擔任三年級英語的老師。非常盼望著與您交流，共同探討孩子成才的問題。大家都知道，我們的學生在小學畢業考時是要參加英語考試的，并且英語成績也是各重點中學錄取學生的一個重要參考。另外，由于中學里已經開始使用與小學英語課本相配套的教材，小學英語基礎的好壞也就直接對中學里的繼續學習產生很大的影響，因此，我們的學生從現在起就必須認真學習，打好基礎。

下面我簡單地介紹一下本次英語期中考試的情況。一些同學成績考得還不錯，可是絕大部分還不是很好。也可能是因為換老師的原因。不過家長們不用擔心，英語是這學期新加的課，孩子需要時間來適應新的語言不是那么容易，在以后的日子里我會努力幫助他們來學習好這門課。

三年級英語是起始階段，學習英語的習慣很多是依靠這一學年來養成的。有些五六年級學生感嘆自己聽不懂或不能很好認讀，就是因為在三四年級時沒有好的基礎造成的，這時候去補就比較困難了。要學好英語，除了課堂要認真聽以外，還需要課后的努力鞏固。由于是外語學習，光依靠一周二課時是很不夠的。孩子必須在家及時對課堂的新授內容及時鞏固。因為課堂是公共的時間，而不是每個學生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學生，不可能讓所有學生都達到相同的程度。況且每個學生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當堂就已經有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學拉下差距。本學期英語學習的內容：

1、每單元后面都有單詞，這就要同學們回家去復習，消化這些單詞。詞匯是三年級考試的重要內容，一定要過關。

2、課文中的對話，日常交際用語。不要求每個同學都會背，但是要求熟練，流暢的讀出來，說出來

3、聽力訓練：試卷中聽力題的比重占三分之二。所以說每天的聽錄音跟讀任務還是不容忽視的。4.配套的基礎訓練，課堂作業本和平時小測驗。在學校老師會盡最大的努力進行教學，但課余時間還需要廣大家長大力配合。

為了協助孩子更好地學好英語，請家長配合老師完成以下工作：有磁帶的同學一定要聽磁帶，每天15分鐘。沒有磁帶的同學一定要大聲的讀課文，讀出來是很重要的，家長要鼓勵孩子每天大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達自己，也有利于他人糾正自己的錯誤。背單詞是難點，重點，希望家長能都督促一下，單詞是慢慢積累下來的，一天背5個單詞，一年下來就是1825個單詞，多么可觀的數字，所以家長一定督促孩子記單詞，單詞不會就和咱們漢語里不會漢字一樣，將寸步難行。

總而言之，請各位家長多關注孩子們的英語學習，讓孩子養成良好的英語學習習慣。家長的重視會讓學生增加信心，提高學生的學習積極性。希望我們向著共同的目標：支持并幫助孩子踏踏實實地學好英語。最后，再次感謝你們的支持，愿我們的學生在學校、老師、家長的共同努力下，都能成“龍”、成"鳳”。

我是高一23班、24班的英語老師。

首先感謝各位家長能抽空來參加這次家長會，能來參加家長會就說明你們非常重視和關心你們的孩子在學校的表現，那不來的，就有可能是一筆損失。

那么下面我就英語學習來與各位家長探討和匯報一下。

對于文科班的學生來說，最吃力，同時最拉分的兩門學科就是數學和英語，英語在包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學英語四、六級考試中都占有很大的分值，且不說英語作為一種工具，它對于我們升學、工作、求職有重大意義。特別是初中底子就沒打好的學生學起英語來更是難上加上，經常有學生跑來跟我哭訴，“老師，我其他科目都很好，就是英語不想學，不知道怎么學，我初中英語課根本沒聽過”“老師，為什么我昨天剛記得單詞今天就忘光了，單詞該怎么記??？”“怎么學課文呢？”

那么對于基礎薄弱的學生來說，老師肯定是沒有時間講初中的東西，畢竟要考慮到其他學生，只能說在平時講課的時候講的更基礎些，更細些，更多的是靠學生自己下去花時間，多讀多記多問。記單詞是英語非常重要的一步，也是英語學習的基礎，由于學生基礎有限，要他們考130,140分肯定很有難度，那么我們就是目標定在80,90，100分，也就是說我們不搞別的，就抓基 1

礎，所以在記單詞，讀課文方面，我抓的很嚴，單詞必須過關，一遍不行來兩遍，兩遍不行第三遍。而且記單詞的方法我也經常跟他們說，先要會讀然后再去記，今天記好了，第二天第三天在花點時間鞏固一遍。

