一所學校的良好生存、健康發展,離不開教導處、少先隊等組織的支持。面對新時期加強未成年人思想道德建設的需要,如何發揮少先隊在學校的正常功能,關系到學校德育教育的成敗,現結合幾年來擔任少先隊輔導員的實踐,談一點自己膚淺的看法。
一、重視少先隊各項工作,把德育教育貫穿于學校教育的全過程
1、少先隊大隊部積極同科任教師溝通,將德育教育滲透到各學科的教學之中
未來社會的發展,需要人和諧、全面的發展,不僅要求個人具備豐富的文化底蘊,而且要有良好的道德素養。因此,作為少先隊應經常組織召開各科教師參加的德育研討會,認真研究挖掘各科教材蘊含的德育內容,根據學生的思想品德狀況,制定德育教育計劃,將具體的要求落實到各科知識的傳播之中。如在教語文課《一雙手》時,著重要引導學生通過對張迎善手的觀察和體味,總結出勞動創造美,勞動的價值就體現在那雙松木般的手上,進而教育學生熱愛勞動,熱愛勞動者。這樣,德育教育便在潛移默化中滲透進學科教學,達到二者的完美結合。