其次，就是英語學習需要耐心，需要持之以恒，相信自己，堅持就是勝利。想要靠臨時突擊，臨時抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

比如有一段時間，一個學生學英語很認真，但考試成績進步不大，他就會灰心喪氣，“老師，為什么我這么努力學英語，成績還是上不去”，我就告訴他，英語是一個慢熱的過程，是一個慢慢積累的過程，同時我認為學習英語的過程也是一個吸收別人長處，更新的過程！你只有腳踏實地，慢慢來，才會把它學好。孩子們，你們有信心嗎？不能讓我失望哦！

我確信：

英語要學好和智商無關，學不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。所以，在課后一定要主動抽時間為自己補習英語。學好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。

第三，作業一定要按時獨立完成，不要成為學習上的“寄生蟲”。作業是老師檢查了解學生知識掌握情況的一個有效途徑，要求同學們能如實客觀地對待作業。知之為知之，不知為不知，寧愿獨立完成的空幾題的作業，也比完全不經過自己大腦思考抄襲來的作業質量高得多。許多同學自覺性差，平時空空兩手回家，早上早早趕來抄，每天我都布置了一定的英語作業，第四，學習習慣是非常重要的。英語學習好，并不是他（她）比別人聰明多少，而是學習習慣比較好。良好的學習習慣可以大大提高你的學習效果，我們班的趙昕，關亞寧，董世華，孫曉敏，董浩，葛媛，靳媛，吉清清，岳潁麗，薛星霞（23班），王杰等同學，24班的張航，杜恰恰，武陽，丁亞榮，張艷慧，張淑彤，李榮燕，曹啟娣，衛亞楠，裴宇雯，李亞蓉，成亞雯等同學他們學習態度端正，上課認真，書寫工整，正因為如此，無論什么考試都能取得很好的成績，這與他們平時良好的學習習慣是分不開的！

而有些同學你看似認真，卻是身在心不在，學習重在表象，完全不扎實，綜合素質卻沒有真正提高。課外也不下功夫，一堂課幾個單詞，一兩個重點句型下節課過來提問一問三不知，又何談課外擴展與素質提升？這樣的現象很普遍，說到底，還是好的習慣沒有養成，不夠勤奮。另外還有幾個同學，他們的潛力很大，但因為還不夠認真刻苦，所以沒有發揮出自己最好的水平，這樣的例子很普遍，我想，大家，同學們，都心知肚明吧，那我就不一一點名了。

我堅信：

如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導下能夠及時完成老師布置的任務，那么一定能學好。要教導您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅持嚴謹的學習作風，成績馬上就會見效。

總之，英語學習貴在堅持！就好像跑步運動，英語學習之初大家都從同一個起跑線出發，但隨著難度加深與詞匯量加大，一些同學慢慢對英語失去新鮮感繼而厭煩最后掉隊。希望我們家長對子女多一

份關愛，督促子女奮發圖強，英語偏科是歷史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實力那就從偏科的英語入手，重點突破！

我和各位家長有著共同的心愿，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養這些孩子，他們個個都聰明可愛，只是有些孩子的潛能還沒有得到充分的發掘。知識是無價的，知識可以改變命運。今后，我也希望和各位家長保持聯系，如果孩子遇到學習問題我們及時溝通。

最后，希望家長能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績抓上去，更希望今后有更多的機會與您攜手交流，并祝愿我們的孩子進步，家長開心。

人們越來越強調個性和創造性。越來越多的人因工作努力而受到獎賞。這就是當今的時代，一代新人由成長邁入成熟的時代。這是我們這一代人接替父輩治國安邦的時代。然而，我們也面臨很多間題。

據悉，壞人在光天化日之下作惡，周圍的群眾居然袖手旁觀，無動于衷。我還聽說，目前我國尚有100萬兒童連小學也上不起，而巨額資金卻拿去舉辦奢侈的宴會和購置豪華的轎車。

我們常常買的是劣質藥品，或名曰藥品實為一文不值的廢物，非但不能除病去痛，反而會使

病情加重。在某些人看來，世上金錢最寶貴，只要能賺錢，不惜犧牲道德和責任。

因而，這個時代賦予我們的是更強烈的競爭和效率意識，使我們更善于批判性地思考和創造性地行動。

此外，這個時代要求我們這一代人必須認清自己肩負的歷史重任，下定決心，采取行動，解決上述問題。長期以來，歷史一直在我們這一代人身上培養著這些品質?，F在，歷史呼喚我們挺身而出，以實際行動向全民族及全人類證實我們的拳拳愛國之心和大無畏的英雄主義。
